A wonderful Italian restaurant in our city! The very nice and professional owner creates a welcoming atmosphere. The pizza is particularly tasty, but the other dishes are also excellent. Friendly and attentive service completes the experience. Absolutely recommended!

That must have been the infamous combination of Lower Saxon and Italian hospitality! I asked for a table for myself and was told there were no free tables, even though the restaurant was only half full. Anyway... as a solo business traveler, I can only say it wasn't worth the trip. It's a shame, arrogance probably won't win you any customers in a difficult market. Conclusion: just stay away!

Ankum is an interesting place. You can reach Georgetown directly through the impressive and informative Pastor's Staircase. The furnishings are beautifully designed and the acoustics are pleasant. The seats by the window are ideally designed. Furthermore, we found everything clean and well organized. The service didn't exactly radiate a welcome. Finished orders are called, which caused confusion for many seats. When ordering individually, a menu with a free drink was pointed out, which was very commendable. The order card also makes a good and curious impression, as do the displays behind the counter. The large burgers are great, well topped and have delicious sauces where the combination is right. Nevertheless, Little George couldn't be missed. We would definitely like to come back and can highly recommend it.

Wir waren größeren Familienkreis im Cafe Sich und haben folgendes erlebt: Auf die Frage, ob wir eine Kugel Eis im Becher haben konnten, wurden wir schlecht gelaunt informiert, dass es dass hier nicht gibt. Auf die Rückfrage, ob es möglich wäre, wenn man für zwei Kugeln zahlt, wurden wir angeschrien, dass das nicht geht und wir uns nicht so aufführen sollen. Dem niederländischen Teil der Familie wurde gesagt, sie wäre hier nicht erwünscht und sollen doch wieder nach Hause fahren. Auf die Frage, ob es möglich sei, mit Karte zu zahlen, kamen weitere Unverschämtheiten. Beim späteren Versuch, den Inhabern klar zu machen, dass sie unserer Familie den Vormittag verdorben haben, wurden wir weiterhin sehr aggressiv angegangen und des Hauses verwiesen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Kunden sowie fremdenfeindliche Angriffe sind inakzeptabel!
