I had a confirmed reservation for 2 people. The day before, however, my reservation was suddenly canceled because the company was closed. A lady on the phone told me in a very unfriendly tone, "...I shouldn't argue about it now, she couldn't help it either...". It happens that mistakes happen and I understand that, but as a guest you are treated in such a tone and you also deny responsibility for the reservation error is not okay. In a very good restaurant you might have been given an aperitif on the house for a next visit, but at least a word of apology would have been appropriate and hospitable. So all that remains is speechlessness and unfortunately no desire for a future visit.

There were three of us there for dinner. Ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza didn't taste like anything, the dough was tasteless and so was the tomato sauce. I had to add salt to the pizza and unfortunately there was way too much cheese on it. I also tried the pasta, the cream sauce was unfortunately just as tasteless, absolutely unseasoned, and it wasn't just a lack of salt. We can only report similarly negative things about the service. An incredible amount of staff, but unfortunately no one was interested in us. After the meal our drinks were empty, the empty water bottle was cleared away, but we were never asked again if we would like anything else. You had to ask for everything, and no one came to the table anymore. Except for the guests who ordered a lot of wine, there was always plenty of refills. It's a shame that only people who leave "more money" there are paid attention to. Water drinkers and pizza eaters are probably not welcomed.

The food was tasty, but in my opinion too expensive. Vitello Tonato as a starter 17.50 euros. Ambience is ok, service too.

I ordered a gyro and a sole fillet, but this is the worst restaurant I've eaten at. Completely disgusting. I had to throw away almost €40. The only thing that tastes good is the Cola.

Ein Samstagabend. Um 1800 Uhr alle Tische belegt. Unsere Party 5 Personen mit differenzierten Wünschen. Trotzdem schneller Service und wie immer freundlicher und geduldiger Bedienung. Die Essen für jeden kommen gleichzeitig, das vegane Gericht schmackhaft und auch optisch einladend, die anderen Gerichte der 'bürgerlichen' oder gehobenen ital. Küche wie erwartet wohlschmeckend und gut portioniert. Trotz des vollen Hauses und lebhafter Gästegruppen ist der Lärmpegel gut erträglich, nach etwas Wein allemal. Die Preise haben eine Tendenz nach oben, scheinen uns aber angesichts der allgemeine Teuerung nicht außer Proportion zu sein. Jedenfalls kommen wir wieder.

We've really enjoyed ordering here often, but now we've had enough. This time the chicken was still raw and the food was cold. The last time there was only half of the fried noodles and I forgot the sweet and sour sauce. and before that we didn't get the sushi we ordered. In addition, the portions are becoming smaller and smaller.
