We've been guests at Baesweiler Eck for years, but we've never had service as bad as this evening. Unfortunately, from 6:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. we no longer had the opportunity to order drinks for 6 people. When we finally managed to get the bill and point out the lack of service, we were actually told that you can't drink cappuccinos at that time anymore. That probably doesn't work at all. We're not used to something like that from service staff at Baesweiler Eck. Was the last time our group was there.

We have been going there for several years. The food tastes really good to us. The staff very friendly. Nice ambience. Free parking. We always enjoy coming back

When it opened it was still great, but now it's absolute rubbish. Unfortunately, we already had hairs in our fries and the quality of the meat and kebab is unfortunately now subpar
