An absolute scandal – the health department should urgently take a look here! I ordered a doner kebab from Yeni Han in Baesweiler and received meat that was raw, smelly, and obviously spoiled – absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. When I complained and clearly stated that I wouldn't eat it, they still wanted to take my money – no apology, no goodwill, nothing. This kind of behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and shows that neither hygiene nor customer satisfaction play any role here. It's clear to me: This was my first and last visit!
