A good alternative to reach Turkish food when you are away from Türkiye. Sweets are probably the best in Munich but comparing with Turkish standart, it is modarate. Food is good though.

I definitely do not recommend this restaurant; omg, the meats are terrible. However, the Turkish baklava is not as bad as the meats. The staff are very rude. The restroom was really dirty and messy. The best Turkish food I've had in a long time. Not exactly cheap, but reasonable for the quality and quantity. The atmosphere was a bit noisy. Overall, a really pleasant surprise.

Since moving to Munich, I've been stopping by occasionally to buy sarma and dry baklava. The baklava is delicious, but not cheap; it's especially skyrocketed after the recent price hike. But price aside, I always find a hard pistachio shell inside the sarma. It seems it's time to try other baklava shops before we break our teeth. Those with teeth should avoid sarma, or at least chew it very carefully. Definitely don't feed it to your children; it can be dangerous. :-)

Hello, I would like to share my experience with the Altin Dilim kebab shop. The kebab, especially the meat, was good, but the portion size didn't justify the €9 price. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly. The final thing that prompted me to give it a 3-star rating is the "IDEA BOX." It's located next to the counter, but neither pen nor paper were nearby. Even when we asked for a pen and paper, we were only referred to napkins. The staff clearly doesn't want to see any objective improvements to the kebab. When we tried to point out the problem to one of the kebab men, he just turned away. The customer's opinion was ignored. I will keep my ideas for improving the kebab to myself.

Really nice authentic Turkish food. The flavours are on point. The kunafa was amazing. Wish they had more chicken options.

If you want to eat a terrible kebab, this should be your first stop. You wouldn't give the salad they give to an animal. There's no sauce, no care, no paste. The staff is careless, at least for 4-5 hours.

The liver and lentil soup was incredibly delicious. Kudos to whoever made it. It's thought-provoking to see that authentic Turkish food tastes better in Germany.

Ate two kebabs with another person which were very bad, 2 cans of tea, one costing 2.50 and one 4 euros, we also ordered a bit of meat for our little son which was billed as a small kebab plate for eleven euros, in total we paid more than 35 euros for 2 cans and 2 kebabs, I don't even want to mention the bit of meat for eleven euros, it has nothing to do with veal, definitely not to be recommended, never again!

Unfortunately, it's a thin wrap for 9 euros... The Asians make it thick and filling for 6 euros, unfortunately, it's very expensive. Update September 16, 2025. I'm changing it from 1 to 3. I deducted 2 points for the taste and price. The taste is really bad, unfortunately. I'll give the owner a suggestion. There's a döner place next to the Hauptbahnhof. Buy from the same place those guys buy their döner from; it tastes really good there. Maybe it's the same döner, they just put something different in it. Whatever they do, they do it well. Try sneaking some food there sometime, and you'll see. I saw some comments and there are many people who don't like the döner. It's strange why it hasn't been changed.

Cool place, lovely and neat ambience..food took a little bit time to prepare but was disappointed the jollof rice was very stale..as if they knew and it was replaced with white rice 🍚 after i complained. Outside that, it's good value for ur money's worth 👌

The food, the baklava and kunefe, make you feel like you're in Turkey. They're all delicious and absolutely friendly. It's just so busy that you might have to wait for a table to clear. But it's really worth it.

Very disappointed with how the waitress treated my mother. I was only in the restroom for two minutes, during which time my mother was treated rudely. A busy Turkish restaurant serving halal food. The food was delicious. Good value for money. The staff is friendly. Kozu Sis cost €16.00 per person (bread is free 🙂). Next time, I'd try the Könefe. Parking is a bit tricky, as it's very centrally located. It's best to park near the parking garages and walk there.

I can say that this is the best restaurant I've visited in many cities in Germany. We tried seven different dishes, and they were all delicious. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere isn't noisy despite the crowds, finding a seat isn't difficult, and turnover is fast. The service is very fast, and İbrahim took care of us with a friendly and warm staff. Thanks to the entire team.

The service is zero. I only do takeaway service. There is no veil. Get a grip, you will lose customers. I like your food but the service is zero. I am someone who always comes here. Even I won't come here if this happens again.

The location is actually very attractive, not far from the main train station, which has a lot of potential. The shop also makes a good impression from the outside. However, the selection is lacking in quality. The staff is unfortunately very unfriendly. In a restaurant, customers often expect a friendly face, which is absolutely part of the experience. The woman who works there is very, very unfriendly. I won't visit this place again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Although I wanted a proper meal, I left after a bowl of soup.

Today I ate at the Altın Dilim restaurant in Munich with a good friend, and we were both thrilled! We each ordered a mixed plate – the food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and very tasty. The sweet dessert, Kadayıf, was also a real highlight – crispy, aromatic, and just the right amount of sweet. The server was very nice and friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. I especially liked that the tea was offered free of charge – just as Turkish hospitality entails.

We ate there. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there weren't many seats available, so it was quite cramped inside. We had to get the food ourselves from serving platters, but that didn't bother us. The wait wasn't too long either. The prices are fair, too, in my opinion.

The most delicious Turkish Kunafa you will ever taste. The taste is delicious and the Turkish tea is excellent. I recommend it.

Prices are mid-range for Adana (15 euros), soups (7 euros), and the flavors weren't to my liking. I wouldn't recommend Adana kebabs; they have nothing to do with Adana, they're both tasteless and raw. The desserts weren't bad, but it was nice to have a cup of tea.

The food tastes good, but it's a disgrace that you're often forgotten after ordering... then you wait 30 minutes and you can see how the people working there check that they forgot to put the meat on the grill....

Pirate Ibrahim is the epitome of good manners and hospitality. If you come in, ask for Pirate Ibrahim to take your table. Honestly, he is very helpful and welcoming, and he brings you what you need conscientiously.

This is the place we stopped by for dinner when we came to Munich from Antalya for sightseeing. The food is delicious, and the service is superb. Ibrahim is a wonderful person, unlike other waiters. They deliver the food quickly and hot.

When I arrived in Munich from Antalya, I never imagined I'd encounter such warmth. The döner kebab was incredibly delicious, the meat perfectly cooked, fresh, and plentiful. My meal arrived shortly after I ordered, both quickly and piping hot. But my real favorite is definitely İbrahim. His smiling face, sincerity, and hospitality make you feel right at home. Service and quality like this are rare. It's now a place I'll be visiting every time I'm in Munich.

Wanted to get away from the fancy restaurants in Altstadt. Ended up here. We have been on holiday for 5 weeks now, and this was the best meal so far. Ordered lamb kottlett, which was excellent. The service was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I hope we get the opportunity to come back another time.

Hello. I live in Turkey. I came to Munich for sightseeing. I had eaten döner at the same place 10 years ago and it was not bad. However, today's döner was a serious disappointment. The meat was tough and the fat was too much. This is the first time in my life that I gave a restaurant 1 star. Also, the waiters are mediocre and uninterested. I hope your conditions improve, after all, we want a Turkish restaurant to be successful.

Particularly good: Right next to the main train station, long opening hours where you can even go as late as 12 at night and get a good meal. Cons: The staff, which is forcing me to go there less and less these days.

For Turkish cuisine it must be much better. Food is simply thrown onto plates in a quick manner. Ordering food at the table is not possible. Order at the cash register in advance, pay and the food comes. The atmosphere for the restaurant is very poor.

Delicious Turkish food here in Germany. All kimds of meat you can try and everything is made fresh to order. I tried the chicken wings and lamb kebab it was amazing. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone who loves Turkish food. I definitely will come back!

I like the place. When I lived in Munich, I often ate here. A lot of local men and women eat here, which I think is cool because I think it reflects the lifestyle. The doner kebab plate was also good for the price. The only downside was that there were no fries, but that's bearable.

Unfortunately, we did not like it. My wife bought Adana kebab. There was a hair on the plate and in the yogurt appetizer. The outside of the Adana was cooked but the inside was red, that is, raw. Unfortunately, I wish I could write good things.

Very tasty food But the hood is scary for single stranger coming from outside the city (at night)

We got kunefe for two, the service was very poor. They put the kunefe plate in the middle and brought two forks and a knife next to it. They didn't think of a serving plate or a second knife. The kunefe was nice.

The kebab was so bad, it spent two days on the pit. It's not that hygienic here.

I just ordered a takeaway kebab and ayran from you for my friend who's in the hospital. I asked for extra meat three times, but then someone else made the kebab, and there was hardly any meat in it. The kebab cost ten euros, and eggs cost two euros. I paid €15 with a tip, and then I get such nonsense from you. I'll never eat there again.

In Germany, whenever we come to Munich, we go and eat when we want meaty or juicy dishes. Their soups are drinkable, delicious, grilled dishes and meats are nice, juicy dishes are delicious and can be consumed with peace of mind. They also offer a glass of tea after the meal. Just so you know, the second tea is paid. Just, A nice and clean environment. Their food is delicious, a slightly above average price policy, and attentive and relevant service.

I came to eat today based on a recommendation. The store looked promising. But it's all just a facade. Adana Kebap 16€ for more parsley than salad. The rice was so little that it was gone after 3 forkfuls and was cold. We ordered Künefe. Since we were waiting for the Künefe, we went to smoke and I told the waiter that we would have a quick smoke. Result... Table was occupied and our drinks were gone. We only got the table back after asking. All in all just a disappointment and a bad evening.

It's a nice restaurant with lots of flavor. Prices are Munich average. But something happened that made us sad. It is a very noisy and disorderly place, so if possible, you should not go around noon. While I said I would pay 5 Euros for two slices of baklava, they charged me 2 Euros for the second tea. The lady at the cash register probably didn't know about it, it seemed to me that the lady serving pocketed the tea money. If you don't know anyone in Turkish businesses, it's a problem. Anyway, now that we're here, once we meet each other, they probably won't cause any trouble for the second tea.

Even though they only paid for a small amount of soup, they charge you full money and then say you didn't tell them. A business that charges 7 Euros for a half empty bowl. The amount of minced meat in Lahmacun was very low.
