Die besten Restaurants in Bad Bevensen

We ate there with the whole family today, March 29th, and it was absolutely fantastic! There were seven adults and two small children. Two chairs were immediately provided, and the little ones were treated very well. We had a separate room where the little ones could run around without disturbing other guests. The service there is very good, and many "modern" restaurants could learn a thing or two from their example! The ambiance isn't modern, but it totally suits the restaurant and the food on offer. You can still get truly delicious German cuisine here! The schnitzel is highly recommended, as are the side dishes like salad and fried potatoes! The price/performance ratio is perfect. We will definitely be back and can only recommend it to everyone.

We wanted to have dinner there two weeks ago. We decided to go for it because it had good reviews. When we arrived there was a note on the door saying no card payment. Then we turned around again. During this time it should probably be normal to pay by card. Then another restaurant made money. They probably don't need it. 🤨

An extremely friendly team, very good service and excellent food quality! The Bad Bevensen thermal baths are an absolute highlight, especially the newly designed sauna area.

It was our first time there, service was nice and we responded to requests. Food was ok, but not very good, we've had better Greek food. Dogs are only allowed on the terrace. If we had had to sit inside, we would have left. You won't find the typical frappe...

Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Platz zugewiesen. Das Restaurant war zu diesem Zeitpunkt (in der Woche) gut besucht. Die Speisekarte war sehr umfangreich, sodass wir etwas länger brauchten um die Bestellung aufzugeben, die Getränke bestellten wir schon vorab. Der Kellner (wahrscheinlich Inhaber mit weißem Hemd und Brille) lief die ganze Zeit laut trällernd durch den Laden und bediente die Gäste. Das war schon recht nervig. Die Geräuschkulisse ohnehin schon recht laut und dann noch das. Nun gut, nachdem wir uns dann doch endlich entschieden hatten, kam der gute Mann zu uns an den Tisch und meinte wahrhaftig mit leichtem Unterton: ach, so schnell? Leider waren wir nicht so schlagfertig und bestellten einfach unseren Essenswunsch. Die Wartezeit war angemessen. Eine junge Mitarbeiterin servierte uns das Essen. Sie war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten Schweinesteak mit Pommes und Salat sowie Penne mit Gorgonzola und Spinat. Das Schweinesteak war recht klein mit 'ner hand voll Pommes und einem Minisalat als Beilage, zwar lecker aber mit fast 24 Euro nicht verhältnismäßig. Die Penne dagegen war übermäßig viel und war o.k, ich hätte mir einen kräftigeren Gorgonzolageschmack gewünscht, aber da kann man es ja auch nicht jedem recht machen. Dann bestellten wir uns einen Ouzo, der dann je Glas mit stolzen 3,80 Euro berechnet wurde. Auch als dann zum Schluss das Trinkgeld nicht so üppig ausfiel bedankte sich der Herr mehrfach bei uns.:-) Die meisten Gäste an den Nebentischen bestellten eher Pizza und Pasta, somit denken wir mal, dass das ggf. die bessere Wahr gewesen wäre.

We spent a 4-day short break here over Easter. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms, however, are a bit dated and no longer meet modern standards, although the hotel information indicates that it was renovated in 2021. The value for money of the rooms is not right here. A recommendation for additional services would be the installation of one or two charging stations for electric cars to further increase the attractiveness and a vending machine for drinks and snacks in the entrance area. The wellness area has a 15-meter pool, a whirlpool, two fitness machines, a steam room, and a sauna. The sauna is spacious, but, like the rooms, is showing its age. The benches and walls should be sanded down and better lit to create a brighter and friendlier atmosphere, and daily cleaning is a given. There was a problem with the minibar in our room, but this was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction by the hotel manager. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant and the staff, both at breakfast and in the evening. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. We never felt like we were missing anything. We would be happy to come back.

Solid doner kebab. Good chicken skewer. The bread quickly became soggy and torn from the sauce. Pricey on the high side.

Solid Italian. The pasta was good. Priced okay too. Bruchetta is served as an interesting variation. Service was also good. Toilets clean and modern.

Delicious food is always a pleasure to come here. Had the lamb fillet today.👍👍👍
