We celebrated our free church wedding in the Obermühle Langenselbold in September 2024 and are still happy that we found such a beautiful location of this kind with the support of our wedding planner. Remote and yet easily accessible, the Obermühle presents itself as a small idyll far away from the hustle and bustle in a picturesque atmosphere. A historically valuable and spacious facility in the middle of a wonderful environment - we felt very comfortable together with our guests. The organization and communication with Martina Dressbach, Svetlana and Daniel Hermann went smoothly and professionally. The food was excellent, varied and very finely prepared. A successful, comprehensive overall framework in which every detail has been taken into account. Therefore, our warmest recommendation for all future brides and grooms and a big thank you to the entire team!

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere...

On the phone we were told there would be a 1 hour wait. We've been waiting for 2 hours now. After I called to ask how long it would take, I was told. The driver should be with us shortly. Well, that was 15 minutes ago. Annoying when there are visitors and everyone is waiting for their food. Very poorly organized. You should inform your customers if the waiting time is about to triple. Thumbs down. 👎 Addendum. Still not recommended! Service disaster

Were at Thu An for the first time, and not for the last time. Ambience is fine, but it's not important because we wanted to eat well and tasty. Service was good, but payment was only possible in cash. We all enjoyed the food (10, 45, 50 and 200), freshly prepared, hot and tasty. Prices are OK. The 45 (Red Curry) had a bit of spiciness, but was OK even for me. We will come again. Clear recommendation!

About 10 years ago, when the old owners were around, everything was perfect. However, the current 'new' manager has been leaving this place in filth for years and wonders why no one comes here anymore. The whole city knows about the situation and is disgusted with this place. This man made a huge mistake and he is paying the price for this mistake with the complete loss of his job. The old quality and hygiene are no more, do not risk your health!

As a child of the 1960s, the ambience is familiar to me and reminds me of the walks with my grandfather and a stop at the station pub at Hanau Nordbahnhof. In short: The Krönchen is certainly not the prettiest restaurant in Langenselbold, but it boasts a lot of nostalgic charm. The innkeepers are very nice people and give the guest a special feel-good atmosphere when they behave. Anyone who likes German cuisine will be absolutely satisfied here. The schnitzels in imaginative variations are particularly recommended. Beautifully fried in clarified butter by the chef himself. The good beer selection is also an absolute plus. Always happy.

Very unfriendly staff and the food takes forever to be served. Apparently they don't need customers. On August 24th, 2024 I wanted to eat and drink there. When I got there I was asked to leave the restaurant because there was supposedly a closed celebration taking place. But there was enough space to eat and drink a little something. I said to the young woman serving, I could also spend my money with the competition and I would be warmly welcomed and served as a guest. Pera da Guido is not recommended.
