Food wasn't hot, gyros made with gristly pork... and people were smoking non-stop at the bar 🚬... once and definitely never again... 🤔 🙈

A fantastic restaurant. Lots of locals. Great variety of dishes. We had the Greek appetizer platter for two people – plus a portion of gyros and Indian cheese. Excellent... our son had the pasta with chicken in tomato sauce. It was more than enough on the plate.

We stopped by on a whim, the food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The value for money was also excellent 👍🏼 We'll definitely be back 😉

We recently had our first and last meal here. We had reserved a table for Friday evening in a quiet corner. When we arrived, the restaurant was 30% full, and there were no reservations for us. We were seated at the last table in the long back aisle. After ordering our food, we noticed that the tablecloth was heavily soiled with short black hairs (presumably dog ​​hair) on both sides, which we then turned down. We couldn't move because there weren't any more large tables available. When paying, we asked the senior manager about the hair and received the reply, "Unfortunately, the guests always have larger dogs," and that was it. An answer that, although you're an animal lover, isn't something you want to hear for hygiene reasons and as a guest in a restaurant. Based on the reaction, we don't think the tablecloth was changed after we left... Unfortunately, we were completely lost at the last table, and the staff, who were now full, didn't even bother to check on us or ask if we wanted something to drink or dessert. Service had ended three tables earlier, and the last few tables were only served after repeated requests... The food was okay, though not exactly cheap. However, the gyro meat was very overcooked.

Unfortunately, the seating isn't clear for the staff. We sat right at the back and were lost. We can't say who exactly was overwhelmed, but not everything went smoothly. Ordered four meals. Only three were delivered, one of which was incorrect. I kept the wrong dish. The first two were already three-quarters finished, and then the forgotten meal and the correct one arrived. And last but not least, the bill showed five meals. To pay, we had to go and let them know. But no one came to our table. We then went to the front, but even then, they didn't want to pay us any attention. Unfortunately, everyone was busy with the adjacent dining room with the bar. But at least the food itself was delicious. If we'd wanted to, we could have left without paying, because no one helped us.

We just wanted to get a pizza since we're staying at the hotel across the street. Now we're sitting here with awesome cocktails and delicious pizza. The manager is super friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thumbs up!

The Neptun restaurant in Wiesmoor impresses with its welcoming atmosphere and outstanding, professional service. The menu offers a diverse selection of Greek specialties, as well as German and Indian dishes. My appetizers were fresh and delicious, and the gyro plate was perfectly prepared, tender, and well-seasoned. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is high. Overall, the Neptun offers excellent value for money. A visit is highly recommended for anyone who values good food and friendly service. I would gladly return!

Very good food, and a lot of it. A very accommodating welcome with an ouzo. Another one in between, and another at the end. It perfectly rounded off our first day of vacation. We will definitely visit the restaurant again.

We met up with a family from Bockhorn there. No one had been there before. The food was mostly okay, but the bifteki and the minced steak were very salty. We mentioned this, and they said it would be looked into. The atmosphere was okay, but the placemats were made of paper, which seemed a bit cheap.

Great service. Fast, friendly, yet unobtrusive. That's exactly what I wanted. The food was excellent. The meat was grilled well. Not too much, not too little. Highly recommended.

You can eat well here, but if you sit further back you are more likely to be forgotten, so you have to let them know that you are sitting in the back corner and would like something to eat and drink. Where you have to be prepared when you get your food that someone comes every 5 minutes and asks if it tastes good, which you then have to say that it's annoying when people keep asking!!

Restaurant Neptun: German, Greek and Indian cuisine in one restaurant, cleverly done. My wife likes Indian, I prefer Greek. My wife's rice curry was really delicious, but so was my grill plate!! The two starter soups, onion and noodle soup a stunner. But the very best thing is the side salad with tzatzikki, various beans, coleslaw and tomatoes, which is sold as a salad plate in other restaurants, here it was a side salad, hats off! In contrast to other Greek restaurants, the prices are really fair, the plates are really large both in terms of quality and quantity, nothing for grain pickers, just a lot of meat! Both the owner and the entire service team = knowledgeable, very friendly, helpful really nice!! The entire kitchen team excels in cooking, especially the vegetable rice is really delicious. We have in the restaurant sat well and comfortably, everything was very clean, nothing negative. Kind regards from Sauerland Sabine and Bernd, we will definitely be back! We wanted to treat ourselves to gyros for lunch today. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with what was packed for us. The gyro was so crispy that it was almost impossible to chew. The fries cold and soft. And last but not least, the coleslaw was also sour, probably because it was treated so poorly. A hair was also found in the fries. All in all it wasn't tasty but it was good that we only opted for the children's portions. Still 29.90 euros for organic waste. Too bad. Maybe you should adjust the prices on the website to those on the menu in the restaurant.

I ordered food there for the first time today and took it home. So when I opened the box I was already served...! I ate a gyro plate. So really the meat was far dry and with cartilage, and cut into huge pieces..! So I know that I can't compare this with the gyros from Greece, I'm aware of that, but please it's not worth the money! I'm sorry ! The food was completely carelessly pressed into the box and that was fine, no sauce and nothing. Cucumber slices the size of bricks...! Not worth the money!!!!

We were at Neptun for dinner on April 20, 24 (again). We are still enthusiastic about the operator and his employees.....always very friendly, attentive and quick :-)) The food was super tasty and of good quality (No. 68 and 146) We give a clear recommendation and would be happy to come back!!

The restaurant was recommended to us by the employee at the gas station next door. That was a very good recommendation. The ambience is successful and harmonious, somewhat rustic, with a Greek touch. Very pleasant. The restaurant's service is first class. Super accommodating, nice and friendly. And most importantly: the food is simply a delight for the palate. There is plenty and it is very tasty. My wife had fillets in Metaxa sauce and I had gyros, souvlaki and suzuki. Rice and fries as a side dish and beforehand there was a colorful mixed salad with homemade tzatziki. You can taste everything that the chef knows his craft. Finally, a price/performance ratio. Even in this day and age when everything is becoming more expensive, I give it a 10/10. Thank you for the great experience and first class food, Neptune.

My absolute favorite in Wiesmoor

The food came quickly but unfortunately the taste was very average. The decor of the restaurant is very successful. The service could be a little friendlier.

The food was simply thrown on the plate, everything was put through the deep fryer and it was ready... The last dirty shop!... Once and never again..... The worst restaurant in all of Lower Saxony... I could have just burned the money...

The food was overall super tasty. The starter was disappointing for me because I expected a lot more pepperoni etc. with feta cheese with tomato, cucumber and peppers. The pepperoni was just a decoration. It's a shame, because the feta cheese was pretty monotonous to eat. The ambience is detracted because of all the artificial flowers on the tables and window sills. I find it inappropriate for a restaurant.

Schon wieder Teurer geworden.Vor 9 Monaten erst deutlich Teurer geworden und jetzt schon wieder.So langsam ist mal gut mit Teurer werden. Update: Heute mal wieder Bestellt. Grosse Portion und echt lecker.

Gemütliche Raucherkneipe, Essen reichlich und schmackhaft, nette Bedienung

Das Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und gerade am Wochenende sehr gut besucht. Leider gibt es auch hier, wie überall, einen Personalmangel. Die Portionen sind groß, im Verhältnis auch sehr preiswert. Bei der Bestellung gibt einen Schnaps aufs Haus und nach dem Essen nochmal einen Schnaps. Das Bier ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt 3 Sorten vom Fass. Chef und Chefin, Junior und Personal sind sehr freundlich. Extrawünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Meckern kann man immer und besser machen auch, selber machen sollten einige mal probieren. Wir gehen seit Jahren gerne dort hin und werden es auch weiter tun. Eine gute Adresse in Wiesmoor! 👍🏻

Wie gewohnt jeden Montag auch mal gratis Ouzo. Essen wie erwartet, Super ! Bier schmeckt & ein tolles Ambiente in der Kneipe, in der Raucher absolut erwünscht sind. Hunde dürfen auch Gast sein Wir mein Hund Roxy & die knobelrunde wilder Bächer werden wieder zu Gast sein. Lg Die wilden Bächer

Sehr freundliche Menschen, allerdings haben wir eine halbe Stunde auf Getränke gewartet, dann nochmal zwei Stunden auf unser (etwas zu salziges) Essen und als topping stimmten die Preise auf der Karte nicht und alle mussten mehr zahlen als auf der Karte angegeben. Sehr schade

Griechische Gerichte sind sehr gut 👍

Wir waren am Sonntag Abend gegen 18:00 Uhr mit zwei Kindern im Restaurant. Sehr unpraktisch, wenn die Gerichte der Erwachsenen vor dem Kinderessen kommt und die beiden nach einer Stunde Wartezeit noch länger warten müssen... Das leere Glas Wein ist auch keinem vom Service aufgefallen, na gut, dann halt nicht. Die gute Laune des Juniorchefs hat geholfen, die Lollies für die Kinder waren sehr lieb. Ebenso zwei Ouzos pro Erwachsener aufs Haus. Aber so die richtig gemütlich Stimmung kam einfach nicht auf, weil das Warten echt arg nervig war.

Das indische Essen und der Service waren erstklassig 👍👍👍.

Essen war lecker und reichlich, wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es gab keine langen Wartezeiten. Auch den Ouzo musste man nicht missen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert wenn man in Wiesmoor is(s)t.

Wir waren dort 3 mal in kurzer Zeit essen. Leider wurde uns bei 2mal Essen das falsche Gericht serviert. Einmal wurde mir das Essen nur noch lau warm gebracht. Ich würde gern das Essen beurteilen, möchte es aber unterlassen da der Geschmack eines lau warmen und das Essen was man nicht bestellt hat und auch nicht unbedingt mag schwer fällt.

Alles war nahezu perfekt, ob griechisch oder indisch, alles super. Wir sind nur Gäste aus Hannover und Osnabrück, nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Rustikales Restaurant mit etwas schleppender, aber sehr freundlichen Bedienung und einer riesen Auswahl an Gerichten. Das Essen ist gut und von der Menge her sehr viel. Preislich mehr als OK.

Wir waren als Familie, 2 Erwachsene und ein Teenager hier essen. Zu dritt hatten wir eine super leckere Mezevorspeise Platte. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir zweimal Lammauflauf und einmal Gyros. Das Essen war einfach köstlich. Dazu ein sehr freundliches Personal, leckeren Wein und viel ouzo. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Essen, Super Service ( Bestellung vor der offiziellen Öffnungszeit angenommen) und mit dem wahrscheinlich schnellsten #Pizzataxi# der Welt geliefert, obwohl eigentlich kein Lieferservice angegeben ist. Vielen Dank und immer wieder gerne.
