Terrible! Fries not cooked through, loveless side salad with tasteless sauce, and to make matters worse, the sauce is also included with the calamari. You could eat calamari, the rest was for the bin. It's a shame about the food and the money

Underground, never again! We ordered 5 meals. The delivery was late. And not just 5 minutes. At one meal there was plastic wrap in the salad. Approx. 3x5cm. For the main course the sauce was just a mess. Unfortunately, neither can be seen quite as well in the photos. Let's zoom in! The third meal, calamari, was barely baked. The breading was almost white and not golden. The calamari itself was like soft rubber. Baking again in the hot air fryer didn't really help either. Great but the answer to telephone complaints. The (probably?) boss said that she told her employees that the calamari was too light and shouldn't go out like that. But they went! 2 options: Really be the boss and make sure the employees do what she says, or kick these staff out. We declined the offer of subsequent delivery. We don't want any more food from there. It's a shame that at least 1 star has to be given.
