I'm sorry, I don't like doing it, but the food really wasn't good. Presented unimaginatively and containing far too much glutamate. Just a vegetarian dish that I definitely cannot recommend
We ate glass noodles with chicken and vegetables today. The vegetables came from the freezer and weren't cooked properly. The glass noodles were too salty. We told the staff, but there was no response.
The food is nothing special. After eating I had a stomach ache that night and spent the morning on the toilet.
Allergens are wrong in the menu.
If you are not placed near the window, it is too dark.
As a neighbor, I also have to say that the music is way too loud in summer. Opening the window is usually not possible in the evening.
The food is good. Still only one star. Why?
The service was incredibly unfriendly. Let's start with the fact that apparently every table receives a small starter of bread and olives. Just not us. Then pay at the end. Tip: about 12 percent. The next table is asked if they want amaretto or something. Not us. Right next to it. I don't know what the waiter had against us, but he clearly made it clear that he didn't like serving us. We felt unwelcome and will therefore not come back. Although the food is really good.
Today was our first time eating at Rhodos. The welcome, service, and reception were everything you'd expect. The menu has a very large selection of dishes, and the prices are quite reasonable for the huge portions you get. A special thank you to Jimmi for his funny and entertaining way of interacting with his guests. He has his heart in the right place. Stay true to yourself; it makes you very authentic. We felt very comfortable as guests and give him 10 out of 5 stars. 🤗
Delivery took 2 hours and 15 minutes, even though the delivery time was between 70 and 90 minutes (which is already borderline). Instead of informing customers about another delay, we had to call and inquire ourselves. The sweet potato fries were unfortunately already cold and therefore not very appetizing. A €5 voucher isn't enough, especially since there have been delays like this before.
We're talking about an order with two fries and one burger.
It's a shame, we won't be ordering from there again.
