As for the regular food, the service is good but the cleanliness is terrible, there is a bad smell in the bathrooms and the place smells like children's urine, there are a lot of flies, the floor is slippery because of the oil of the place, that's why I give one star

Spent an incredible 30 minutes on Mc-Drive last night, even though there weren't many cars in front of us. The order was taken really slowly. Putting the order together at the same pace and still received the wrong drink! When we wanted to redeem a total of 3 voucher codes, we were informed that only two were possible per car. Suggested solution: I could queue up again after the drive order or place the order “inside” to redeem another voucher. No thanks!!

I sneaked out at night so that I would arrive at 1 a.m. (on Google and at the entrance it says they're open until 2) and was sent away...

I wanted to go there at 1 a.m., stayed up until 2 a.m., the spastis sent me away because they said it was closed. Is something like that legal...

We sneaked out at night to go to Mecces, were there at 1 a.m. and were sent away even though it says everywhere that they don't close until 2. We were disappointed and hungry :(

You order at the drive-thru. The wrong ice cream is handed out. You make the employee aware of this and you can tell from their facial expressions that they don't want to have the conversation. You see that there is a snake behind you and you let it go. You drive home because you don't want to get in the way of the other guests. At home noticed that 1/4 of the order was forgotten. Sure, you should check the delivery. However, the staff should also be trained to take the order correctly, check it themselves and issue it correctly.

Sadly the burger was too salty and the cappucino was too strong. We also noticed a lot of flies in the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. The food was ready quickly and still hot. There is also a McCafé here.

Horror, just horror, they cheated me out of one cheeseburger, and they were also unhappy. The staff was terrible.

The worst MC I know. Basically never eat hot. The compilation also seems to be very lackluster. Sauce hangs on one side of the burger, the other side stays dry. The shop itself is, to put it simply, filthy. You just have to look at the entrance floor. Clean is different. You really get stuck. In the work area, which can be seen, there are leftover food scattered on the floor. Lift ,? A quick sweep? Puppy cake. McDonald's itself is not interested, a complaint was dismissed. Save your money and go somewhere else. (Würselen MC, they actually know hot dishes).

I don't have a problem with someone smoking. What I have a problem with is when employees smoke outside in front of the customers then go back in behind the counter without washing their hands 😖

Much better than elsewhere in this format. The speed of serving food, neat and clean, the staff is friendly and honest. The only negative was that there was no paper or hand soap in the women's toilet. Pay attention to such little things. thank you

Op zondagmorgen geweest zaak ging om 9.00 uur open. Even gewacht tot het open ging en dan door mcdrive voor een ontbijtje. Besteld 2 Big morning farmer en 2 mctoast bacon en cheese en 2 cappucino. Even wachten en daar kwam onze bestelling, wij waren de eerste klant deze morgen. De man die onze bestelling had gemaakt was vast en zeker de avond ervoor op een feestje geweest en had niets met ons als eerste klant. Totaal geen fatsoenlijk woord en als hij het in de auto had kunnen gooien had hij dat zeker gedaan Eten en cappucino waren ok. Vriendelijkheid schoot zwaar tekort. Zou hier nooit meer iets kopen dit zijn we niet gewend van mcdonalds.

Sometimes it's good... I understand that mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, these have now become the norm in Aldenhoven. I pre-order my things in the app so that I can personalize them there. But the employees don't seem to be interested in that. Example: The burger's label says "+2 Beef". I get a burger with two patties. Then I complain... and get another burger, right? That’s right, two patties! The shift manager will probably organize another burger for me, with two patties! Hidden camera or what?! When I asked what 1+2 was, they apparently understood what went wrong. Same game with the sauce... no matter what extra you pay, it's always the same amount of sauce. As I said, anything can happen. However, it is now the case that four out of five orders are incorrect. Extremely annoying!

Everything was great, top condition

At 11:30 p.m. it seemed like a good idea to quickly get something to eat after an event in Jülich. Only “quickly” worked. The food wasn't worth the money and on the highway we noticed that a portion 🍟 was missing. The burgers were old and both of our stomachs complained all night. Then it's better to go to bed hungry.

Unfortunately, the waitress didn't understand the order exactly. Otherwise a clean place and quick service.

A safe option with kids, again there after a long break at this branch. They have turned it totally around and now up to top quality food and service.

You call and are immediately hung up on and if you try again you are threatened with the police then you drive there to order and you are recognized by the voice and you are then treated unfriendly. This has happened several times with the unfriendly person

Simply perfect on the bike route

This is the second time I have been bitterly disappointed in Aldenhoven. If it hadn't been raining so heavily, I would have gone back and brought the food back. The quality of the fries, burgers and nuggets was terribly bad. The food was cold and completely dried out. It's a shame to still sell something like that.

The food was simply slapped together so that it fell apart while eating. There was way too much lettuce on the burgers so that half of the lettuce fell down. The chairs in the outside area squeaked and were partly broken The toilet area is full of pee and smells of urine and everything sticks. You could clean it more often, especially when children eat there. The soap dispenser is only held in place by 1 screw and cannot be used. And then there's the matter if the burger sits in the counter area for too long that it is simply warmed up and then sold. We noticed it ourselves today. All in all, McDonald's needed complete training again and someone to monitor that the work was being done properly there and that it is cleaned there.

This MC seems to have simply been forgotten for decades during renovations. Staff friendly and tries to maintain the worn out furnishings. Unfortunately there are still too few vegetarian burgers. When it comes to coupons, it's usually just vegetarian nuggets. They're not light years away from Burger King.

I don't like going there anymore... the quality has completely deteriorated... I just realized again that my dissatisfaction is justified... My husband's food was no longer fresh and my hot drink wasn't even half full... (not made by machine) and there was no sauce on my cake that was supposed to have chocolate sauce on it... I already know why I only go to Mcs in Würselen... That was my last order in Aldenhoven

My application is just an average. Depending on the staff, the burgers are thrown together carelessly, ingredients are missing, or they taste really good. The same applies to the service. Therefore the rating range is between 2 and 4 stars.

I would prefer not to give a star but below a minus star. Firstly, the staff was very unfriendly, secondly, the food was very spoiled and it was very unclean and my children still got gastroenteritis there, definitely because of the hygiene they just made me vomit. Never go back there again Health department needs to take a look at it

Um Mc Cerca always gets you out of trouble when you go with children.

Hmmm. It seems to be a new Francoiser because I don't see the previous staff there anymore. The menus should be checked on site, because the order and/or quality is often not right. Recently it took three complaints about a menu to get what was ordered. In my opinion, the restaurant is significantly dirtier than it was six months ago.

I had a delivery here at 23:00, the staff very professionally and quickly started unloading with me. The restaurant manager should get a raise! Helpful, smiling and rewarded me for unloading with food! It made my evening so much better, and my stomach is very happy now! 5 stars is not enough, I would give more if possible

Guys, preferably 0 stars What's this nonsense, why are they allowed to sell food? Everything is dirty, the staff is unfriendly, they hardly speak German and people, look at the toilet and take a good sniff of that intoxicating smell. I'm feeling so bad. In the future I will read the review BEFORE every visit to a restaurant. Simply extremely bad and really bad.....

Severe stomach cramps about 1 hour after eating. Now I am suffering from severe diarrhea. Contaminated shop. I will report it to the health department as soon as the bacteria are detected.

Caution! I was able to observe several mice AND RATS at a back door. An extremely old grease smell blew me away. Food was extremely cold and tasted spoiled. THIS BRANCH IS DIRTY AND DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! The hygiene measures most likely depend on the franchisee. You should definitely avoid this branch, and it is also more expensive than other branches. Never again!

We were told in an incredibly rude manner that we had to order at the terminal and that it was not possible to serve us personally. Then we got back in the car and drove. Significant improvement in service necessary.

The last time I ate there I almost puked just at the drive-in when the window opened, there was a very unpleasant smell, the people who work there are totally unhygienic and the orders are never fresh even though you leave out a few side dishes, it's very sad Service there. The Aldenhoven McDonalds branch is probably the worst thing that has ever happened to the community. Nevertheless, it is a blessing for all the sad souls who want to eat a disgusting cheeseburger behind the tin roof even after midnight. So all in all okay.

Before placing my order, I used the customer toilet. An employee came towards me from the toilet cubicle, went into the kitchen area without washing his hands, grabbed a burger box and went back to his work. Disgusting.

Ein McDonald's halt wie es so viele andere gibt. Nah an der Autobahn gelegen und gerne vor oder nach dem Besuch in Reormond angesteuert. Dieser McDonald gehört zu den saubereren und auch die Tüten sind nicht ganz so lieblos zusammengestopft ;-)..

Am 01.10.21 haben wir gegen 18.20 Uhr über die App eine Bestellung aufgegeben und sind dann sofort in den Drive-In gefahren (Ohne Verzögerung!). Essen angenommen, 2 Minuten nach Hause gefahren, Essen ausgepackt und nicht schlecht gestaunt... Erstens war das Essen EISKALT, nicht mal mehr ansatzweise lauwarm. Nuggets kalt, Pommes kalt und nicht gesalzen, Mc Chicken kalt und aus 2 personalisierten Hamburger Royal mit Käse wurde folgendes... Bestellt war ein Hamburger Royal mit Käse, allerdings ohne Gurken, aber dafür mit 2 Portionen Bacon! Bekommen haben wir 1 Hamburger Royal Käse mit 9 Gurkenscheiben und komplett ohne Bacon in einem Chicken MC-Nuggets-Karton?! Zum anderen war ein Hamburger Royal Käse bestellt, allerdings ohne Zwiebeln. Bekommen haben wir einen Hamburger Royal Käse, mit Zwiebeln, aber komplett OHNE Saucen und ohne Gurken in einem Chicken-Mc-Nuggets Karton (schmeckt besonders gut kalt und furz trocken so ganz ohne Saucen! Wir werden dieses Restaurant in Zukunft meiden, da dies nicht der erste Faupax dieser Art war. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Es ist halt ein McDonalds wie jeder andere auf der Welt dementsprechend mittelmäßig aber besser wäre es wenn man wie in den alten Zeiten 24/7 zu McDonalds gehen könnte weil das waren noch gute Zeiten heutzutage alles irgendwie billig und nichtmehr so genießbar

Einmal und nie wieder. Mein Cheeseburger war alt. Ich hätte meinen Augen vertrauen sollen. Dann würde es mir jetzt nicht so hundeerlend gehen. Wenn man sich die letzten Rezensionen anschaut sollte man den Laden schließen. Dreckige Tische bestätigt Essen ranzig und verderben. Bestätigt Toilette nicht sauber bestätigt. Werde wohl Meldung ans Gesundheitsamt machen.

Die Burger waren kalt und schmeckten alt. Es sollte an der Frische der Produkte gearbeitet werden. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Dienstag der 12 dezember 2023 ca. gegen 9:20 habe ich mein essen bestellt. Die Dame die mich bedient hat war sehr freundlich und äußerst gastorientiert. Mir gings an dem Tag nicht so gut, aber durch ihre freundlichkeit und offene Art, hat sie es tatsächlich geschafft mich aufzuheitern. Eine sehr freundliche Dame, für die ich mir gerne 5 minuten nehme und einen netten Text verfasse. Solche Menschen sollte man loben und schätzen. Gibt es nicht mehr so oft, vorallem nicht in der Gastronomie. 🍀

Katastrophe. Essen war eiskalt. Fleisch schmeckte verdorben.. filial Leitung dazu auch sehr frech. Sehr schmuddelig die Filiale

Absolut bescheidener Service, man wird einfach vor der Kasse stehen gelassen. Sehr schlecht

Tische und Sitze waren nicht sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert. Das Essen kühlt sehr schnell ab. Eine Serviette über den Pommes 🍟 wie früher wäre auch wünschenswert.

Am mcdrive liefen extrem grosse Ratten herum. Da hatte ich noch Hoffnung, dass der burger wenigstens schmeckt. Leider war das Fleisch eiskalt und der Käse darauf schon abgespachtelt und neu drauf gelegt. Dazu sehr viel sauce, um das trockene Alte Fleisch zu verstecken. Nie mehr !!! Das Fleisch war definitiv extrem verdorben.

Ein solider Besuch bei McDonald's! Die Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen, und das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und effizient. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant war in Ordnung. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist typisch für McDonald's, und die bekannten Favoriten haben den erwarteten Geschmack.

Toiletten sind eher schmutzig. Personal ist unfreundlich. Das Essen ist gut.

Wie immer: ein leckeres Vergnügen

Nicht besonders sauber und vergleichsweise langsamer Service. Update: Licht und Schatten. Es gibt definitiv kompetente Mitarbeiter aber auch einige dermaßen unfreundliche Mitarbeiter/innen mit denen ich leider schon mehrfach aneinander geraten bin und im Nachhinein war ich immer im Recht, wie sich herausstellte. Zum Glück gibt es auch nette Mitarbeiter in dem Laden, die dann das schlimmste zu verhindern wissen. Es wird dennoch oft etwas vergessen oder das Essen ist bereits kalt. Fritten sind ebenfalls meist sehr weich. Leider sind andere Filialen dann doch zu weit entfernt. Update Foto: der Hammer: 🍔 mit nur einer Brötchenhälfte🤮

Richtig unfreundlich und das Tablett wurde einfach auf dem Tisch geworfen, so das alles runtergefallen ist

Leider haben wir geschlagene 16 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Die äußerst Motivationslosen Mitarbeiter setzen noch einen oben drauf. Leider wurde man hier nicht mit Sonnenblumenkernen beworfen, daher nur einen Stern, trotzdem ist das Klientel eher störend. Aber essen war warm, einziger Pluspunkt.

Bedienung ist nicht in der Lage, die Anzeigentafel zur Abholung der Bestellung zu bedienen und und meckert dann die Kunden an, wenn das Bestellte nicht sofort abgeholt wird. Bei etwas Anspruch an Freundlichkeit, vernünftigem vegetarischem Imbiss ist McDonald's leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war bester McD-Style (jedenfalls bei mir - mittags gegen 12:00). Der Kaffee war super und der neue Mehrwegbecher hat eine super Haptik. Die Rechnung wurde am Self-service Automaten nicht gedruckt. Auch da wurde mir gut geholfen.

Bodenlos 5 Nuggets fehlen diesen werden nicht gegeben mit der Begründung die Bestellung wäre zu lange her obwohl ich 20 Minuten gewartet habe. Frechheit

Neue Rezeptur von den Bürgern einfach nur Schrott weil die ist ist zu faul zum selbermachen es kann doch wohl nicht sein dass McDonald's immer schlechter und immer schlechter wird die sollen mal lieber wieder die Bürger aus dem Kindheitstagen machen die klassischen Cheeseburger die es z.B in den 90er Jahren gab die waren immer mega aber diese Burger mit der neuen Rezeptur werde ich nie mehr kaufen

Der langsamste Mitarbeiter und MItarbeiterinne bei McDonalds die ich kenne... Man wartet ewig. Dazu sind Donuts und Co entweder noch gefroren oder schon so trocken, dass man davon eine Staublunge bekommt. Man bekommt sowieso kaum, was man bestellt hat. Irgendwas fehlt immer. Wer versucht auf Fleisch zu verzichten, den Kids wurden mehrfach normale Nuggets statt plant based in das Happymeal gepackt. Also Achtung.

Das essen ist kalt und lieblos zubereitet, zudem ist der Salat nicht frisch gewesen.

Handwerker und Menschen mit Kleintranzprortern/Wonos sind unerwünscht!! Sie nehmen zu viel Parkplatz ein. Man hält es für angemessen Kunden weg zu schicken oder umparkeumparken zu lassen, das Dein Essen dabei kalt wird, ist hier herzlich egal. Ich bin hier nie wieder anzutreffen!!

Nur elektronische Bestellung und wenn die nicht funktioniert, wird man dämlich behandelt.

Es gibt für mich bisher keine unfreundlichere und arrogantere Bedienung als hier!!! (Aldenhoven) Stellt man eine Frage und hat die DREISTIGKEIT , eine Antwort zu erwarten, bekommt man einen BigMäc vom allerfeinsten!!! Richtig ätzend zusammen geklatscht!!! Man sollte überlegen, die Besatzung komplett auszutauschen!! Drei mal jetzt dort gewesen, dreimal behandelt worden als wäre man ein Störenfried!!!

Wie in vielen Filialen der Kette war es hier zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal freundlich und schnell. Die Bestellung war einwandfrei zusammen gestellt. Es fehlte nichts. Das haben wir schon anders erlebt.

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind soooo ungeduldig, sooooo unhöflich, soooooo unglaublich……..so frech kann man doch nicht sein. Zu Kunden schimpfen gehts ja gar nicht oder? Die haben selber Fehler gemacht, versucht die dann die Kunden zu beleidigen? Wir werden von hier auf nie wieder sehen. So schlecht kann man doch nicht sein!!!!

Sauberkeit ein Fremdwort bei denen!!! Satt mal die Tische oder Toiletten sauber zumachen gehen sie lieber jeder nach und nach eine Rauchen

Habe heute essen bestellt in aldenhoven hat mal wieder was gefehlt .nach telefonischer beschwerde must ich wieder runter fahren .wurde dann von Andy sehr sehr höflich bedient .mc donals kann froh sein einen so tollen Mitarbeiter zu haben.. lg

Der neue BigMac ist meiner Meinung nach ein Werbegag, er hat genauso wenig Sauce wie der Alte, die restlichen Zutaten sind auch kaum verändert. Leider ist die Sauberkeit dieser Filiale grenzwertig, Tische, Sitzplätze usw. nicht gereinigt und sind unsauber, deshalb auch nur 3Punkte..

Hallo zusammen, ich bin schwerbehindert mit Krücken/ Rollator und ich nutze die ♿️ Toilette. Und tada, gleichzeitig auch Wickelraum! Ist ja grundsätzlich kein Problem für mich. Allerdings wäre ich äußerst dankbar, wenn man diese Toilette von innen abschließen könnte! Auch wir RolliFahrerinnen und Co. haben ein Recht auf Intimsphäre, oder? Ich finde es einfach unmöglich! Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wer sich mehr erschrocken hätte 🙈🤨. Die Mitarbeiterin jedenfalls hat mein Problem nicht verstanden. Es gäbe ja auch noch andere Toiletten. Nun ja, bei McDonalds arbeiten nun einmal keine geistigen Albert Einsteins. Aber das sollte eigentlich jeder wissen und verstehen. Egal, woher man kommt. Vielleicht mal eine entsprechende Mitarbeiterschulung zum Thema! Kann ich sehr gerne übernehmen! Das Essen ist halt eben McDonalds. Entweder man mag es, oder man geht nicht hin.
