Avoid this Oliva location at all cost. The staff was incredibly rude to us, even raising their voice when we asked a “stupid question”. We witnessed the same with the people that ordered after us. In general I think the chain Oliva doesn’t offer the best döner in town, no matter the location. Get your döner and friendly service elsewhere.

I am more than satisfied with this restaurant. The service is outstanding, the staff very friendly and professional. The quality of the food is excellent – everything is always fresh and truly delicious. The food tastes simply fantastic, which is why I come here almost every day. I can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Bertholdstraße 29Completely overpriced; customers of Arab or Turkish background receive better and friendlier service. Reading the other reviews confirms this impression of selective service, combined with the quality of the food. Actually, "zero" stars!

Pelkovenstraße 42Not recommended. 9.50 for a veal doner with burnt bread and dry meat. The sauces were quite tasty, but they were just the standard sauces.
