Right in the city center there is a small, lovely restaurant with friendly service, a very warm atmosphere, very clean, and a lovely Turkish ambience, perfect for families or eating alone.
The location is okay, but the food is a different story. The value for money isn't there; the portion sizes are more like a snack for the price of a main course. The concept isn't discernible.
As a visitor to the city of Erfurt, I called to order something to eat for myself and my wife. I was told on the phone that it wasn't possible because they didn't have a driver and it was Saturday. Then I called again and said I'd pick up the food, which went smoothly. When I got home, I opened the food and was disappointed. The fries were without ketchup, even though I had ordered it with ketchup, and were carelessly thrown into the packaging. Any toddler can make a better Bolognese, and it was cold after 5 minutes. My wife's gnocchi filled with arugula, which they were looking for, was thrown warm in a separate container, simply careless. The chicken in the gnocchi was cold and hard, as if it had been from the day before, and I paid €38.90 for it, including a tip, which was €40. Honestly, it's a disgrace. As a guest of this beautiful city, I will no longer visit this "restaurant," as the gentleman on the phone called it!
At least the ice cream, which wasn't homemade either, was edible!
And the farewell outside the bistro from the two employees was quite okay!
Never again!
Very nice manager. Our order was overlooked and we received it 2.5 hours late and had to pick it up personally. But he admitted the mistake and apologized. I like that.
Food was OK
I tried a few things on the menu until I found my favorite dish, which I give a solid 10/10. I can recommend the Butter Chicken to everyone! It's always a sensation for me, although it is a bit pricey. Nevertheless, I will continue to order from here regularly in the future.
Friendly service, short wait time.
The food was very tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We've rarely enjoyed so much in an Asian bistro.
If we're ever in Naila again, we'd be happy to come back.
Regarding the ambiance:
The dining room is small but cozy.
The only downside to the ambiance is the restrooms, which are in desperate need of improvement.
In our opinion, the extra urinal right next to the toilet should be omitted.
For users (especially women), it's unpleasant to have their head "doing business" right next to it, both visually and odor-wise. The area in front of the toilet should be a bit tidier.
I've been there a few times.
At first, it was very tasty.
The last time, I ordered the doner kebab with beef, as usual. It tasted strongly of lamb.
I tried it again today, and this time too, the meat tasted like lamb.
It was and still is very hard on my stomach, even though I had to throw it away after eating half of it because it was inedible.
For almost €9, it's very disappointing, and I won't be ordering from there again.
Sorry
Update: It was somewhat to be expected that this restaurant in Kolbermoor wouldn't last... Closed again!
Not good value for money!
Small portions at overpriced prices.
I went to City Feinkost Döner today and, frankly, I'm shocked. The owner himself simply turned away a customer who wanted to buy a döner for his child. No discussion, no explanation – just because the child had briefly touched the counter.
And all of this happened in front of all the other customers, in an absolutely disrespectful tone.
I've never experienced such behavior in a restaurant before. Instead of treating customers kindly, they were humiliated, dismissed, and simply chased away. That's no way to treat people.
I could barely eat my döner afterward because the atmosphere in the shop was completely unpleasant. It was clear that respect and hospitality have no place there.
In short:
The owner behaves disrespectfully and unprofessionally.
You shouldn't support places like this.
I definitely won't be coming back.
Highly recommended. The student discount is really good. I don't know of any kebab with such good value. Great flavor, good meat, and, above all, a large portion, which is something you rarely get... and it's also very affordable.
The owner is also very friendly and the interior is beautifully designed.
