Rude staff, the boss supposedly has 20 years of experience, but only in the kitchen. Customer friendliness is still worth an exercise. This is about the principle.

Bad service, the staff was rude and slow. They clearly cannot handle a (large) group.

Add extra products to the bill that were not consumed. Not worth repeating

Rude and incompetent staff. She was not friendly upon arrival and kept repeating that there was a (too) large group.

Had breakfast today, everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly

My companion and I each ordered Serpme kahvaltisi for around 16 euros. The food was very tasty and fresh. I deducted stars for this because we didn't get the same thing twice, but rather a mix with missing side dishes. In the end it was too expensive. But the service was very friendly and attentive.

Bad service, waiters annoyed and extremely unfriendly, you wait 1 hour for the food and then you get the wrong order because the waiters can't write the order down correctly, when we were paying a waitress tried to cheat us cheekily!! A nice shop and the food is super tasty, but it's a shame that the staff is so incompetent

We (4 people) had breakfast here, we ordered two breakfast plates and for the other 2 people service fees of €4 per person were charged. The worst thing was that we spent the night in the Darmstadt Clinic. Everything you can imagine, vomiting, endless diarrhea.

This is not the first time I have had breakfast here. I like coming here with my family, but also with business friends. The breakfast is delicious! The atmosphere is really good and the staff is very professional and nice. Especially Pervin Abla and her daughter Mehtap. Keep it up!

Nice cafe, attentive staff but outrageously expensive. Very small portions for the prices, no varieties like other Turkish cafes. Every little thing is charged extra, not a good selection of bread, which is also served carelessly in Tupperware. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Except for the young lady with black hair and Ms. Pervin, the others are absolutely hostile and unprofessional.

There were three of us having breakfast. The coffee was served 20 minutes beforehand and it was already cold Have breakfast . There was a lot missing from the record. The waiter was also a bit absent and not very friendly. A lot of breakfast was saved and in the end we had to pay more. The breakfast itself was ok!! We still expected more if we had to pay so much in the end.

Breakfast very tasty and extensive. In my opinion the price performance was too expensive.

Half of it was missing from the order. We sat for almost 3 hours in total and we weren't asked once if we would like something more to drink. There was no tea as described on the menu, but we were allowed to pay a black-eating bonus. The food and the ambience were really great!

We ordered breakfast for one person. We wanted to order something small for the second person. We said that too. The employee said ok. But in the end she charged us €39.90. 15.90 breakfast plate for two people. But that's still €31.80. We ordered two coffees. If that costs around €4 for the coffee, that is very expensive. This was our second time here in 3 days. It's a shame, you've now lost a potential regular customer.

It is the perfect place to have breakfast. Loved their chicken soup. It's the best soup I have ever tried in all of Germany. They serve with calmness and are friendly. It's a great place to eat with friends and family. They cater to small and large groups. Love this place !

10 thin slices of sucuk for €8.95 Is disproportionate. This should be banned! 2 slices of sausage and half a slice of Gouda with a little jam for €16.95 Price performance terrible, I've been to many Turkish breakfast shops, but I've never experienced anything like this. No freshly squeezed orange juice, no kuymak, no pisi, no fried fries or anything else. Keep your hands off this one, people...

We are thrilled with this location because it is small, chic, modern and also very tasty 😋. We ordered breakfast for two with two warm pan-fried dishes: menemen and fried eggs. Unfortunately I don't have any photos, but the small, cold plates are an absolute must! Orange jam, for example, was a highlight! The two cheese dips, one with dill and one with tomato paste, tasted exceptional! I was only able to take photos of the lovingly prepared cheese and salami platter (I was just too hungry!). It is a heartfelt recommendation that you should have breakfast there :).

Absolutely not recommended!!! Completely overpriced for what you get served. Breakfast costs just under 16 euros per person and the only type of bread you get is flatbread from a Tupperware container. The price-performance ratio was ABSOLUTELY not justified. The quality of the food was okay, but nothing special! Unrelaxed atmosphere because it was extremely loud... It took an hour for the food to arrive. You have to pay almost 4 euros blackhead flat rate to get a plate. My summary: Once and never again!!! It's a shame, because we've had a great time in all the other Turkish breakfast places so far.

It's just overpriced. If you want an extra plate and cutlery, it costs 4€ “food allowance”. The food wasn't particularly good either, all in all not recommended.

Have had breakfast there several times. The food is good, you can't complain here. However, it is also overpriced (as is the case in many stores at the moment). However, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right. In particular, the bread selection at breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We recently redeemed a voucher that we received as a gift. It is actually common for any remaining credit on vouchers to be retained and you can redeem it on your next visit. However, surprisingly, we were told that this was not possible and that the money would be lost if we didn't order anything more. So I would advise against vouchers. Due to this disappointing experience (hence 2 stars deducted), I personally will no longer eat breakfast there on principle. However, this does not speak against the food that is offered there. It's tasty, but you could have more bread choices.

The place is a cute little place. If you want to pay unnecessarily high prices for products, many of which are ready-made, you can go for it. It's normal in terms of taste, but you can eat at a kebab restaurant for the money you pay there. Staff could be more professional. You also need to improve your space.

Had breakfast there today with a friend and my 2 year old daughter. Apparently my little mouse didn't have a great start to the morning and was therefore cranky. But the team was so attentive and tried everything to ensure that I had a relaxing morning there and that my daughter felt more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There was too much cheese in the menemen I only know menemen without cheese and a big minus point was the cold flatbread.

A super sweet, family shop. It is often very crowded, so you should reserve in advance. The breakfast (especially the large Serpme) is highly recommended and very filling. I'm a good eater, but afterward I'm full! 😅 The menemen, which is made by the mother of the owner and namesake Pervin, is a dream 🥰. Even though it is often full and there is a lot to do, the service staff always remain friendly and go out of their way to make everyone happy. All in all, a super sweet family business, with an excellent Turkish home-style breakfast.

First the appointment is confirmed on the phone, you go there, wait for 20 minutes and are offered a very small table that fits a maximum of 2 plates then say that we only have that if you ask why that is so the employees immediately get cheeky, then I have it just leave the store no customer orientation no customer friendliness never again

The breakfast itself was relatively ok, but for just under €13 you can offer more than just flatbread. Simit, Acma were missing, but many different spreads, toppings, decorations. They were all delicious but unfortunately there is a lot left over and wasted. This is a shame and also unnecessary. Service was otherwise very friendly.

It was a disaster here... after an hour of waiting, after which there was no apology or any other information given to us, we simply left the store. They could have at least brought the drinks, but we were completely ignored, and other tables that came after us were already being served. I came here on a recommendation, but never again. A business with a very rude owner. When I went, my friend was waiting for me at a table for two people, but since the air conditioning was too much there, we sat at another table. After a short time, we moved to the next table due to the sun. By the way, the cafe was quite empty. There was a woman and two children at the table for 6 people, and a couple at the table for four people. When we changed our table, the young lady who was the owner came to us and warned us in an ugly and rude way, as if she were scolding us, in an extremely rude way, saying "ladies are constantly changing tables, you cannot do this, and you are two people, go to a table for two." I feel sorry for this lady who doesn't know how to serve her customers, it's really a shame.. I am sorry on behalf of the business, friendly face and correct communication are as important as service quality and unfortunately it is even sadder that the owner does this.

The owner is totally unfriendly and doesn't admit her own mistake. My relative also had breakfast there and found her unfriendly too. And they aren't exactly cheap either. Unfortunately, there is no Turkish hospitality here in the store. Answer: They misunderstood the order and brought me the wrong thing, when I told them that they said I didn't say so. It's human nature to not understand or ignore something. But her manner and her tone don't work at all. And how do I know if they are a waiter or an owner... they introduced themselves and also their mother who works in the kitchen. As for your prices...I was with you before the Ukraine war...actually I wasn't planning on leaving a review here. But after hearing several complaints about their unfriendliness, I feel I have to share.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I've never seen such an arrogant owner, there were two of us, we want to order the biggest breakfast of €13 and share, but she said you have to pay €13 for plates, cutlery and glass because that it's a lot of work for you! Even though their shop was empty..we always get extra plates for our children and we have never paid anything for them..simply unfriendly and unprofessional, we left them alone in the shop and went somewhere else.

The lady who welcomed us and the lady in the kitchen were very sympathetic and caring. But when we asked what tea it was, the official's answer was not pleasant. I can never like leaf tea in Turkish places.

Unfortunately, the saying: “First come, first served” is not known here. Guests who come and order after you will be served before you. You wait a long time for your breakfast, you shouldn't go there hungry. In addition, you pay an extra €3.50 for a slice of sausage and cheese. In my opinion too expensive.. the female service is also very passive. It's a real shame because the owner is super friendly and the shop is very cute. That's the only reason 2 stars

Totally delicious Turkish breakfast, the owners are super friendly and welcoming, great selection, simply recommended. It is also very clean there and they are totally child-friendly. I asked for a high chair for my baby and they even bought extra baby cookies, totally sweet.
