Avoid this Oliva location at all cost. The staff was incredibly rude to us, even raising their voice when we asked a “stupid question”. We witnessed the same with the people that ordered after us. In general I think the chain Oliva doesn’t offer the best döner in town, no matter the location. Get your döner and friendly service elsewhere.

Brother, I only order from you because you're a halal shop. Please don't serve burnt veal in your doner kebab. It was meant for my children. Next time, just add poultry if there's no more veal. I used to be satisfied with you, hence the 3 stars. Delivery used to be very fast, but today I had to wait over an hour...

Bertholdstraße 29Completely overpriced, customers with an Arabic or Turkish background are served better and friendlier. If you read the other reviews, this image of selective service in combination with the quality of the food is confirmed. Actually "zero" stars!
