The staff is hiding here. I would have really looked forward to a pizza, but nobody really wants customers.

Absolutely no recommendation for this restaurant. The pizzas were only 23cm in circumference instead of the stated 26cm and didn't even begin to fill you up. The dough tasted and looked suspiciously like ready-made pizza dough. The tiramisu was the worst tiramisu of my life, without cocoa, with rubbery ladyfingers and cheap cream. In addition, everything is far too expensive - with a minimum order value and delivery costs.

So I can prepare frozen goods better at home... This store is an absolute disgrace...

I ordered bibimbap and the rice was not cooked. It’s still hard. The meat pieces were only 5-6pcs. Will not order from here again.

Dürum used to be so good here, now they've tried twice to charge more money than what's on the menu and the dürum is getting smaller every time. Even when you say spicy, it's not even a bit spicy. As a former regular customer, I am very disappointed. Too bad. I hope that's the Oktoberfest greed and things will get better soon. Not anymore for now. Picture is what I got for 8.5

My company was there for dinner in the evening on September 22nd, 2023. Food and service was excellent. At this point a big thank you to Doreen. But: The doorman was overwhelmed by the guests with reservations, there was a long wait despite a 7:00 p.m. reservation. A table of 6 for 8 people is a no go for me. A cozy meal was impossible. We've been going to the Oktoberfest and Poschner's almost regularly since the 90s, and I would describe myself as a regular customer. An email with the table notice has remained unanswered to this day. For me, if the wishes and suggestions of customers are ignored, that is profit maximization. I too am a businessman, the customer is king. It has always been that way and will remain that way. We'll think about trying something different for 2024, it's not a cheap affair either.

Shortly before sending out an ad, the food caused extreme stomach problems in 3/4 people! The finger food ordered with it was cold and seemed absolutely frozen. Only the samosas were okay, but even those were just overpriced. Indian scam as we know it. By the way, delivery took 30 minutes longer than expected.

The ambience is very pleasant if you want to have a nice, relaxed evening. A dartboard that is a lot of fun, the prices are completely reasonable. Football games are always very well attended and the atmosphere is very good.

Avoid this Oliva location at all cost. The staff was incredibly rude to us, even raising their voice when we asked a “stupid question”. We witnessed the same with the people that ordered after us. In general I think the chain Oliva doesn’t offer the best döner in town, no matter the location. Get your döner and friendly service elsewhere.
