I'm DJ Dany Mankau and I had the pleasure of working at events at Kastanienhof Pfettrach. The venue impresses with its cozy yet stylish ambiance and is perfectly suited for parties and events. The organization is reliable and well-coordinated, communication is straightforward, and the team is friendly and professional. Working with external service providers is also a pleasure. Overall, it's a very harmonious and highly recommended event location where atmosphere, execution, and service all come together perfectly.

Phenomenal, best steak I have ever had.

The food was, as always, very good. Stern By Ali deserves special recognition for hosting a large group of disabled people and their caregivers. Not every restaurant owner would do that. I don't find the ambiance with all the screens very appealing. It gives the impression of a fast-food joint, which Stern By Ali definitely isn't. The food is far too good for that.

Very friendly service and delicious food

I ordered through Lieferando and was unfortunately very disappointed. Daal Shorba was supposed to be a soup, but it was extremely over-seasoned and barely edible – either way too much salt or spices, or some kind of MSG. I could only eat it by adding rice to neutralize the flavor. Chana Chaat was completely inedible for me. Instead of fresh and balanced, it tasted like a sweet and sour ready-made sauce, almost like it came from a bottle. I only tried a few bites and threw the rest away. Baingan Bharta was okay, but here too, the flavor seemed disjointed. The eggplant had a slightly unpleasant note, along with coarse pieces of ginger, and overall, it left a scratchy feeling in my throat. It tasted as if the various components didn't quite fit together – more like a jumbled mess than a harmonious dish. On the plus side: the rice and naan were fine, but nothing special. Given the prices (Munich or not) and the very high ratings on Lieferando (4.5 stars), I had significantly higher expectations. For me, the quality is more in the 2-3 star range. I'm writing this review so that others can better understand their expectations.

We ate there last night and were very satisfied. The food is very authentic and delicious. Highly recommended.
