I am very shocked by the store! - Specialist staff cannot speak a word of German on the phone. - You have to explain what you want 5 times, you'll get something else anyway. - Food arrives wrong (ordered 3 kebabs only 1 was correct) - Something is usually missing (sprite, uludag). - Food is cold.
