Great restaurant in the outskirts of Düren. The food and service are really great. My wife rolled her eyes in enjoyment today. This happens very rarely. One wonders why the Rivo doesn't have a star yet. Absolutely reasonable in price. The only small drawback: the acoustics are not ideal. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered food with a friend. Food came cold, fries were soggy. They also forgot our dips and tried to convince us to bring the dips with us the next time we ordered. The driver was friendly but we specifically asked to call, but of course it wasn't taken into consideration and the bell rang anyway. As a cherry on top there was also a hair in my fries (see below). Disgusting.

You should expand and use delivery services.....you are outstanding
