Some of the food comes to the table cold, I complained about this to the boss. Grilled fish dishes were then brought to the table warmed up again. The boss doesn't accept the criticism and reprimands her staff loudly and condescendingly in front of the guests. When you're eating, the food is cleared past you, and you can then enjoy the smell of the staff as an additional aroma. Furthermore, the meat plates are often fried to death, e.g. beef, crocodile or ostrich are fried so hot that everything is as tough as shoe soles and almost overwhelms the chewing muscles. Add to that the price and the often non-existent selection. No thanks, I used to love going there, but now I don't recommend it.

We came at 9 p.m. and ate a plate "the food was cold even the rice" and a coke and for that we had to pay 33.90 per person once and never again.

The employees aren't exactly nice. Everyone stressed and annoyed. Already noticed twice. As far as the food is concerned, it's great and varied, but if it's booked well, the food usually ends up cold on the table and that's not possible. They can't cope with the service at all. All the food is put on the robot and so that it doesn't go back and forth twice, you wait until all the food from many orders is on it, only then is the food delivered. That definitely needs to change.

We used to eat there regularly, but not anymore. Prices high, quality down. Food lukewarm, hygiene sometimes subpar, refills are great, food tolerance is poor. It's really a shame that things are going so downhill.

We had dinner here with the family today. The restaurant was recommended to us by friends and we wanted to try it out. The restaurant is well located, but there is no elevator, as it is on the mezzanine floor you are forced to climb stairs. There was a reception, but it was not manned. A running waitress stopped briefly, showed us a table and disappeared. Unfortunately there was no explanation of the concept. There was a fish/meat/poultry buffet where you could put together a grill plate. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was semi-good. There was another buffet with ready meals such as fried rice, fried egg noodles, crispy duck etc, as well as curry dishes. There was also a sushi buffet and a dessert buffet. The ready meals were full of glutamate. The sushi was full of rice and little fish. Drinks were all syrupy drinks. The price was 30 euros per person. If the quality of the food were better, the price would definitely be justified, but my recommendation would be to offer less and increase the quality. Definitely not worth a visit - a shame.

You will receive a friendly welcome. The service at the table is also attentive and largely friendly. The Mongolian buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and not so fresh foods. It's worth taking a look here. The Chinese buffet was partly empty, dried out and the food was only moderately warm. The dessert buffet is typically Chinese. But offers a mixed selection. Drinks are included in the buffet price and there are various taps available. However, wine and beer are reduced to one drink. Non-alcoholic drinks can be made up at will. If you value quantity more than quality, this is the right place for you. We personally will not visit this restaurant again.

Probably the best balanced restaurant in terms of food and staff, I go there regularly, the only thing missing would be a wifi network, otherwise they have free drinks included in the 30 Euro more or less. There is so much food that you can't handle it all. I really like this place.

The buffet is generous and there is certainly something for everyone. As we often know, the taste is rather average. One complaint is that, for example, fresh meat that you get freshly prepared is grilled for far too long and you actually don't feel like chewing on the sole of a shoe anymore. However, what stands out very negatively is the sushi, the "sushi master" stands there with his cell phone typing around on his cell phone and then shapes the nigiri or whatever. Hygiene is rather non-existent. Really not good in taste. Price-performance ratio is pretty good. Apart from the fact that you can drink constantly, there is nothing to praise.

Unfortunately the restaurant is in disrepair and the service is non-existent. one or two extremely rude employees. There are only two or three types of dry cake available at the dessert buffet. It was 34 degrees outside and the air conditioning in the restaurant was turned off. In addition, the restaurant smells unpleasant and the tables stick to your arm. To have a cozy family meal with the children, it is better to choose another restaurant. In my opinion Yanida takes too expensive for children under 10 years old. Because the little ones hardly eat anything, you have to pay around €16 per child. In addition, the play area has been broken for months, but given the prices, it could have been repaired long ago. The food was cold. Bowls were not refilled. The service had headphones in her ear and was talking on the phone and didn't mind that the table she was clearing was being steamed. We had been to the restaurant for the third time, unfortunately. last time disappointed with service. We were eating and wanted to enjoy our time. The waitress suddenly comes to us and looks directly at our plates. The waitress spoke to us and told us that we shouldn't leave any food on our plates, which we find unpleasant. We were there for the first time today. The food there actually tastes good, it's just a typical Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet What really bothered me personally was that the fresh, raw meat, fish, pasta and vegetable bowls for the grill were left open the entire evening. Some of the bowls had really disgusting flies on them. And because it wasn't covered and partially - e.g. the garlic and the ginger - not labeled, people kept smelling them. Something like that just doesn't work for me. I also found the service to be quite unfriendly and sometimes even annoying. The ambience is fine, I also think that for this high price I would have expected more unusual dishes or variations. For starters e.g. B. I hardly found anything correct. There were mini spring rolls and wontons, but unfortunately that was it. I don't know if we'll go there again.

Unfortunately we have had very negative experiences. The service staff refused to order tickets due to the waiting times being too long. The restaurant was almost empty. But when only one person out of 3 (the others wanted to order drinks) wanted to eat the buffet, we were sent out of the restaurant. “If only one person wants to eat, no one can,” was the statement. At this point, however, one person had already put food from the buffet on their plate. Among other things, raw chicken and pasta that should be fried. The plate was taken from her and the mixed ingredients were pushed back onto the buffet. That is not how it works. If I could, I would give -5 stars! We definitely won't go there again.

It's just a Chinese restaurant. Selection good. Sushi varied. Fresh fish, good selection at least on Sundays.

Very good dinner, varied with live cooking and all you can eat. These small white paper napkins could be laid out as self-service dishes. Here you have to ask every now and then whether you can get napkins. Since you have to eat some dishes by hand, this would be desirable as an additional service in the self-service area. There is a nice atmosphere with private booths. Otherwise everything was tippi toppi.

Very nice all you can eat restaurant. The price is okay because non-alcoholic drinks + 1x beer or wine are included. You get your drinks like you get your own food. There are well-known soft drinks, juices and water. Even coffee and tea. There is no waiting time here because you never have to wait for service. There is a play area that is unfortunately currently closed. If it was open again everything would be great. The service staff were all very nice and the items were cleared up diligently and quickly. Gladly again and compliments.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't really courteous as we weren't really informed about the situation upon arrival. In this restaurant I was also able to have my first experience with an operating robot that served the food. I find it very questionable, as this robot approaches several tables in advance and therefore a large number of strangers could come into contact with your food. Since this is also a buffet restaurant, you actually have to stay seated until your food is served by the robot, otherwise you won't be able to receive it! But when this will be served is unknown. Conclusion: In my opinion not really hygienic and after this experience I prefer personal service. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Price-performance ratio is out of proportion for Sunday lunchtime.

We really enjoy eating at the Yanida restaurant in Raunheim. The buffet is very well set up. Large selection. It is always refilled. Tastes very good. All in all very tasty. The food we chose for the hot stone is brought to the table by a robot. This generally puts you in a good mood. The price-performance ratio is okay, especially since this includes all non-alcoholic drinks and 1 alcoholic drink of your choice. The waitresses are extremely nice. The food is plentiful and really good. The buffet is constantly checked and refilled. The service at the table is negligible as it is only limited to clearing away. The only really unpleasant thing is that MANY guests are filming the restaurant and the guests with their cell phones! I mentioned this when paying, but I wasn't really interested... This is really unpleasant and should be stopped by the operator.

We went there for lunch for the first time today, unfortunately we didn't have much time for the buffet - 40 minutes - was still enough for us - conditions were very nice and helpful, food was very tasty - duck and chicken were even brought to our table, Mongolian grill was great . Drinks Al included. We really liked it, we'll be back. Unfortunately no disabled access, nice terrace.

If you like big stores, this is the place for you. The food is varied and delicious. So much choice. Made the most of the size of the restaurant. Benches are a bit low for the tables.

A very delightful and most importantly large restaurant serving Chinese and Mongolian food, drinks flow like water from a vending machine and are included in the price of the buffet. Alcohol and coffee on cards to order, for a fee. And there is even a robot that drives around and collects dirty dishes. I recommend

Menus must be multilingual. There is no Turkish. There are many Turks in that region, but there is no Turkish menu or there must be a food promotion card.

Here you can enjoy authentic Chinese delicacies under the watchful eye of Comrade Jinping! It was a great honor to have a robot serve me. Gladly again!

We have often eaten in the restaurant, even with larger groups, and have always been very satisfied. All the friends we took with us were also happy and highly recommended the restaurant. The food is always delicious and there is a very large selection. There is something for everybody. Non-alcoholic drinks with a huge selection of regular soft drinks, coffee specialties, sodas and energy drinks. Price performance is great because these drinks are already included. The part about grilling yourself is also great. The food is brought to the table either by friendly service staff or by a cute robot. Definitely a highlight for children. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. You are warmly welcomed and made to feel welcome. Definitely a recommendation and by far the best all you can eat restaurant!

The food is mostly tasty, especially the on the spot grilled meat but the sweets are below average . Prices have gotten up a lot since one year but quality has gotten a hit. The biggest problem is the staff which is unmotivated and not friendly at all.

The location itself was really beautiful and pleasant. However, some employees were rude and annoyed and didn't really know how to do their job. Were also bad at arithmetic. I would also have liked more food choices. There was also food from the delivery stand (onions) and it was all very messy. I wouldn't recommend.

Fresh and delicious dishes in the buffet. Unfortunately when it's full it's a bit noisy. Because it was full, the grill took a little longer, but you can manage the time with the buffet. Was worth a visit.

It was very tasty, I think the buffet including drinks was really great. 👍🏻 If you like Chinese and Mongolian food, this is the perfect place for you. The service is very nice and friendly and is always available to answer questions. If you're there for the first time, like me yesterday, you didn't know how the drinks worked. But the service tells you. I often get heartburn from other Chinese people, but I didn't have it with him. We ended up rolling out of the store with our belts undone ☺️. We'd love to come back.

If you want to have a relaxed meal here after work, you're in the wrong place. Please don't get me wrong... I have nothing against children... but the exorbitant screaming of children from the "play corner" ruined the mood and ambience of all the tables around us last night. I'm happy to ignore the fact that a buffet sometimes runs empty when the house is full... but despite several approaches to the staff, the complaints were safely ignored. Even at 9:30 p.m. there was no end to the screaming in sight, which meant we left the store very annoyed and with a headache and will definitely not be coming back.

The food is okay, the staff is unfriendly, especially the older Asian lady with glasses. The children's play area is completely demolished, but is open to children, which is very dangerous. I would like it to be closed properly or brought back to life.

The food was very good at the beginning, but the quality has dropped significantly! The staff very rude! I wanted to call today to make a reservation, the lady on the phone didn't even really listen to me! I had to call three times to make a reservation; because the strange lady just said “Yes, yes, yes” and just hung up without really listening to me. Now I'm so rude that I won't take the reservation and will make a reservation with another Asian.

We were there with the family. A rich buffet is offered. There is actually something for everyone here. If you can't find anything, you can also get fries. Everyone else will find what they are looking for with fish, meat and ingredients for the grill or with the various pre-prepared meals. The dessert is also lavish: cake, ice cream, fruit,... Anyone who decides to try out the buffet will definitely reach their limits.

Puhh, wo fängt man an... Erstmal für den Preis erwarte ich schon deutlich besseres. Ständig haben die Kinder und auch Erwachsene mit ihren Finger im Essen gepult. Das Obst war so vertrocknet und unreif, echt nicht lecker. Getränkespender ist ja ok... Aber dieses Sirup/Wasser gemanche... Ist für McDonald ok, aber doch nicht für ein Restaurant. Der Oberknaller war der Schokobrunnen 🤮.... Der scheinbar schon innen festgetrocknete Schokolade hatte, von daher lief er nicht sondern nur unten in der Auffangschüssel war warme Schokolade, die ranzig roch und einen dicken Ölfilm drauf hatte. Die Mitarbeiter hatten auch alle keine Lust zu arbeiten, standen lieber mit dem Handy am Buffet, räumten lustlos die Teller weg. Zum bezahlen kam auch keiner, die Chefin war scheinbar sehr genervt. Erst nach dem wir 3x bescheid gesagt hatten, kam dann jmd. Ich kann das "Restaurant" nicht weiter empfehlen und werde es auch nie wieder besuchen!!!!

Für knapp 35 Euro pro Person erwarte ich schon etwas mehr. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Getränke waren früher besser, als es noch den Kühlschrank mit den Flaschen gab. Extrem nervig waren die Kinder die am Buffet überall ihre Finger hatten, was will man aber erwarten wenn die Eltern im Jogginghose abends zum Essen gehen. Das Personal mussten wir suchen zum bezahlen. Unsere Kinder wurden am Buffet gefragt wie alt sie sind. Der Schokobrunnen war mit das ekligste, die Schokolade ist nicht mehr gelaufen war oben festgetrocknet und unten war so eine braune fettige Flüssigkeit in der Schale. Schade, wir können nicht mehr!

War früher besser.. Getränke gehen garnicht.. Preise extrem.. Service leider unfreundlich, empfehlen es niemanden und gehen auch nicht mehr hin.. lieber zum goldenen wok nach Frankfurt dann, ist günstiger ,freundlicher und schmeckt besser

Hat leider sehr stark nachgelassen. 31,90 € pro Person für das Buffet war früher gerechtfertigt. Die Qualität hat aber sehr stark nachgelassen. Auch bei den Getränken gibt es jetzt leider nur noch ekelhafte Sirup-Plörre. Früher könnte man aus einer großen Auswahl von Flaschengetränken wählen. Der einzige Trost ist nich das Sushi. Der Preis ist mittlerweile nicht mehr gerechtfertigt

Das Essen war ganz ok aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr unfreundlich auch die Managerin war super unfreundlich ich habe mehrmals hallo gesagt auch beim reingehen nichtmal ein Hallo nur ein genervtes Gesicht das einen direkt schlechte Laune macht

Gestern dort gegessen heute den ganzen Tag übergeben es war mal gut aber mittlerweile das letzte !!

Unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht lecker. Und die Getränke waren nicht vorhanden, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind. Um 14:55 wurde man am Tisch aufgefordert sofort zu bezahlen, um bloß nichts vom Abendmenü anzurühren. Knapp 60€ für zwei Personen, waren es absolut nicht wert.

Das ist echt der letzte Laden geworden. Am Anfang waren sie noch super lecker gewesen und nett. Jetzt ist die erste Unverschämtheit diese enorme Preiserhöhung und das Personal ist unglaublich unfreundlich geworden. Wenn man um 17 Uhr zum Essen kommt, bekommt man gesagt das die noch eine Stunde das Büfett vorbereiten. Wir wollten eh nach Karte essen und mussten noch rum diskutieren warum wir kein Büfett nehmen. Dann bekommt man nur eine Karten für den ganzen Tisch und wird dann erst mal nur ignoriert. Hat man sich was von der Karte ausgesucht haben die das alles nicht. Ich fühle mich da total verarscht und der Laden sieht mich nicht mehr. Wenn ich könnte würde ich - 5 Sterne geben. Der eine Stern ist nur für das schöne Ambiente.

Waren 2x schon Dort 1x wo es Richtig voll war, zur Reservierung man kann da hin zu jedem Anlass Geburtstag usw. Das Büfett hat eine Große Auswahl somit hat jeder Geschmack was dabei

Großes Buffetrestaurant. Gut ist die enorme Auswahl sowohl an zubereiteten als auch an noch zu grillenden Speisen. Nicht so gut ist, daß aufgrund der Größe des Restaurants und der Bedienung durch den Roboter das Essen oft nur noch lauwarm am Tisch ankommt. Auch nicht so gut ist die Qualität der Getränke.

Mittlerweile mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Reichhaltiges Buffett,Getränke inklusive.

Sehr dickes Plus dafür, dass Getränke im Buffet-Preis inbegriffen sind. Uns hat die Sushi-Auswahl am Meisten gefallen.

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Die Preise wurden unverschämt in die Höhe katapultiert und der mit einer exelentten Auswahl ausgestatteter Getränkekühlschrank wurde durch billigen Sirup ersetzt. Ich werde daher nicht mehr ins Yanida gehen, sehr schade.

Das All can you eat Angebot ist ganz in Ordnung, es gibt viel Auswahl und auch Mal was Ungewöhnliches zu essen. Die Grilltheke ist nicht so gut, das Essen wird zubereitet und durch einen Roboter zu deinem Tisch gebracht, die Idee dahinter ist ganz cool, aber die Umsetzung ziemlich schlecht, da das Essen kalt ankommt. Die Getränke sind alkoholfrei, All can you Drink, was für diesen Preis zu erwarten ist! Das Essen kann man auch wie in einem Gourmetrestaurant anrichten, dann fühlt es sich für den ziemlich teuren Preis passable an.
