Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and after over 1 hour 20 minutes I still haven't received my food. Although I generally understand stressful times, the restaurant could not be reached by phone and even Uber support was unable to contact the restaurant during business hours. There was no information or apology - unfortunately that is not acceptable. The order was then canceled and, fortunately, the money was refunded by Uber. It's a real shame, but I definitely won't order from here again.

Food was okay. Salad somewhat heartless (a whole cucumber cut into 10 thick slices) garnished with cheap sauce from the discount store. Service seemed unmotivated (was wearing sweatpants). One expects more from a "romantic Italian".

Only the name reminds us of Italy. What is sold as pizza here will get you drowned in the Tiber in Rome. Seating carelessly pushed aside, drafty and cold atmosphere. Hygiene is known here as an African predator.

First and last time I ordered there. A dish was missing. I called and was assured that it would be delivered. Unfortunately, no one came. I'm curious to see if and how I'll get my money back. Very bad.

Unverschämtes Verhalten und schlechte Qualität Wir haben dieses Restaurant besucht und wurden gezwungen, Getränke zu bestellen. Als wir nachfragten, wo dies angegeben sei, wurde uns gesagt, dass es auf der Speisekarte steht. Allerdings stand dort lediglich „mindestens ein Getränk“, ohne den Hinweis, dass dies pro Person gilt. Als wir die Situation ansprachen, reagierte eine Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich und forderte uns auf, das Restaurant zu verlassen. Zu unserem Entsetzen wurde uns auch gesagt: „Wir führen dieses Restaurant wegen der Getränke, nicht wegen des Essens. Das Essen ist uns egal.“ Und genau das konnte man an der schlechten Qualität der Speisen erkennen. Das war definitiv unser letzter Besuch! Leute, passt auf: Wenn ihr nichts trinken wollt, müsst ihr trotzdem 2 € pro Person zahlen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Very bad service. We first had to wait for a table while there were a few available. We were then given a table. First had to wait half an hour for cleaning. Then they brought 2 menus for 4 people. That wasn't that bad, but taking the order took so long. Drinks we ordered came at the same time as food. While cappuccino and coffee have been ordered. Cutlery was dirty. Asked twice for new cutlery. Later ordered a dessert with demand. No cutlery. Tried to call someone. After the cutlery arrived, the demand had already melted. Food tastes good, but is very unprofessional and disorganized. We were there for the first time but also for the last. Money is no object, but such poor service for a lot of money is not worth it.

Unfortunately the worst Asian dish we had eaten. The crispy chicken wasn't good at all and when I hit gristle, it was over. The friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't eat there again. Everything was simply served carelessly and not worth the money.
