First-class food, excellent selection of wines, spirits, etc. Excellent value for money. The service is second to none in Wiesmoor!

We went to dinner last week with 6 people. We had pizza, pasta, and chicken, so it was a very mixed bag. Everyone agreed, the food wasn't outstanding, especially since the chicken and spaghetti carbonara had a large amount of roasted arugula on top. A bit odd. Then we waited for almost an hour even though it wasn't busy. The worst part, though, was the service: They took our order twice because they probably didn't understand it properly the first time, and the second time the note disappeared!! And the second time, it was very rude and snide. The third time we placed our order, someone else came and apologized, saying the other waitress was new. I know it's hard to get staff, but young and preppy, and on top of that, not personally apologizing for your mistake and coming across as a bit cheeky will unfortunately ruin the restaurant's reputation. You can't put that kind of person behind the counter. Conclusion: It's a shame, everything seemed great, but unfortunately, we won't go there again.

There's nothing more to add to all the positive reviews... the only thing: how unbeatable are the prices? And for this quality? I almost lost my faith. I'm from Bavaria, and they often add 20% there. Here, you can get a carpaccio for €14.20 instead of €16.90, or an Aperol for €6.20 instead of €7.90! The food, service, and cleanliness were perfect. A nightcap on the house at the end!

The restaurant looks chic. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy, and the smell from the kitchen was quite overpowering. We waited about 45 minutes for our food until the waitress told us that our order wasn't correctly in the system. We then fled. The service was very friendly, but the cocktails were a bit too sweet for us. We didn't even get to eat until dinner. The drinks were on the house. My wife would have appreciated more vegetarian options. The restrooms could also be cleaner. We were very disappointed.

We ate at the NOVEL restaurant yesterday. The service, ambiance, and food were all excellent! The waiters were very attentive and super friendly. We ordered rump steak and salmon fillet. Both were cooked to perfection and simply delicious!🤤 We hope to be able to eat here again during our vacation. Definitely recommended. If you want delicious food, good service, and a cozy atmosphere, this is the place for you! Thanks again for the lovely evening and the incredibly delicious food!

We ordered our food for pickup. The fries were only half-cooked and soggy. The cheese on the cheeseburger had a bubblegum-like consistency, which was very annoying. And the sauce overpowered everything. We also ordered a cheeseburger without a side. We were still charged the full price. Even though the sides were included, they should have informed us of this when ordering. Nobody wants to pay the same price for less. Only the sweet potato fries were good. All in all, very disappointing.

Delicious food, a nice selection of dishes, and a good selection of drinks. However, the seating is very open, and as a result, it's quite loud. If that doesn't bother you, you shouldn't miss this restaurant. We've been there several times and will go again 🙂

Our waitress was in a good mood, knew the menu, and had honest recommendations at the ready – no fake restaurant chatter, just friendly and professional. The food? Really good. Creative, modern cuisine with high-quality ingredients – my steak was cooked to perfection, the sides were perfect, and everything was beautifully presented. The vegetarian dishes also looked great. The drinks menu is very well thought out – good wines, exciting cocktails, and even non-alcoholic options with a twist. In conclusion: novel is a real find for Wiesmoor – stylish, delicious, and full of personality. Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a lovely dinner for two. I'll definitely be back.

I recently visited this restaurant and overall it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cozy, the food was excellent - especially the pizza, which was perfectly prepared, and also the pizza rolls, which make a great starter. The service team was also friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was a small drawback: the young woman with shoulder-length black hair who looked after our table spoke very quietly, so it was sometimes difficult to understand her. But that's just a small point of criticism that doesn't really spoil the overall impression. I will definitely come back because the food and atmosphere make the visit totally worth it!

Spent our evening at Novel with friends today. Definitely worth another visit for us. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Since we like drinking wine, this place is excellent for us. We had to wait a whopping three hours for our food... The waitress told us that it was because of our starter. Say: Anyone who orders a starter at Novel waits three hours for the main course. Good thing we skipped dessert. Note: Steak tough, herb butter still frozen, chicken still raw inside. However, the cocktails are good and the price is moderate.

Had dinner with the company and have to honestly say that I was really disappointed. We had booked a reservation for 13 people at 6 p.m. and at first everything was fine. Shortly after we sat down, everyone's order (drink, starter and main course) was taken. We got the drink 10 minutes later, but for the starter (starter platter was good) we had to wait until 7:15 p.m., a good hour. The reason for the 1 🌟 rating was that the main course had to wait until 9:05 p.m., almost 3 hours after the order was placed. In addition, my colleagues' chicken was raw from the inside. I and a few colleagues had rump steak that tasted ok but was impossible to eat. It was so tough and full of gristle that you didn't feel like eating anymore. The service was friendly, but there was no information, for example, that it might take longer until our food was ready. Furthermore, we didn't ask ourselves whether we wanted something to drink and the dishes from the starter and main course were partly cleared away and partly left on the table. Conclusion: Service friendly but not good, very long waiting times for several people, rough hands and the rump steak is very difficult to eat.

We had a wonderful evening with the family yesterday, with delicious food and very friendly service. The restaurant was quite full but the team still did a very good job, unfortunately the table next door brought the mood down a bit in the restaurant, it seems to have been a company party. Despite the teams' best efforts, this group was neither polite nor adequate. Thanks to the nice young lady at the counter, she reacted very professionally and made the evening even better for us. I wouldn't have remained so friendly. Nonetheless, the food was delicious and worth the wait. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a “bag of patience” for everyone who needs it.

We were there for the first time today with colleagues. And first of all: definitely not for the last time. We have rarely eaten so deliciously and well. My rump steak was cooked to perfection, the side dishes were to die for. Price performance is absolutely okay, and the portions are more than generous. Very attentive and extremely nice service. Great and modern location on the market square in Wiesmoor! The bruschetta was nice and crispy. The topping was nice and juicy and well seasoned. The two main courses were also super tasty. Wollte es hier schon immer mal probieren, die Karte ist schlicht gehalten was ganz klar dafür steht das alle Zutaten frisch sind, der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr leckeres Essen und ein besonders nettes Personal. Sehr aufmerksam. Eine Begrüßung und Verabschiedung hat stattgefunden. Ein "schön das sie bei uns waren" als Verabschiedung. Die Tür offen gehalten. Die junge Frau die uns den Abend bediente, verabschiedete sich von uns, als sie Feierabend hatte. Respekt...und das alles von dem jungen Persomal. Ich habe mich rundum dort wohl gefühlt und werde das Restaurant weiterempfehlen und es bald wieder besuchen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat ein sehr schönes und modernes Ambiente. Zudem sehr nettes Personal und das wichtigste: SEHR LECKERES ESSEN und leckere Cocktails.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden in Zukunft regelmäßig dort essen gehen. Für mich aktuell eines der besten Restaurants in Wiesmoor. Auf diesem Wege nochmals ein Lob an den Koch und die netten Servicekräfte.

Mit Abstand die geilste Pizza in Wiesmoor. Freue mich schon die anderen Gerichte zu probieren. Leider hat es stark nachgelassen. Mehrfach die Pizza geschnitten bestellt was nicht geklappt hat. Und jetzt bestellt und bei Ankunft wusste man nichts von der Bestellung

Wir waren dort zum ersten Mal, obwohl wir aus Wiesmoor kommen. Spontan mit einem unserer Gäste konnten wir uns auch noch zur späteren Stunde dort hinsetzen. Es war knapp vor 21 Uhr. TOP 👍. Das Essen war mega lecker und der junge Mann, macht richtig gute Arbeit, obwohl er alleine war . Wir kommen wieder 👍👍👍

Das 1.mal dort gewesen. War sehr schön und sehr lecker. Das Ambiente super. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Hatten dort unseren Hochzeitstag ausklingen lassen. Vorher angerufen Tisch reservieren lassen und mein Mann hatte um ein bißchen deko gebeten. Das so etwas schönes dabei rauskam hatten wir nicht gedacht. Waren sprachlos. Uns werdet ihr definitiv öfters sehen.

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal in dem doch eher leicht verstecktem Novel Abendessen und waren sehr sehr positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant hat ein tolles eingerichtete Ambiente. Und das Essen dort hat uns auch sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war überaus aufmerksam, immer freundlich und immer auf zack😊 Fazit: Wer mal im Raum Wiesmoor ist, dem können wir nur empfehlen dort mal vorbei zu schauen und dort essen zu gehen. Die Mengen dort sind auch mehr wie gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
