Spent our evening at Novel with friends today. Definitely worth another visit for us. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Since we like drinking wine, this place is excellent for us. Nice wine list with good wines. We would like to thank the two ladies in service again, everything was great. We'd love to come back.

Very comfortable! The armchairs invite you to stay longer. The service is quick and friendly. The food was plentiful and to the point. See you soon!

Einfach phantastisch genossen und dass im Monat August 2024 dreimal im Kreise der Familie vollzogen. Seit Juli 2011 dürfen wir uns zu Stammkunden dieses hervorragenden Restaurants zählen, dass seine Standards in Bezug auf Angebotspalette, Qualität nebst Frische beständig beibehalten bzw. ausbauen! Neben unseren Kindern haben wir alleine in diesem Monat diverse Vorspeisen nebst Hauptgerichte genießen dürfen. Die Suppen vorab sind eine Gaumenfreude gefolgt von diversen Salatkreationen. Das dazu gereichte Brot ist frisch und schmackhaft! Die Fleischgerichte , gerade mit Serano-mantel sind ein Genuss. Ebenso die Thunfisch-Darbietung! Die Getränkeauswahl ist passend und auch die dazugehörige Beratung/Empfehlung durch den Service ist vorbildlich ebenso wie die Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen nebst Kleinkindern! man fühlt sich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Auf kleinste Wünsche wird ebenso eingegangen wie auf "große" selbiger Art. Höflich wird beim Bestellvorgang darauf hingewiesen, sollte ein Produkt ausgegangen sein bzw. den Standards beim Einkauf nicht entsprechen, dass es kurzfristig nicht verfügbar ist und umgehend eine alternative Empfehlung ausgesprochen, Respekt! Ebenso haben wir im Dialog gleich zu Beginn unserer Erfahrungen mit diesem tollen Restaurant festgestellt, das, wenn wir etwas zu kritisieren hätten(was bislang nie der Fall war) wir jeder Zeit in gegenseitigem Respekt, dies hätten vorbringen und klären können. Aber wie angemerkt, nie bislang der Fall gewesen. Hinsichtlich der Wartezeiten sind diese moderat und werden durch Bestellvorgang und Getränkebereitstellung angenehm überbrückt! Dabei möchte ich anmerken, dass wenn wir ausgehen, wir dies entspannt und in Ruhe unternehmen sowie wissen, dass wir kein Schnellrestaurant besuchen! Qualität hat einen Preis und bedarf einer angemessenen Zeit in Bezug auf die Zubereitungsdauer. dafür bekommt man Speisen die im Laufe des Verzehrs nicht "bis kalt" auskühlen sondern von heiß auf warm sinkend genussvoll verzehrt werden dürfen!

Beautifully renovated restaurant. Friendly professional service. Very good range of food. What was noticeable was that when a complaint was made, no attempt was made to “pull away” or minimize the problem through discussions. To our complete satisfaction, this was handled professionally and demonstrated very good customer friendliness.

We had the 19 three times (fried noodles with chicken) and a drink each. Very nice service. The food was very good and a lot for the money. Ambience is nice and clean, but unfortunately plastic plants.

Unfassbar! Das Lokal ist irgendwie in den siebziger Jahren stehen geblieben. Das Essen, was ich bestellt hatte, habe ich nicht probiert. Es sah dermaßen furchtbar aus, dass ich mich nicht getraut habe, eine Kostprobe zu nehmen. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Ambiente eher ein Schimmel – Laden! Eigentlich ist es unvorstellbar, dass ein solches Lokal in Deutschland nicht geschlossen wird!

If disappointment had a taste, it would be the schnitzel I was served here. The breading was so greasy and flaky that it resembled an old washcloth. The meat underneath? If this really was meat, it disguised itself well – tough, dry and the taste was a mixture of cardboard and desperation. There were also fries that were so soggy and cold that for a moment I thought they had been fried two weeks ago and were waiting in the kitchen for me to come. Unfriendly would be an understatement. The waiter managed to make us feel guilty within seconds for daring to ask for a napkin. His expression was somewhere between “I hate my job” and “I hate you more.” When I carefully pointed out that my schnitzel was cold, all I got was an annoyed: “That’s normal for us.” Oh, well then. I know that wasn't part of the question, but it fits so well: the decorations seem to come from a 70s flea market, with plastic flowers that would be too shabby even for that. Some radio station was playing so loudly that I wondered if the DJ was standing at the bar listening in. All in all: avoid this place unless you want a trauma for life.

In the past few years we have only ordered there because it is the only offer with the option to order online. That alone is great and has worked perfectly so far. I think the longest waiting time was 40 minutes, today the food even came after a quarter of an hour, so that is also an absolutely positive thing. And the most important point: everything has tasted good so far, whether pizza, kebab, lahmacun, rollo. Sure, it's a snack pizzeria and not a restaurant, you have to set the standard, but especially in this context the shop is really exceptionally good for the village. I don't understand the negative reviews, which is why I finally have to write a review. PS: I'm particularly pleased that red cabbage is used.

I really like hamburgers and for me it is by far one of the best burger shops in Wiesmoor and the surrounding area good atmosphere, very nice terrace with a view of the water for summer, I can really only recommend it

Have the restaurant for . Visited once. Were very pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, very nice staff. The food was hot and the portions were very good considering the price. Put your own salad together for any dish. All in all, highly recommended.

The food was always great! Tasty and cheap. But unfortunately that is history. What was done to us today was a disgrace! Steak wrap without meat doesn't work at all!! After a call, all they said was: the counter was no longer available. It was a shame, we were happy to get something for lunch. After my complaint, I was immediately responded to with a personal apology and I received the subsequent order free of charge. TOP service and this time it was as always: very tasty!!
