Does not correspond to 4 stars. Staff very friendly, especially the young lady at reception. Our room was very small, with worn furniture, everything was just cheap imitation leather, uncomfortable. Rooms facing the parking lot were very noisy due to the busy main road nearby. There is also a large construction site next to the hotel, which was not disclosed when booking. The garden is significantly smaller and more unkempt than indicated on the homepage. We didn't even unpack, we immediately moved to the partner hotel. The lady at reception took our complaint very professionally and friendly and quickly found a replacement for us. Very irritated that you have to pay for the entire stay upon arrival. Overall, the hotel seems dated, but the new hotel manager is already in the process of making renovations. So it could be worth a trip.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast and dinner were good and edible. The room is pretty worn out. Spiders in the room, dirty windows.

Rooms pleasantly large. Service hardly available. Garbage was disposed of by us. Hand and shower towels were brought after we asked. No cleaning during the week. Kitchen was very good.

During a visit to Bad Bevensen we took a look at the hotel! We were regular guests in this house three years ago! Now we were very disappointed!!! At the reception it was difficult to understand us! They wanted a house brochure and price list.....they didn't exist!!! Withered flower decorations, everything seemed a little run down to me. Glass display cases with fingerprints! Unkept garden terrace! Unfortunately we will not book this hotel... we are very disappointed with what has become of it... what a shame!

Reception staff very friendly unfortunately the hotel manager was very rude. Doesn't respond to email inquiries then calls back at some point and is very angry and doesn't let you have a say. Only what he says counts. Reception not available after 8 p.m. Emergency number not available. I would never book in this hotel again.

We had booked a room and were unable to arrive at the hotel as early as planned due to many construction sites and traffic jams. We received a code for the key safe over the phone, which we later used to get the key cards. Unfortunately, only one of the cards worked at the entrance door. When we got to the room, we found that none of the cards opened the room for us. Of course no one could be reached from the hotel, but the emergency service was also unavailable. So we couldn't spend the night in the room. The next morning, on the way to work, we went back to the hotel to sort things out. Surprisingly, even the hotel manager was there. He checked the cards and apologized. He canceled the reservation immediately and offered us a free breakfast. Due to time constraints, we were only able to have a very short breakfast, i.e. a cup of coffee and a roll. When we left again after 10 minutes, there was no one to be found. There was no response to a later request for a possible free overnight stay. When I asked again for an answer, an aggressive call came. So not a recommendable hotel for me. I think that a night in the car with little sleep and then a full day of work on a roll and a coffee is not enough compensation. And that a hotel manager shouldn't call a guest to yell at them. I don't hope the whole hotel chain is run like that. But I can't say anything about that. I have not yet checked in with the Ringhotel Group. In the future I will only avoid the Ringhotel Fährhaus in 29549 Bad Bevensen.

Getting old, but the staff stands out.

Very good hotel. Very clean, good food, free bottle of water in the room was always put back. Swimming pool also very pleasant.

Positive reception Positive the excellent breakfast Negative: very simple rooms WITHOUT air conditioning. Particularly negative is the restaurant's extremely poor quality food. Own beer nasty taste. Onion soup is a watery tasteless substance. Schnitzel to fry through. Fries limp and even some not cooked properly. Mushroom sauce Wash sauce without mushroom flavor. Really incredibly mediocre to bad.

A very nice hotel with an attractive wellness area. Rooms as clean as expected with comfortable beds. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is therefore very commendable. The main course for dinner on the 3 days of our stay was simply disappointing (we have stayed in different hotels several times over the last few years and would like to make a comparison). The evening staff was very committed, but no one can serve so many guests with two people. For this reason, further drink orders were not accepted or not served. On the second day in the morning we had a conversation with Mr. Braun (hotel manager?), we made him aware of the inconvenience we felt as a guest. He promised us that it would be better the next day and gave us a chilled bottle of champagne with 2 glasses Sorry to have it brought to the room. A very nice gesture, but unfortunately the service and the food didn't improve. The service here at dinner is carried out as best as possible due to the lack of staff. The breakfast staff is completely on point and well positioned. We also wish this level of staffing for the evening service. You too are definitely on the ball and certainly deserve reinforcements.

If, contrary to usual practice, you are forced to pay the hotel bill in advance when checking in, you will feel like you have been put in a bit of a bad place. It is also very strange that the restaurant doesn't write anything into the room, but insists on immediate payment.

I can only agree with many others... the staff is great... friendly and helpful... the breakfast is really very good... lots to choose from, something for everyone... dinner also good portions with top quality, plus a very good price for the drinks, I would perhaps deduct half a star... because maybe new paint should be added here and there and one or two joints could be re-done, or the outside area could get a little more love, newer Remove the railings, verdigris, etc...but otherwise I was super satisfied...I'd love to come back here if I end up in a corner😎👍🏻

Horrible food, burnt Wiener Schnitzel, original, i.e. veal, not edible. It's a shame, we had a great day of golf, we were hungry and then we went bankrupt.

We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the friendly team. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich and fresh. The dinner was also very good. We'd love to come back.

Nice hotel with small deficiencies in cleanliness

Long weekend from July 4th to 7th, 2024 A not too big hotel, with a wonderful staff. We had a really great weekend. The restaurant/dining area is friendly and has a great adjacent terrace. In the basement there is a cozy, separate SPA area (nude area) with a 75°C sauna, a steam bath, 2 shower areas, comfortable, heated loungers and a small outdoor area. You can do something for fitness on 2 machines and in a neighboring area (with swimwear) there is a swimming pool approx. 10m x 7m and a 4-5 person whirlpool. Massages and beauty treatments can be booked, but you should definitely do this in advance. The treatments we booked were great. Thanks again to Mr. Braun and his team

Staff very friendly, rooms clean and completely sufficient, very rich breakfast buffet and very tasty dinner. Unfortunately no balconies and access to the unkempt garden is impractical. Sauna, steam room, swimming pool and whirlpool good.

No bad hotel in Berlin is better

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff! Unfortunately, neither the rooms nor the beds were made within the 4 days. Towels were only available upon request. Super great and delicious food, but unfortunately it wasn't labeled (especially at dinner).

We were able to relax very well :) Fly screens on the window would be perfect and small table waste bins on every table for the breakfast buffet...but it would also work without it 😉

Very nice and romantic spa hotel in the Lüneburg Heath. Very idyllic location. Delicious food and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Nice spa area and very nice staff in the restaurant. I will gladly come again.

Because of the current construction work in the ZA, I was able to have breakfast here today and was thrilled: great selection, wonderful peace and nice service: guest, what more could you want? THANK YOU VERY MUCH *wink

Nice remote hotel with a large restaurant. Clean public space. Sufficient parking spaces. Swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna clean and sufficient. Some music in the background would be nice. Towels and bathrobe available.

Room is a bit outdated but somehow fits in with the area. Everything is super clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Had a buffet on Good Friday evening, totally delicious and fresh. Breakfast great. Pool and sauna area are also really great.

The hotel offers friendly service and clean rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the hotel's appearance is a bit dated and a renovation would be in order to improve the standard. The pool was a bit cold but the whirlpool was nice and warm. Breakfast is great. Quiet humming in the room but otherwise quiet. It is possible to eat in the evening in the in-house restaurant.

The hotel is located above a forest. Very nicely located. There is a path into the city, not on the street but a little way into the settlement, then stairs lead to the spa gardens, about a 20 minute walk. A nice walk!7

We had booked a weekend. I really enjoyed the time with my sister. The hotel is partly getting old, you can see that there are improvements being made, super clean... Shower kept very small....food was very tasty....plenty of selection...staff friendly....would come again...LG greetings 😄

Nice hotel with chic furnishings. The lobby, the restaurant and the rooms overall have a very chic interior, but the bathroom could use a renovation because the shower door was really tight and the windows in the attic room were unfortunately difficult to open and close. The night light lamp was unfortunately a bit very bright, but that's a complaint on a high level. Otherwise the hotel and the facilities were really great. Very chic restaurant with very tasty food, but also reasonable "high" prices for the standards. The staff in the restaurant are also very polite and there is a very varied breakfast with an amazing selection in the morning. You can walk straight out the door into the forest, but it is also a little remote from the city. Personally, I don't think it's that bad because I like it to be a little quieter in the evening.

Good breakfast and a la carte food in the restaurant. In our room the bathroom needed a renovation but was clean. Nice wellness area. The hotel is located on some hiking trails on the outskirts of town. Brine is (contrary to the information on the homepage) not included in the hotel's guest card. Mostly nice staff.

Große Enttäuschungen statt Geburtstagswellness. 2022 hatte meine Frau einen schönen Geburtstag. Wellnesstermin lag bereit, wir wurden freundlich Begrüßt. Der über das Hotel bestellte Blumenstrauß stand am Geburtstag auf einem schön gedeckten Tisch. Ein Glas Sekt gab es zum anstoßen. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste willkommen und Buchten für 2023 erneut. Ein fataler Fehler !!!!!!!! Eine Verkäuferin im Supermarkt begrüßt uns freundlicher. Der telefonisch organisierte Anwendungstermin lag nicht bereit. Der Geburtstag wurde gänzlich Ignoriert. Kein hergerichteter Frühstückstisch und von dem bestellten Blumenstrauß wusste angeblich niemand. Frecher Weise wurde dann noch behauptet, das Geschäft hat wohl nicht geliefert. Schade, dass wir die ignoranten und gelangweilten Mitarbeiter gestört haben. Ist auch gemütlicher ohne Gäste. Einen Chef als Ansprechpartner gibt es nicht mehr. Über das Reinigungspersonal halte ich mich lieber zurück. Nie wieder Ringhotel!!!!! Nur noch Inhabergeführte Wellnesshotels.

Ich weiß nicht wo man da anfangen soll . Es war schrecklich! Man kam an am Empfang war keiner da, obwohl man schon Monate vorher ( auch per Email) abgemacht hatte , das wir erst um 21 Uhr einchecken können . Man versprach mir das jemand da sei . Es war keiner da ! Ich bekam die Schlüssel von einem Kenner aus dem Restaurant. Dann kamen wir auf das tolle Zimmer 21 was eine Junior Suite sein sollte .. man kam rein alle Fenster auf . Was Top ist, wen mann November hat. Heizung am pfeifen . Das ganze Zimmer war ausgekühlt. Badezimmer verkalt , sei es Waschbecken oder Badewanne. In der Badewanne waren Haare drinne . Also Sauberkeit = 0. Von der Toilette könnt ihr euch selber überzeugen per Bild unten .. also ich weiß nicht , woher die 4 Sterne sind. Servicekraft / an der Verwaltung ( blonden junges Mädchen was kaum deutsch kann ), meinte nur sry muss renoviert werden . Das ist eine fachliche Aussage??? Mal abgesehen das sie mega unfreundlich war . Auf den Rückantwort von dem Manger warte ich immer noch. 170€ für ein Dreck Zimmer. Hätte ich eher auf den Bauernhof schlafen können, wo es sauberer gewesen wäre . Dazu kommt noch die Tür ließ sich nicht Richtig abschließen und die Betten ( sollten Doppelbetten sein) , waren 2 Einzelbetten aneinander gebracht und Unten mit Bremsen befestigt. Ehrlich versteh die gute Bewertungen nicht und das es ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein soll .

Wir habe zwei Monate vorher zwei Übernachtungen über Silvester gebucht. Vier Wochen später bekamen wir eine Mail mit den Informationen zu Check in usw. ganz unten in der Mail stand in einem Satz, dass unsere Unterbringung nicht möglich ist weil es zu mehreren Buchungsfehlern gekommen sei. Eher Glück, dass wir es überhaupt gelesen haben, sonst hätten wir einen Tag vor Silvester mit gepackten Taschen und zwei kleinen Kindern vor der Tür gestanden. Telefonisch war es dann über Wochen nicht möglich, jemanden in dem Hotel zu erreichen, der sich für den Fall zuständig fühlte. Man versprach uns mehrmals einen Rückruf der Direktion, der aber niemals erfolgte. So kurzfristig war es natürlich für uns auch nicht möglich, eine Alternative zu finden.
