Pizza Bella Lieferservice Bad Bevensen in Bad Bevensen

Ordered food at 8:21 p.m., never arrived, and no one was available. It's almost 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, I've already paid via PayPal.

After the new flyers came out, we thought we'd give Bella another chance (we ordered there a while ago but didn't have a good experience). Well, what can I say? The veggie fries consisted of fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and chili cheese nuggets with very large pieces of cucumber, tomato, onions, and a bunch of jalapeños, but they didn't even come close to the ingredients listed on the menu. Very disappointing. The pizzas were edible but anything but good. After calling several times about the veggie fries, I always got a voicemail.

I ordered recently and it arrived after 22 minutes, which I think is very positive, and the burgers taste particularly delicious.

The first time I ordered there, everything was fine. Today was the second time, and we discovered that a fly had been baked into the cake and was stuck to the bottom! It's just disgusting. I won't be ordering from there again!

We ordered through Lieferando.de and paid via PayPal, but only half of the order arrived. We called them, and the man on the phone simply said, "We don't have it, so you can't have ordered it, even though it's stated on the receipt." He wasn't willing to refund the money either. The man on the phone was incredibly rude. We don't need to talk about the food; it really wasn't tasty.

Very tasty! The burgers were juicy, with a crispy crust and a fluffy bun. The cheesy fries were simply perfect, with loads of cheese. The cold Coca-Cola rounded it all off wonderfully. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-served. Highly recommended for all fast food fans!

This was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The crust was three times as thick as the toppings and simply felt "raw." I waited over an hour for my food and was so disappointed. Never again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

A nearly two-hour wait for delivery, a cumbersome AI order taker, a human call back after an hour due to questions from the delivery service, and the food quality was ultimately truly subpar. Absolutely not a recommendation.

The wrong baguette was delivered last time. Today, the delivery time for two pizzas took over 1.5 hours! And that was only after requesting it. Then the pizza was half-cold :( Unfortunately, the taste had also deteriorated considerably :( The order was almost €30. It was always our number one place to order, but definitely not anymore. We won't be ordering from there again.

We waited over 2 hours for our order and only received lukewarm food after asking over the phone. The sauce was missing for the croque, which had a rather "loose" consistency and even though I specially ordered my salad without corn (allergy), the salad consisted of a third of corn! Then the menu says that the gyros dishes come with salad, for which you can also choose a dressing. Apparently this "salad" consists of a slice of tomato and there was no tzatziki either. All in all, I definitely won't be ordering from there again because the lack of quality doesn't justify the price... It's a shame

Ordered food through Restablo at 6:21 p.m. Delivery 45 minutes was stated. Laughable, it's now 8:15 p.m. and still no delivery. Never again!!!

Pizza didn't come despite x calls within 2 hours

Called after 1 hour because ordered via Lieferando. Apparently according to the first statement nothing arrived, then it was found and it was the PC's fault. I actually had delivery, but after I was told again that I would have to wait another 45 minutes, I went there myself and picked it up. When we opened the six pizzas at home, two pizzas were unfortunately missing a side dish. Yes, they apologized nicely 5-6 times when we picked it up, but it was somehow a stupid thing to do overall

Waiting time over 90 minutes; The quality of the pizza was subpar, dry (Diavolo) and the one with hollandaises (Wundervoll) didn't even have tomato sauce on the bottom. Generally saved a lot with toppings. No order recommendation!

Just ordered, food came cold, snack rolls without the salami had no taste and no sauce, croque the bread tasted like it was 5 days old 🤮 once and never again

Ordered food, unfortunately in the last two orders it always came late and not just 10 minutes, no you can easily expect a delay of at least an hour so that the food might arrive. Unfortunately no longer recommended.

We ordered a huge pizza to the athletes' home. The delivery was quick and was even carried to the first floor. The pizza was hot and delicious, the garlic sauce was to die for. We always enjoy ordering here!

We ordered via Lieferando and waited a total of 2 hours. The food is average, I wouldn't order it again. The arugula on the pizza was not washed, so the food has a certain crunch. The fries were cold and soggy when they arrived. I can only recommend the garlic naan bread without reservation. We were put off twice on the phone and the promised time was not kept. The delivery driver was friendly and apologized for the delay, at least. Overall, I'm unfortunately dissatisfied with it and would have liked more. Here the friend comments: I would like to give 0 stars. I'm hangry and dissatisfied! Food poor in terms of quality. Thanks for nothing

Delivery arrived late, pizza was already cold and no longer crispy, the schnitzel with croquettes I ordered also left a lot to be desired, croquettes were already cold and soggy and the schnitzel was in an excessive amount of oil. The driver didn't even have change and apparently wanted to get a large tip and was completely rude and rude. In my opinion not recommended.

The food was OK. (I was hungry). The ambience is not good at all. (A few tables and chairs. It would be nice if you could clean the tables and chairs. You get stuck to them.) The service is not nice. (One person took the order and forwarded it, then he sat on the work surface and played around on his cell phone. That doesn't work at all. Once and never again!

Took an outrageously long time to deliver

The last order was missing one of four pizza toppings and the pizza was lukewarm. We paid for a pizza topping with it but didn't get it. During the delivery before, we had to wait 1.5 hours for delivery.

Truly the absolute worst pizza bread ever! It was a frozen pizza bread which you could clearly tell from the base. When ordering online, it didn't say anywhere that you get a dip, which is why I of course ordered more dips - only to end up with far too many. You could have saved the money. The “American dip” is simply spiced ketchup mixed with mayo. 😂 I also had it delivered to the company during my lunch break with the simple instruction "Please call my cell phone number so I can wait at the front" to make it easier for the delivery person... of course I didn't get a call beforehand. First and last time - how can you (want to) put in so little effort?

I picked up the pizza myself. There wasn't much going on there, just two relaxed, friendly employees. The pizza ("The Wonderful" or something like that) was super tasty: broccoli fresh and perfectly cooked, chicken, cheese, onions in the right amount - everything was perfect!

I ordered today around 7:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. because I couldn't be home before then. At around 9 p.m. they called my wife and said the food would be there in 10 minutes and there was no other way. So I was allowed to eat my food cold. Let's be honest: I like to finish work on time, but that can't happen on the customer's back. I don't order there anymore.

Indian menu: The food (Butter Chicken) that I ordered was very delicious, I remembered my childhood. The food that grandmothers used to prepare.

Enjoy your meal. With humorous jokes. Unfortunately, you can't rate Lieferando in this way.

The space wasn't that appealing because there were few seats, but the food was delicious and the service was nice and courteous.

The wrong dip was delivered with the pizza bread. Since this happened several times, I complained and a new pizza bread with the right dip was delivered without asking. Very accommodating!!! Respect.

Despite the delivery time, the food arrived half an hour later and was only lukewarm. Ordered croquettes, fries were sticky and lukewarm. Last time I couldn't help anymore.

Loads of cheese. I will fart for days. No regrets.

Hab heute Bestellt und bin voll zufrieden. Hatten eine gut gefüllte leckere Calzone und Chicken Wings mit Pommes Mayo. Halbe Stunde Lieferzeit war angesag und exakt eingehalten. Alles ist heiss hier eingetroffen und hat gut geschmeckt.

Die Pizza ist immer super lecker. Die Lieferzeiten angemessen je nach Wochentag. Wenn Reklamationen sein sollten, gibt es immer eine freundliche Lösung. Chinesische Nudeln kann man beim Fach-Gastronom besser essen.

Habe hier schon mehrmals bestellt und konnte mich nie über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beschweren. Und mit einer Lieferzeit von 30-40 Minuten in den Stoßzeiten sollte man auch leben können ! Ich war bisher immer zufrieden !

Gute Pizza gute Preise und schnelle lieferung.

Zu empfehlen sind die Snackrolls. Burger war jetzt nicht Top, aber auch nicht unterirdisch. Es gibt 10% für selbstabholer.

Sushi ist absolut in Ordnung, vom Preis her passt es auch. Personal ist freundlich. Wir haben unser Sushi bisher auch nur aus HH und LG geholt, es ist ne gute Alternative. Aber, es kommt noch nicht ganz auf dem Level an.

Wir haben das Sushi Sonntagabend getestet. Waren sehr skeptisch, weil wir gewisse Ansprüche an Sushi stellen. Bestellung und Abholung waren problemlos. Die Qualität des Sushis war okay. Da hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden. Das kann bei rohem Fisch ja schon mal kritisch sein. Alles wurde frisch gemacht. Die Vielfalt der Karte ist groß. Die Preise für Bevensener Verhältnisse relativ hoch. Insgesamt kann man das aber doch empfehlen, um mal zwischendurch den Sushihunger zu stillen. Sushi-Feinschmeckern empfehle ich weiterhin den Weg nach LG, HH oder H.

Pizza ist wirklich lecker. Heute das erste mal liefern lassen. Ging recht schnell. Leider kam das falsche. Und dann auch noch calzone bestellt, wo man leider nicht direkt kontrollieren kann ob sie richtig gefüllt ist. War sie leider nicht. Und dann als lieferdienst komplett ohne Wechselgeld zu kommen ist leider ein wenig unprofessionell. Fast noch vor dem hallo kam die Aussage: ich hoffe sie haben es passend. Ich habe kein Wechselgeld. Essen ist wirklich lecker. Aber der Rest... naja...
