I'm really disappointed with my last experience at Il Sorriso. Not only did the prices for my favorite dish, the Frutti di Mare with gnocchi, increase by a whopping 14.3% (from €14 to €16), which I could understand given that the quality remained the same, but the quality of the dish itself has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. Instead of the usual variety of seafood, this time there was only one large shrimp and a few carelessly tossed pieces of salmon. The dish had significantly less fish and overall seemed very carelessly prepared - which I absolutely don't expect from a restaurant in this price range. But the worst part was the restaurant's response to my email. I politely and kindly contacted Il Sorriso to explain my concerns and ask for an explanation. The result? Nothing! No answer, no apology, no response - I was just completely ignored! And that even though over a week has now passed. As a customer and direct neighbor, I would have expected at least a respectful and timely response, but instead I was completely let down with my concerns. It's disappointing to see the restaurant show such disregard for contact with its customers. It's a real shame that Il Sorriso has declined so much. I will definitely not order there again and I can only advise everyone to think carefully about whether they want to continue supporting this restaurant.

Great tavern, reminiscent of shops in Thessaloniki Great food, attentive service. We've been there several times now and it was really great. I can particularly recommend octopus with fava, eggplant salad and beetroot mousse with pizza. The tomahawk steak is also super tasty 😋

Very tasty, but the prices have risen massively!

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, entertaining, and friendly. The menu offered a good selection.

Gnocchi Pomodoro = very few inexpensive ready-made dumplings with canned tomatoes with far too much salt and without any other ingredients or flavor. It's impertinent to charge 10.50 euros for it. Pizza dough dry, no salt (probably went on with the Pomodoro sauce), toppings poor and also the cheapest product to buy. Double cheese 2 euro surcharge. A bad joke compared to just cheese.

We stopped here spontaneously on our bike ride. Beautiful atmosphere. Delicious food. Great service. Balkan and German dishes. Great beer garden. We'd love to go back.

We were there for dinner last night. The service was super nice and our wishes were fulfilled straight away. A great evening, cozy and with very good food. P.s. Were the last ones to come out of the restaurant. Great and keep it up 👍

Great garden, small but good menu with local (Hessian) selections. Service is on point.

The snack bar is highly recommended for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. The dishes taste very authentic and very tasty. We come here regularly.
