I recently ate there, the staff is friendly and quick. However, the meal didn't work at all, the asparagus was overcooked and the schnitzel was so tiny that I thought about eating some more bread at home. The breading on the schnitzel was full of fat and not crispy.

My husband has been a guest before, and today we went together on a special occasion; the service was charming, attentive, and prompt! My order was new to the kitchen in terms of my preferred cooking style (rump steak French bleu), but it was executed absolutely perfectly! It was also exquisitely seasoned, and I also thought the sweet potato fries were excellent. Nothing to complain about, and every bite was a delight! The interior is a stylish blend of German rusticity and modern simplicity. All in all: the Deutsches Haus is a well-rounded establishment, and we really enjoyed it!

Recently, City Döner has been receiving reviews that I can't understand at all. A Grebenhain resident who was missing the uludag in their order? Sorry, that's something you sort out over the phone and don't penalize with a star. Food too oily? Too greasy? This is Grebenhain. If you want to dine fine and watch your weight, you should go to a sushi bar in Fulda or something like that. I'm glad that City Döner understands its customers' needs and allows me to get the flavor and calories I need at a reasonable price without having to drive anywhere. Even though the competition across town is definitely worth a visit, I have to admit that the dining experience here is simply more enjoyable. Five stars are more than deserved.
