Never eaten such a bad kebab in every sense! I had requested garlic sauce and hot spice. This was completely ignored and the exact opposite was done. Bread was broken in half, causing the sauce and all the toppings to come out. When I said the order it was said that there were other customers behind me?! Even though the owner looked at me directly... I've never experienced anything like that and I never write reviews. Staff generally extremely inattentive and unfriendly. There is a better one in Auerbach. I'd rather starve than go back there.
They close the kitchen at 5:30pm, which is rather inconvenient. The service is quite poor due to noticeable lack of understanding when it comes to customer needs. However, the view is absolutely fantastic. It's hard to comprehend how restaurant management can impose such ridiculous rules on their staff
We ate there on a Saturday evening. The buffet is very small compared to others, and the selection is very limited. Some of the food was already too cold and a bit tasteless. There wasn't enough space, so people were practically pushing each other at the buffet.
The staff was very friendly and constantly asked if everything was okay.
My main problem was that I unfortunately had gastrointestinal problems all night, which I suspect was caused by the grilled fish. I think the shrimp were too warm in their storage.
We're not going back.
Food monitoring: The general operational hygiene had to be assessed again (!!!) as inadequate. The following not insignificant defects were discovered in the business premises:
Rooms in which food was handled or stored (kitchen, counter, storage room, cellar storage) were not in a good overall hygienic condition. Several furnishings were partly significantly contaminated.
Immediate cleaning measures were verbally ordered
