McDonald's in Aldenhoven

According to the order terminal, I should have received 6 Monopoly stickers, but I only received 2. After complaining, I was told I should receive 3, but I didn't even receive the third of the 6 advertised stickers. To me, that's fraud.

Standard McDonald's location. What was really great was that someone from the team was constantly busy tidying up and cleaning. Every table was wiped down immediately after the customers left. The food arrived quickly and was really hot.

The lady who calls herself manager needs to be replaced URGENTLY! She's been treated beyond friendly more than once! I've also witnessed how she treats the rest of the staff on several occasions. A no-go in my opinion! This woman should change jobs, to one with no customer contact! We won't be ordering anything here as long as this unprofessional and completely unpleasant woman works there! Everyone around me would now know exactly who she's talking about. Absolutely damaging to business!

It's an eternity of a wait every time for the smallest orders, even for absolutely standard products, even when there seem to be almost no customers. Then products are simply replaced without prior notice or are missing. Coffee comes without milk or sugar. Food is hot, staff friendly.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is always out of stock, unavailable, or something else. Getting the right sauces is more unlikely than winning the lottery. It's a real shame that you're so often disappointed here...

The staff is usually really nice. But today I ordered a 0.5l drink and didn't get a straw. I asked for one because everyone around me had one, and was told I couldn't get one. I paid almost 5 euros for the drink, but there was no straw.

Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly clean. The benches and tables were dirty. There were fries on the benches, and the tables hadn't been wiped in a long time. We were there for about 30 minutes, and not a single table was cleaned.

The McRib burger was carelessly thrown together. The sauce was smothered in the wrapper, and the patty was half-dead. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The tables are cleaned, but the seats aren't, and the floor is rarely or never cleaned. Some restrooms don't have lids. Cleaning is careless and inadequate.

Unfortunately, another unpleasant experience, as the Thai lady, or whatever, is always very unfriendly. I didn't even get a quarter of my entire order, and if you tell her, she yells at you. The rest of the staff is nice and friendly, and if the lady doesn't feel like being nice, she should stay home.

The food actually tastes good, but my brother found hair in the crispy burger. The service is so bad; an employee at the McDrive made me wait half an hour. As you can see in the picture, there are crumbs everywhere, and while I'm eating, an earwig comes out of somewhere, and flies are flying everywhere. The prices are so high that I can't even pay for gas.

How can anyone eat something like that? MD used to be okay, but now, the prices, the taste... and this place stinks, the floor is sticky. Absolutely terrible, truly disgusting.

The food is thrown into a package, typical of McDonald's. It doesn't look appetizing. The staff is friendly. Eating breakfast in the store was impossible. It stank terribly of garbage. We were forced to eat in the car.

You order a Chicken Big Mac and a McFlurry with caramel sauce. What do you get? A regular Big Mac and a McFlurry with chocolate sauce. How can something go so wrong? Doesn't anyone intervene? Rude staff and bad food... We just wanted to complain about a fries and were treated rudely. It's just fast food, after all. Still, the food should be tasty, in my opinion. But now it's getting to the point where four out of five orders are incorrect. Extremely annoying!

This McDonald's clearly has no standards, and the employees desperately need training. Everything from the wrapped burger and the lack of sales promotion to the presentation in the bag was completely off. As a manager, I would be ashamed of this team. Despite a friendly request, the very unfriendly employee (the only one in a shirt) refused my children a straw with the statement "there are no more straws in the catering industry." I asked to get one anyway so that my 2-year-old son could drink a sip of Fanta...he said no, the lids were child-friendly...of course they aren't for such a small child and the inevitable mess couldn't be prevented. I won't be going there from now on; It's a shame that you scare away customers with such little things.

The children's play corner could be made a little nicer, as very small children can't play anything there. The women's toilet wasn't as clean as I expected. The silk dispenser was empty and in one toilet the toilet was full of toilet paper and hadn't been flushed. The staff were friendly.

I was supposed to show the burgers to the service woman. One had two onion pieces measuring 1*1mm on it. She said: there are onions on it. I said no, you couldn't really say that. Wir sind um 1:30 Uhr von einer Reise zurück gekehrt und waren froh noch etwas Essen zu können. Als wir das Restaurant betraten, bemerkte ich die vielen Schuh Abdrücke und ich rutschte mit meinen Schuhen aus. Der Boden war dermaßen fettig, dass dies schon eine Gefahrenzone war. Des Weiteren gab es kaum ein Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten die nicht schmierig und sauber waren. Auf der Toilette sah es nicht anders. Der Boden fettig, Müll lag überall herum, die Toiletten waren sehr verschmutz und das Toilettenpapier lag auf dem Boden. Wir waren schon öfter da, aber diese Situation war echt die Sitze vom Eisberg.
