Solid Indian restaurant! The food was really good, the mango lassi was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable! Not spectacular, but always worth a visit!
We come by regularly, either to eat in the restaurant or take something to go. The food is always excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely fair and not excessive. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We hope you'll be around for a long time!! :-)
Truly delicious Greek food, super friendly service, and a truly comfortable atmosphere! The portions are generous, everything is freshly made, and incredibly tasty—exactly what you imagine a cozy evening at a Greek restaurant to be. We'll definitely be back!
Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined considerably. I found two tiny pieces of chicken and a few carrot strips in the fried noodles. Otherwise, there were no vegetables. As a long-time visitor, I remember it differently. This dish was a disgrace!!!!
We happened upon this place by chance and were absolutely thrilled. The staff is super friendly. The pizzas are so delicious. I've never had pizza dough this good. And the homemade tiramisu was a dream. I would go back to Amici again and again. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, only two stars. I usually only write positive reviews. But tonight it really ruined my evening. We just wanted to quickly go to the nearby Greek restaurant. We hadn't been there since the change of ownership because we were already disappointed by the previous one, but we wanted to give the new owners a chance. We didn't like the atmosphere; it had a bit of a train station feel and was rather old-fashioned. Not much has really changed. We waited 20 minutes for the starter, a fish soup and tzatziki with pita. The soup was reasonable for the price. We had to order bread separately for the fish soup. The tzatziki didn't taste particularly good, and the pita was greasy. A good hour later, we finally got our main course! That's definitely too long! If it had been five minutes longer, we would have left without a main course. The baby calamari (8-10 pieces, but really very small, lukewarm, and rubbery) on a large plate with a lettuce leaf was very manageable. The vegetables were also very limited: one broccoli floret, two bell peppers,
four zucchini pieces, and all for €21.90. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. We also informed the hosts, who were otherwise very helpful and friendly, and apologized at the end, citing staffing issues in the kitchen and saying it was busy, even though the restaurant wasn't even full. To make up for it, we were offered an ouzo or a Metaxa, which is usually served on the house at every Greek restaurant without complaint. It's a shame. However, based on the overall impression, we won't give this restaurant a second chance.
