I've been a regular customer here for years. I order almost weekly, sometimes more often, and love the food and the staff. All super nice people. Unfortunately I couldn't pay today because I thought I had ordered via Klarna. I've just been made such a fool of on the phone that there's no bazaar here, even though I say I'll be sure to drop it off tomorrow at noon (it's 5 minutes from me) - people know me and know that I'm honest. Playing with open cards and made a mistake for the first time and got incredibly yelled at on the phone. Again dear Sorrento team, I'm sorry. Otherwise it just won't happen to me. But I won't let anyone talk to me like that. 5 stars for all of you -10 stars for your lousy boss. I'll bring the money tomorrow at 12:30 - I come by your place every day anyway and we greet each other on the street - and then I'll never order from you again. Unfortunately. Otherwise everything was always perfect. Ciao

An important review from students for students: Don't order your foundation here! The pizza comes relatively quickly, but is cold and uncut. Cutting yourself is hardly possible because there is no difference in consistency between cardboard and pizza. 28 pizzas are a maximum of 26cm in size, salty and have hair as an extra topping. It was a torturous meal ;)

The delivery was pleasantly quick, but the pizza wasn't as crispy as I would have liked. I had to put them in the oven again for a moment at home. The taste was still really good!

I've never had such bad pizza in my life and the service sucks. Such arrogant and disrespectful people work here. I will never come here again.

I got a small Mozzarella pizza & beer to-go, the place is very close to Isar. Pizza was fresh & delicious, staff was friendly.

Have to say one of the best pizzas 🍕 delivered to your home!! Always hot, fresh, as it should be, and the staff are all very nice. If there is a problem, they solve it without fussing too much!!!!! I will definitely order from there again 👍

Einfach genial. Der Kleinstadt Grundschul Flashback Flair, den diese genial gestaltete, gastfreundliche und gar nicht garstige Pizzeria zu eigen hat, beglückt mich immer wieder.

Leckeres Essen und unschlagbarer Preis. Über die Pandemie haben wir so gut wie wöchentlich bestellt und ich kann mich nicht beschweren. 😄

Haben jetzt bestimmt 20 Mal bei Sorrento bestellt und sind jedes Mal begeistert worden. Leckere Pizzen, knusprig gebacken und schnell geliefert. Bestellen seit Jahren dort. Mal Lieferung mal Abholung. Es ist ordentliches Essen für einen angemessenen Preis. Die Leute dort durchaus freundlich wenn man bedenkt das die da bei ca. 50grad Celcius Pizzen und sonstiges für uns herrichten. Ansonsten gibt es allerlei was man so braucht wenn alle anderen Läden zu haben. Eis, Getränke, Chips usw usw. Können es für jeden normalen Menschen weiter empfehlen. Macht weiter so

Qualität so lala, Verpackungen nicht umweltfreundlich, nur Barzahlung. Verkäufer an der Theke nicht freundlich. War früher besser.

Pünktliche Lieferung die Tintenfischringe waren die besten die ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe keine Gummiringe wie sonst so üblich , Die Paella sorry war was für Vegetarier nur Reis, Erbsen und Paprika das Hühnchen bzw die Meeresfrüchte hast mit Lupe suchen müssen deswegen Punkt Abzug gewürzt war auch zu wenig!

Das Essen ist nichts besonderes - weder Pizza noch die anderen Artikel der viel zu überfüllten Karte. Die 🍕 kommt nicht aus einem Steinofen sondern nur aus einem Metallofen. Dazu sind die Preise nichtmal wirklich attraktiv. Allein die attraktiven Öffnungszeiten rechtfertigen den zweiten Stern.

Hier hole ich mir öfters mein Abendessen auf dem Weg nach Hause. Die angebotenen Pizza und Pasta sind wirklich gut, das Knoblauchbaguette ist für mich ein Highlight. Andere Speisen habe ich noch nicht probiert. Die Preise sind günstig bis angemessen - leider ist aber nur Barzahlung möglich. Der Laden hat natürlich den spröden Charme eines Pizzalieferdienstes, ist aber immer sauber und aufgeräumt.

Slow service and mediocre pizza. First thing the delivery person will do is complain about how difficult it is to deliver to you. Would only recommend as a last resort, when starving.
