Unfortunately, Nestor and Heike are taking a break from their restaurant. It was always very cozy and the contact with the regular guests was very familiar. It's a shame.

Actually, 0 stars – unfortunately, that's not possible. We were invited to a confirmation today. It was supposed to take place at the restaurant. It started at 1:30 p.m. in the church. After the church service (around 3:15 p.m.), we arrived at Sondermann's together, and the chef angrily approached us guests and the hostess in the parking lot. We were supposed to be there at 12:30 p.m. Well, that can't be right if the church doesn't start until 1:30 p.m. The hostess had reserved the room from 3:30 p.m. Now we couldn't celebrate there because he had other reservations starting at 5 p.m. The hostess was insulted and threatened to such an extent; I've never experienced anything like it. She was offered to take the food with her. But no matter what, she had to pay in full. No matter what!! We guests were stunned!! No accommodation – no apology – nothing!! Thirty people were now standing outside the restaurant, perplexed and totally disappointed. A guest immediately picked up his cell phone and called Am Rosendahl in Gevelsberg, and we were able to spontaneously drop by and even bring the food. Awesome!!! The service lovingly set and decorated the tables at top speed. They were actually still closed. We will definitely not be going to the Zur Bergeshöh shop again. I can recommend the restaurant at Rosendahl to everyone! It's not far away. Amazing service! They saved our confirmation!!!

Been a customer for 10 years. Today was my last time. Staff no German knowledge. When you try to order something, no one understands it. I don't even want to talk about hygiene.

Worst Asian food I've ever eaten, as soon as you order you think you're talking to elementary school students because they don't understand you. Then only one dish was delivered even though 2 were ordered. A net 0.5L of water for €2.50 is just cheeky and you still charge delivery fees even though you live nearby. Never again!!!
