I just had dinner with my best friend (who's Sicilian) this evening. Excellent food and friendly staff. We can't say much more than that. Except, it's actually a 7-star experience.

We were here for a small breakfast, which was very good. The scrambled eggs with ham were perfect, not overcooked, and the grapes were seeded, not seedless. I really enjoyed it. We'd love to come back! :-)

The Gasthaus Schachtner in Landau an der Isar, run by Georg Schachtner, is a truly traditional establishment with excellent cuisine. The dishes are freshly prepared, plentiful, and typically Bavarian – just as you would expect. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which makes you feel immediately welcome. The cozy atmosphere of the inn invites you to socialize and host family celebrations alike. Quality, hospitality, and warmth are paramount here – highly recommended.

It was a fantastic restaurant until today...unfortunately, today was the last day...very sad...all the best to the Casa Mia team and thank you for the wonderful time and the great food.
