The food was tasty, but in my opinion too expensive. Vitello Tonato as a starter 17.50 euros. Ambience is ok, service too.

We eat there regularly, everything is consistently good and always freshly prepared. Service courteous, nice and quick, as always.

Food was really okay, but nothing special. The service, on the other hand, is underground. It was our first and last time there. We were simply ignored for 30 minutes after eating. The empty plates were still on the table when we paid. The waitress snatched my debit card out of my hand without saying a word and put it on the machine herself (I didn't see the price beforehand). That doesn't work at all. New guests arrived, since no one was visible for minutes, they just sat outside at random places. When the waiter came out and saw this, he complained to the guests that they couldn't just sit down (on an almost empty terrace). We were honestly shocked by the way... Change after the restaurant's response: That's exactly how it happened. There are witnesses. ;) The response reflects poor service. Normally you should just ask for forgiveness at this point.
