Surprise in small Karlstadt in the city center. Small, cozy sushi bar with good value for money and freshly prepared sushi. Even if you're not into sushi, you'll find a nice selection of Asian dishes. If you don't feel like regional cuisine in Karlstadt, Lower Franconia, you're in good hands here.

The pizzas here taste very tasty and fresh. There are also great other offers that you should definitely try. We like to come here to eat and sometimes have our food delivered. Thanks to Das Pizza&Co. Team for the best pizza in MSP

Very cozy restaurant, small but nice, food in generous portions, I miss the salads, coleslaw, olives, feta cheese...and the starter too.

Had a delicious meal there. Everyone is very friendly there. It probably belongs to the sports club. This means that any (Greek) decoration is missing. Otherwise everything is good.

Good middle-class inn. The sauerbraten was very good with homemade dumplings and a side salad as well.

The atmosphere is very quaint and rustic. The restaurant could be a little more inviting and brighter. The location in the immediate vicinity of the market square is good. The food is good and plentiful. If you order one schnitzel, you even get two. You can also order unbreaded schnitzel if you want it. There's plenty of sauce on the side and it's rare, but I get full when I eat here. And at a reasonable price (under 20 euros). Something that bothered me, however, was when I was eating there and came home when I noticed how much it smelled of fried oil. This is rather disadvantageous. As a layman, I wonder whether there is a vent in the kitchen or why this smell is not prevented in the dining room. You could definitely do it with simple measures. Parking spaces are available within walking distance on the Main in just a few minutes. It surprises me that Old Franconia somehow doesn't have a proper website. You get information about it from various other sites and have to look for everything. Including from Karlstadt city marketing, restaurant guru and others. It would be in the operator's interest to take care of an internet presence.

Excellent food and a great atmosphere. They even have a great dessert called Zabaglione. Definitely worth a visit any time
