Large portion, delicious food and friendly service!

We were there with 9 men for the monthly men's evening. The food was good and everyone enjoyed it. The waiting time for the food after ordering was a little over 30 minutes but since there was a lot going on, that was ok for us. The service was also very nice. Price was completely ok for what was offered. We'll definitely be happy to come back again.

Where do I start and where do I end? Used to be the best kebab in the area. Today just a catastrophe and impudence! Apart from the fact that no one speaks German on the telephone anymore and you have to repeat everything a thousand times, what is repeated a thousand times is also written down incorrectly. Then the order is not complete when picked up. So you have to go back and buy the missing one. The lahmacun is an absolute disgrace. The dough is like rubber, I could count the meat and salad on two fingers. The meat is also super dry. For €8.50 you should be ashamed to give something like that home to your customers. In addition, it wasn't even packed properly and fell out on the side. It's a shame I can't attach any pictures. As a woman, I used to never be able to eat them all, but today I'm still hungry for them. A large portion of mayo for €2 is really borderline, especially since it was forgotten when I picked it up. Since it wasn't just the first time but now the fourth time that we were so disappointed, there will soon only be Greek instead of Turkish. It's a shame how you ruin a well-running snack bar.

Cream schnitzel with fries okay, price/performance appropriate, the salad was a ton, not edible. We were there for 2 hours for lunch, the whole time there were dishes from breakfast on the tables next to us. After the food was cleared away, we were no longer asked if we would like anything else. Would have liked to have another coffee. We didn't see the waiter for half an hour towards the end. When we wanted to pay, we had to look for him, he was fiddling with his cell phone at the counter. Interior: dreary and cold.

After a long day in the hospital, called straight after it opened at 5pm for an order including delivery. I specifically asked if the timing would be right. Information on the phone: "No problem, we deliver in 30 minutes". After 90 minutes it wasn't even known whether the order was on the way. Unfortunately, on this day an absolute failure to fulfill our promise. It doesn't cost anything to explain that it's not feasible in terms of time. Unfortunately, a full hour's delay was not acceptable to us today from the customer's perspective. Unfortunately that was nothing. Today I had the feeling that Amazon prime delivers faster but the main thing is to retain the customer first. Not fair competition.

Everything is super tasty and fresh, I can't recommend it any further.

Delicious ice cream, friendly service and clean tables. Huge selection of ice cream flavors and variations. Price/performance good. We'd love to come back.
