Cozy and clean place. I've been coming here often for breakfast for 8 years. The only thing I have to complain about is that the breakfast menu hasn't changed over the years. There is a lot of choice and ordering options, but also something new, different would be great :)
A small, manageable restaurant.
We got a place without any problems without a reservation.
The menus were handed over to us with the comment: "I immediately tried them again - with the cream" - that's true.
The selection is ok.
An ouzo is available free of charge to start with. We're happy about that.
When the salad was brought, I first thought it was tzatziki. But only the sauce “drums” on the salad. The salad tastes good. Mixing half of the sauce with the salad and not just basting it carelessly on top would have done the trick.
While we wait for the food, there are 2 orders. One by telephone and one in person (guest comes in and orders). Even when the personal orderer pays, something isn't right (he ordered less than he was supposed to pay). The person ordering by telephone comes, pays and takes the paper bag that was previously placed in front of the person ordering. The second delivery comes from the kitchen. There's too much in it. The entire order discrepancy is discussed with shouts across the restaurant, with comments like "Yes, but I did it that way... and it's not my fault..." Honestly: We don't care.
Mistakes happen. And it is also important that they are solved. But please not in such a way that everyone notices, even if there are only a few guests in the restaurant and you are standing 10 m apart.
The guest in question who is still waiting for their correct and complete order will not be included.
The other guest is ordered back (that's good, of course, but we didn't need to hear it loudly). The packages are repackaged.
Only when asked is it confirmed again that everything that was ordered is now in the right place.
I hope for the customers that this was the case.
Our food is ok. Neither more nor less.
The ambience - how should I describe it? Tables and benches according to the “plug-in system” like in train compartments. 1 regulars' table with a round table and a bench on one side. Different images and decorations without a line being visible. The tea light at the table is not lit.
We keep some bifteki and tzatziki left and are asked whether we would like to take them with us or have some more bread. That's thoughtful and I think it's good.
All in all, the visit to the restaurant has no repeat effect for me.
I didn't take any photos because I didn't feel appropriately addressed.
