Yanida in Raunheim

We are a little disappointed. We always enjoyed our Chinese food in Kaiserkrone in Wiesbaden, but we happened to be in Raunheim. December 14, Yanida, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. 23.90€ per person So Peking soup tasted like old boiled dishwashing rag, even the same Chinese employee confirmed this smell. There are actually a lot of employees there, but raw vegetable roasting takes a long time, which I noticed: There are 12 plates waiting in line in front of the cook, but only two are frying on the 1x1 meter oven... Why? Unfortunately, the king prawns were not cut on the back, which made peeling them difficult. Almost all other dishes were cold, the dish for roast duck only had crumbs on it for 30 minutes. The place where we sat (#to the left of the entrance) wasn't comfortable at all... I can understand everything, maybe it didn't come at the right time. But we completely rule out a second visit.

The food was mediocre. There wasn't any refills at the buffet and I felt sick for a day afterwards and had stomach problems. I won't be going back any time soon.

Lots of choice of different dishes. Mongolian grill👍 There is always a lot going on, but with small groups you can get a place even without a reservation (possibly with a short waiting time) We really enjoy going because the drinks (+1 alcoholic beverage and coffee and much more) are included in the price

The buffet is rich and varied and still fresh. The service is happy to accommodate special requests. (We wanted to share a meal and were given 2 extra plates). We found the robot very funny. Hopefully we will be served by him next time too. We'd love to come back.

I was visiting Rüsselsheim and was invited to the restaurant. The buffet was huge compared to what I know from Karlsruhe and also very tasty. Robotic delivery of grilled dishes is amusing, but when several tables are served and everyone has their fingers there...hm...and whether it's still warm...I'm not going to make a judgment on that now. I think the idea of ​​free drinks without alcohol or one with alcohol is good. There is enough space for the neighboring tables, the service was regularly at our table and took used dishes with them. The taste is just tailored to the European palate, like everywhere else, but still very tasty. For me it was a change from the Chinese buffet in Karlsruhe.

Unfortunately the play area is gone. We really enjoy being there. Sushi is really tasty and if you go during the week it's not that expensive. We really loved the play area, so we could have a relaxed meal while the boys had fun. Unfortunately, the area is currently dismantled. I hope it will be rebuilt soon ☺️ The waiters are very child-friendly and often accommodate them.

Mega delicious food buffet was plentiful, there was sushi, lots of starters and desserts, and of course lots of main courses. Food can be put together individually, it is then brought to the table with a mobile cat computer and all drinks are also included in the price of the buffet.

We really liked the restaurant. We were here for the first time and were amazed at what a huge selection of fresh meat, fish and poultry there was, and many different varieties of fresh vegetables to put together on our own plate. There were many delicious dishes to choose from. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!

Unfriendly staff! The buffet is not carefully filled and sometimes it remains empty for 15-20 minutes (duck noodles and others). When requesting vegetarian sushi varieties, the worker behind the sushi counter became aggressive and loud. After all this, I tried to talk to a waiter/worker at the cash register but no one felt responsible. An absolute no-go to deal with your customers like that.

Large and impersonal restaurant. We sat at the table for a while and no one from the service staff paid any attention to us, so we left.

I was just there with my boyfriend on his birthday, the service was very friendly but some of the food was cold. Food was ok, typical Asian buffet. Drinks completely over-sweetened & the women's toilet was a disaster! Dirty (not to say disgusting) or you couldn't lock. When I was informed, I was then directed to the storage room/changing room/toilet for disabled people, which, as I said, was more of a storage room than a toilet. Pretty disappointing! I'm not coming back. What a shame!

Some of the staff there are not friendly and the food is not the same as it used to be. There are some dishes that are empty and they refill them too late, and the chef around you mixes alcohol on all meals, which bothered me due to allergies.

Some of the food comes to the table cold, I complained about this to the boss. Grilled fish dishes were then brought to the table warmed up again. The boss doesn't accept the criticism and reprimands her staff loudly and condescendingly in front of the guests. When you're eating, the food is cleared past you, and you can then enjoy the smell of the staff as an additional aroma. Furthermore, the meat plates are often fried to death, e.g. beef, crocodile or ostrich are fried so hot that everything is as tough as shoe soles and almost overwhelms the chewing muscles. Add to that the price and the often non-existent selection. No thanks, I used to love going there, but now I don't recommend it.

We came at 9 p.m. and ate a plate "the food was cold even the rice" and a coke and for that we had to pay 33.90 per person once and never again.

The employees aren't exactly nice. Everyone stressed and annoyed. Already noticed twice. As far as the food is concerned, it's great and varied, but if it's booked well, the food usually ends up cold on the table and that's not possible. They can't cope with the service at all. All the food is put on the robot and so that it doesn't go back and forth twice, you wait until all the food from many orders is on it, only then is the food delivered. That definitely needs to change.

We used to eat there regularly, but not anymore. Prices high, quality down. Food lukewarm, hygiene sometimes subpar, refills are great, food tolerance is poor. It's really a shame that things are going so downhill.

We had dinner here with the family today. The restaurant was recommended to us by friends and we wanted to try it out. The restaurant is well located, but there is no elevator, as it is on the mezzanine floor you are forced to climb stairs. There was a reception, but it was not manned. A running waitress stopped briefly, showed us a table and disappeared. Unfortunately there was no explanation of the concept. There was a fish/meat/poultry buffet where you could put together a grill plate. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was semi-good. There was another buffet with ready meals such as fried rice, fried egg noodles, crispy duck etc, as well as curry dishes. There was also a sushi buffet and a dessert buffet. The ready meals were full of glutamate. The sushi was full of rice and little fish. Drinks were all syrupy drinks. The price was 30 euros per person. If the quality of the food were better, the price would definitely be justified, but my recommendation would be to offer less and increase the quality. Definitely not worth a visit - a shame.

First class restaurant. There is no better buffet restaurant in Rhine Main. I can only recommend everyone to eat there.

It's worth taking a look here. The Chinese buffet was partly empty, dried out and the food was only moderately warm. The dessert buffet is typically Chinese. But offers a mixed selection. Drinks are included in the buffet price and there are various taps available. However, wine and beer are reduced to one drink. Non-alcoholic drinks can be made up at will. If you value quantity more than quality, this is the right place for you. We personally will not visit this restaurant again.

Probably the best balanced restaurant in terms of food and staff, I go there regularly, the only thing missing would be a wifi network, otherwise they have free drinks included in the 30 Euro more or less. There is so much food that you can't handle it all. I really like this place.

One complaint is that, for example, fresh meat that you get freshly prepared is grilled for far too long and you actually don't feel like chewing on the sole of a shoe anymore. However, what stands out very negatively is the sushi, the "sushi master" stands there with his cell phone typing around on his cell phone and then shapes the nigiri or whatever. Hygiene is rather non-existent. Really not good in taste. Price-performance ratio is pretty good. Apart from the fact that you can drink constantly, there is nothing to praise.

We were there for the first time today. The food there actually tastes good, it's just a typical Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet What really bothered me personally was that the fresh, raw meat, fish, pasta and vegetable bowls for the grill were left open the entire evening. Some of the bowls had really disgusting flies on them. And because it wasn't covered and partially - e.g. the garlic and the ginger - not labeled, people kept smelling them. Something like that just doesn't work for me. I also found the service to be quite unfriendly and sometimes even annoying. The ambience is fine, I also think that for this high price I would have expected more unusual dishes or variations. For starters e.g. B. I hardly found anything correct. There were mini spring rolls and wontons, but unfortunately that was it. I don't know if we'll go there again.

Unfortunately we have had very negative experiences. The service staff refused to order tickets due to the waiting times being too long. The restaurant was almost empty. But when only one person out of 3 (the others wanted to order drinks) wanted to eat the buffet, we were sent out of the restaurant. “If only one person wants to eat, no one can,” was the statement. At this point, however, one person had already put food from the buffet on their plate. Among other things, raw chicken and pasta that should be fried. The plate was taken from her and the mixed ingredients were pushed back onto the buffet. That is not how it works. If I could, I would give -5 stars! We definitely won't go there again.

Very good dinner, varied with live cooking and all you can eat. These small white paper napkins could be laid out as self-service dishes. Here you have to ask every now and then whether you can get napkins. Since you have to eat some dishes by hand, this would be desirable as an additional service in the self-service area. There is a nice atmosphere with private booths. Otherwise everything was tippi toppi.

There is a play area that is unfortunately currently closed. If it was open again everything would be great. The service staff were all very nice and the items were cleared up diligently and quickly. Unfortunately, the service wasn't really courteous as we weren't really informed about the situation upon arrival. In this restaurant I was also able to have my first experience with an operating robot that served the food. I find it very questionable, as this robot approaches several tables in advance and therefore a large number of strangers could come into contact with your food. Since this is also a buffet restaurant, you actually have to stay seated until your food is served by the robot, otherwise you won't be able to receive it! But when this will be served is unknown. Conclusion: In my opinion not really hygienic and after this experience I prefer personal service. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Price-performance ratio is out of proportion for Sunday lunchtime.

We really enjoy eating at the Yanida restaurant in Raunheim. The buffet is very well set up. Large selection. It is always refilled. Tastes very good. All in all very tasty. The food we chose for the hot stone is brought to the table by a robot. This generally puts you in a good mood. The price-performance ratio is okay, especially since this includes all non-alcoholic drinks and 1 alcoholic drink of your choice. The waitresses are extremely nice. The food is plentiful and really good. The buffet is constantly checked and refilled. The service at the table is negligible as it is only limited to clearing away. The only really unpleasant thing is that MANY guests are filming the restaurant and the guests with their cell phones! I mentioned this when paying, but I wasn't really interested... This is really unpleasant and should be stopped by the operator.

The part about grilling yourself is also great. The food is brought to the table either by friendly service staff or by a cute robot. Definitely a highlight for children. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. You are warmly welcomed and made to feel welcome. Definitely a recommendation and by far the best all you can eat restaurant!

The food is mostly tasty, especially the on the spot grilled meat but the sweets are below average . Prices have gotten up a lot since one year but quality has gotten a hit. The biggest problem is the staff which is unmotivated and not friendly at all.
