The food and wine at the Landgasthof Paulus are always worth the relatively long journey for us: here there is good home-style cooking in the truest sense of the word, as well as often surprising and special vegetarian dishes. Simply great. And the wine selection goes far beyond the standard offering: Luxembourg wines as well as great Californian wines are on the menu, and mostly by the glass, meaning you don't always have to drink a whole bottle. Mr. Paulus and his employees are very friendly and helpful. Very, very nice…we always like to come back.

I've been ordering the same thing, Tagliatelle Spinachi, for years and unfortunately I've only really gotten tagliatelle once so far ☝️these were always replaced by ribbon noodles. Let's be honest, tagliatelle are tagliatelle and not tagliatelle 😏 if you like eating noodles, you know what I'm talking about 😬 unfortunately I keep trying and, as always, I'm disappointed by the stupid tagliatelle 😞 I should probably leave it alone 🤷‍♀️
