I came across the Byblos restaurant through a recommendation. We ordered the Mesa menu with fish. What can I say? It was delicious. The ingredients and dishes are exceptional. Everything tasted super fresh. Extensive menu. Grilled meat and fish. Vegetarian and even vegan. The ambience and atmosphere are something special. You feel like you're on vacation. TOP service. Very accommodating and attentive. You feel welcome here as a guest.
We ordered via the website this afternoon and received an order confirmation by email. Although the store's website states it's open from 11:30 a.m., no one was available by phone all afternoon, and the order was never delivered. Luckily, we didn't pay online in advance.
I was there for dinner with a friend. We like to try things out and love the concept of small portions and eating our way through. With the Asian tapas we got exactly that. Together we ordered 9 dishes plus dessert and were blown away by the taste of all of them. Really well prepared and super tasty.
Nice ambience. Location is a bit hidden but well signposted. Dogs were welcome and provided with water straight away. Price-wise, completely okay. The service was super friendly and really took the time to chat with us. Very likeable :D
Serving food with broken, worn-out plates is not possible, especially in a restaurant.
Is very DISRESPECT towards the CUSTOMER!!
The rice also tasted like it came from a can.
And the kebab meat was already cold and burnt.
I don't want to eat here again.
One star is still too many.
Went here for dinner a few days ago. Excellent service and nice atmosphere. The quality of the food was really good, the steaks were a dream. Price/performance was fair:-)
Service is very questionable. Child breaks the glass in his mouth while drinking. As I leave, I am asked to pay for the drink that she couldn't finish because the glass with the drink broke. We had to discuss for 5 minutes to clarify that Nasch was paying the €2.70 for the apple spritzer that we didn't drink as a service. After we ordered food there for €50. I don't find that satisfactory!
