Deposit returned 2 weeks ago and nothing new ordered. Counter staff told me to put my card down. 12.80 was then debited... because they couldn't clarify that, I should write an email, which I did. Still didn't get any feedback. Very dubious

Service total unfreundlich, einige Sachen wurden nicht geliefert oder falsch geliefert. Burger waren kalt und sehr Alt. Beim Anruf um nach zu fragen wie das mit den nicht gelieferten Sachen aussieht wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt, der Typ am Telefon legte einfach auf ohne wirkliche Hilfe zu leisten oder korporativ gegenüber uns als Kunden zu sein.

Bedingt durch einen angeblichen Mangel an der Zapfanlage, war die Versorgung insgesamt "träge". Und vielleicht ist es ja altmodisch, doch wenn mein Laden voll ist, lasse ich doch nicht pünktlich zum Feierabend den Hammer fallen?!? Naja, vielleicht einfach zu unternehmerisches Gedankengut...🧐

Never again! Sushi is absolutely loveless and you get it without soy sauce and wasabi... Well, “dry” sushi is definitely not what you want and that’s it. For such a high price. That's rude.

Unfriendly service. After we ordered ice cream in a cup at the counter to eat it on the terrace, we were told we were not allowed to sit down without asking first. It was obvious that we wanted to eat the ice cream there. Very unfriendly ice cream seller - even though she got a tip from us beforehand.

Ordered twice via Lieferando. The first time delivered after 1.5 hours, after the stated 55 minutes. The second time I ordered an extra 1.5 hours earlier for an exact time. Even then it was 30 minutes late. The taste of the food is okay but not great. Price performance is not right in my opinion. Delivery was chaotic for both deliveries. Although instructions and phone number were passed on.
