The food was very, very tasty! Absolute recommendation!

The Bistro Herb & Hungrig is the canteen of Herbrig & Co. GmbH. The bistro is open to the public and is particularly popular with surrounding companies, hikers and holidaymakers. The prices are simply unbeatable, affordable and still of high quality. There are 2 different dishes every day and a salad bar. All components of the dishes can be combined as desired. The dishes can be viewed in advance on the bistro's homepage. In summer there is also a small outdoor area.

The food was very tasty. There was e.g. E.g. roulades and sauerbraten, which unfortunately are no longer available these days.

The name says it all… small, cozy, nice….

Hard to beat in terms of friendly friendliness and quality at reasonable prices.

I was able to dine in this inn as an a la carte guest on September 9, 2024. I was very positively surprised by the friendliness and quality of the food and can fully recommend the restaurant. Unfortunately I don't know the rooms, so no review.

Beautiful hall to celebrate during the Geisinger carnival. Well furnished.

No real vegetarian alternative, otherwise good, hearty cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

Better look for another restaurant. The restaurant was almost empty, but all of the guests were annoyed and told by the waitress that they had to make a reservation in advance. Some of the cutlery was dirty and dead spiders on the windowsill were part of the decoration. Ready-made food from the freezer is served, the frozen schnitzel wasn't even completely hot inside. For this price, a clear non-recommendation.
