Bingo in München

Sehr leckeres Essen, besonders das Rindertatar war hervorragend. Der Service war außerdem sehr freundlich. Etwas überrascht war ich nur, dass warme Gerichte wie Steak auf Plastiktellern serviert werden. Meiner Meinung nach wären Porzellanteller dafür gesünder und passender.

Das Essen: Top! Die Salate sind raffiniert, sehr fein abgestimmt und wahnsinnig lecker (allein deswegen würde ich wiederkommen), das Tatar durch die Paprikanote besonders. Das Spargel-Risotto perfekt gekocht und gewürzt. Das Ambiente: Puh...es ist wahnsinnig laut. Das kann man urban finden oder anstrengend. Wer eher empfindlich ist sollte einen Tisch draußen reservieren. Das Essen 2: Schade und wenig nachvollziehbar ist, dass um 18:34 Uhr - also in der ersten Runde - bereits zwei der Signatur-Zwischengänge komplett aus waren. Dann bleibt von der eh sehr minimalistischen Karten quasi nichts mehr außer 5 Vorspeisen (inkl. Brot&Butter), 2 Hauptgängen (Risotto - handteller groß, und Entrecote). Etwas irritierend ist auch, dass es keinen Espresso gab "Die Maschine ist kaputt" - das darf einfach bei einem so reduzierten Laden mit weniger reduzierten Preisen nicht passieren. Für den Salat zur Vorspeise und wenn man draußen sitzen kann, komme ich gern nochmal - für alles andere würde ich in andere Lokale gehen.

***Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen mit tollem Service*** Super netter und entspannter Service, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der ganze Salatkopf ist einfach genial 🥬 hab ich so echt noch nirgends gesehen. Und probiert unbedingt den Bittersalat mit Artischocken, der ist geschmacklich wirklich mal was anderes. Das Entrecôte mit wildem Brokkoli war auch mega gut. Und das Tartar war ebenfalls richtig lecker! Und kleines Highlight: das Brot mit Butter! Für 4 € bekommt man drei richtig dicke Scheiben frisches Brot mit einer richtig leckeren Senfbutter - wir haben direkt nochmal nachbestellt 🍞 Es gibt sogar alkoholfreien Wein auf der Karte und der hat sogar sehr gut geschmeckt! 🍷 Für Dessert waren wir leider zu satt, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um noch mehr von der Karte zu testen 🤩 Unbedingt reservieren, es gibt nicht so viele Tische!

I can highly recommend it – super friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, and good food. The bingo area is relatively small, but they play cool music and you can have a good conversation – 10/10, and Lisa was especially great (the salad is highly recommended, unassuming but really delicious) – I'll be back very soon! 🫶🏽

I was very disappointed with our visit: Our main course (vegetarian risotto with mushrooms) for €20 was at best a tiny appetizer plate. The food arrived on a small dish, barely big enough to serve a coffee cup. Furthermore, the portion was barely 0.5 cm high. We were completely taken aback and assumed the kitchen had mixed up the appetizer and main course. After we spoke to the waiter, he became visibly annoyed and explained that the concept was "sharing." I wonder how you're supposed to share such a small portion? It was extremely unpleasant to speak to him. I immediately canceled my next reservation at the restaurant and won't be returning.

It doesn't get any better than this in Munich... high-quality food served in a sharing format is something Munich has been missing and rarely sees. The vibe (music & decor) really makes you feel at home and time flies by. Both the staff and the owner are incredibly welcoming and you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

A gem in the Glockenbach district. Exquisite food (how can you transform a simple head of lettuce into something so divine?) and incredibly friendly service. Definitely recommended for a truly wonderful evening. One minor drawback is the two-hour seating limit. We would have loved to stay longer, especially considering the splurge. But otherwise, absolutely fantastic!

This place is completely overrated. It's all show and no substance, and anyone who falls for it has only themselves to blame. We certainly regretted eating there… Hot dog, sandwich, a head of lettuce on a plate – what's supposed to be creative or special about that? The only unusual thing here is the price for the boring food. The service is also quite sluggish… seriously, Munich has so much more to offer!!

This place was a huge disappointment, especially after being so highly recommended to me by locals. The food tries to be classy, ​​but it's very mediocre and, above all, outrageously overpriced and definitely not worth the money (a Bosna in bread for €14! Seriously??). The service was one of the worst I've ever experienced in restaurants: One waiter kept making rude comments (we were two men at the table, but that doesn't make us his football buddies). The other waiter brought everything to the table without a word. He brought the espresso in far too large cups (of course, no saucer), without a spoon and without the optional sugar – we had to ask for both separately. Shortly after, the bill arrived, also without a word, unsolicited, and quite unexpectedly. While it was – as I said – far too high, it at least gave us the final push to leave this completely overrated, cramped, uncomfortable, and uninspired place once and for all.

It's a lovely restaurant with good food and atmosphere, but unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience: Reservations are only possible for a specific time slot (which is far too short). My main course order was forgotten, which of course can happen and isn't usually a problem; after asking about it, it finally arrived… but unfortunately, our "booking period" (tables are assigned in two shifts in the evening) was over, and we were rushed. I would have liked to enjoy my steak, which I had ordered well in advance (over an hour ago) and which was also one of the most expensive items on the menu, in peace. What was even more annoying was that we weren't allowed to finish our wine at the table, not even for five minutes. Instead, we were told to drink it on the street in front of the restaurant and were essentially shown the door. It was far too expensive for that. And the service wasn't very attentive. Very disappointing, because it's actually a stylish restaurant, but because of this experience, I unfortunately can't recommend it. :(

The ingredients were very well selected, creating an interesting interplay and harmonious flavors. The two of us ordered six dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is a pleasant size with a very welcoming, family atmosphere.

Service was good, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio was typically poor for Munich; the concept behind the food wasn't really clear (apparently a kind of fusion cuisine).

We had a wonderful evening there; everything was perfect, from the service to the food – simply top-notch.

The food was okay, in my opinion, tasty. But not worth the price. The service was super sweet, but they just didn't have much experience, which kind of let the whole concept down. In the very nicely designed/simply decorated dining room, it was so cold that guests sat inside wearing scarves and jackets. Even the waiters wore scarves and vests. Unfortunately, it just wasn't cozy or relaxed.

The price/performance ratio isn't right. The concept wasn't entirely convincing for me. The food was significantly overpriced for the quality and quantity. Service was okay, and when I complained about a drink, they responded politely and replaced it.

The location is okay, but the food is a different story. The value for money isn't there; the portion sizes are more like a snack for the price of a main course. The concept isn't discernible.

According to Google, the restaurant was open, but reservations weren't possible as it was walk-in only. So we made a special trip there – only to find the doors locked on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, there was no sign or notice on the door. Very disappointing.

First, the positives: The interior is simple and appealing, the service is attentive, and the drinks/wine list is adequate. Now for the food (unfortunately, the more important part for me): I had hoped that a concept using sustainable, regional products might finally work in Munich, but I was sorely disappointed. Apart from the lettuce (one of the few dishes with a normal price-performance ratio), all the other dishes were extremely overpriced and, at the same time, anything but convincing in terms of taste. Besides a disastrously failed attempt at a "Käsekrainer" (a type of sausage) in brioche and the raw vegetables that were marinated far too briefly, the tiny "chicken tenders" for €22 were the biggest disappointment. My conclusion: Cool concept, but unfortunately a culinary failure.

After making an early reservation, my mother and I were among the first guests at the restaurant. After a short wait, we were able to order and received our appetizers after about 30 minutes. We then waited an hour and a half for our main course, and despite asking several times, we only received curt replies about how busy they were. After we were still waiting, another waiter came and wanted to charge us for our table because it had been reserved again. We accepted the offer and again received only curt replies that we shouldn't be so difficult, it was just busy. Perhaps my mother and I weren't the target audience; the younger, more fashionable guests were definitely served better than us. Nevertheless, I don't want to go there again; I suppose they have to be able to afford such unfriendly service…

Unfortunately, it's a bit disappointing. In my opinion, the portions are too small for the price (e.g., €22 for two pieces of fried chicken with cold potatoes), and the food isn't very tasty. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

Overall, a disappointing evening at bingo. The ambiance is nice, the service friendly, but due to a parallel event outside, it was overbooked. Prioritization wasn't really good. Considering that you have to make a reservation well in advance and have only heard good things about it, the anticipation and curiosity were appropriately high. We had a reservation for 8:15 PM, and our drink order was taken after 20 minutes. The wine arrived after another 15 minutes. The first appetizer arrived at 9:15 PM. Of the two main courses listed on the small menu, only the pasta of the day was available. After almost two hours, it finally arrived. It tasted good, but not outstanding (except for the salad). For €100 more for two, they definitely could have done better. What a shame!

1 out of 5 stars - unfortunately disappointing despite the good food! I went to Bingo with a friend a while ago. The food was really good, the atmosphere pleasant - we had a lovely evening. Unfortunately, it was completely overshadowed by an absolutely unacceptable experience with the service. The new waiter accidentally brought us the bill from the neighboring table, which we had initially paid, for approximately €80. After the mistake was noticed, we were subsequently recalculated and charged for our actual bill – so we paid twice. We were assured directly at the restaurant that the money for the mistakenly paid bill would be refunded to our account in the next few days. To be on the safe side, I left my bank details there. But to this day – over six weeks have passed – no money has been received. Despite repeated, friendly inquiries, there was no further response and no refund. The initial assurance that everything would be "no problem" turned out to be an empty promise in retrospect. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable – regardless of how good the food is. As a paying guest, I expect honesty and reliability. Double-charging customers and then simply waiting for a refund is no longer an oversight; it's simply unprofessional and brazen. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant, despite the good food. The way they treat guests and make mistakes is an absolute no-go for me. Anyone who eats here should pay close attention to their bill – and if in doubt, go somewhere else.

The food is of outstanding quality, everything is prepared with impeccable freshness. You can tell the experienced and imaginative Michelin-starred chefs behind it! An absolute insider tip for me! I'd love to go back. Thanks to everyone!

The interior is kept pretty simple but stylish. The food is cooked with local produce. Good marketing - pretty high prices for rather simple dishes (hot dogs, vegeterian sandwiches and salads) In my opinion not really worth the hype

So good! The food was super delicious, made with so much love - especially the Bingo Bosna was my absolute favorite. You simply won't find a combination like this twice - creative, special and just wow! The service was very warm and super attentive, you immediately feel welcome. It is also very nicely decorated!

The restaurant uses only regional products, which is great! Unfortunately, it's quite loud in the small restaurant. The portions were relatively small, but expensive. The service was okay. Cool shop, delicious tartare. Unfortunately, it was only after the starter, when we were already waiting for the main course, that we were informed that the main course we wanted was no longer available. The daily special was no longer available. You can already know this when ordering and communicate it accordingly. Unfortunately, a main course that was ordered later was simply forgotten. One person then had to eat alone 15-20 minutes after everyone else. Unfortunately, here too there was communication without apology. Given the prices, you would simply expect more.

The food in this restaurant was really good, but unfortunately the positive impression was greatly marred by the service. We arrived at our reservation in a good mood and were initially greeted in a friendly manner. We were given time to study the menu and the service initially seemed attentive. But the mood changed when we placed our order. Since my friend wasn't feeling well at short notice, I was the only one who ordered something to eat. We were then asked by an employee with an annoyed expression and in an inappropriately loud tone: “Oh guys, what was your intention with the reservation? We've already sent people away... and it's basically impossible for just one person to order something." This comment in front of the entire restaurant and within earshot of the neighboring table was not only inappropriate, but also extremely unpleasant for us. My friend felt embarrassed and even apologized, although we didn't feel at all wrong. When we were told we could either go to the bar or leave the restaurant, I had to make it clear that I would still like to eat. I understand that a restaurant has to operate economically, but this way of treating guests is simply disrespectful. Nobody should be forced to order or confronted in such an unfriendly manner. In a restaurant you always have to take into account that not every guest will order a complete menu. It's not uncommon for only one of the guests to eat and the other might just choose drinks or dessert. The decision about how and what to order should be up to everyone, without pressure or unpleasant comments. We felt pretty uncomfortable afterwards, which also gave my food a bad aftertaste, even though it was actually good. Even when it came to tipping, I felt compelled to give something, although I regret it afterwards. To make matters worse, when we left the restaurant there were still five tables available, which makes the whole situation seem even more unjustified. Overall, the food was good, but unfortunately the way we were treated really spoiled our evening and we wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

I can highly recommend the trout! I found the way it was presented sensational and very tasty. Nothing about bones, even if that's what you'd expect from a fish.

The quality of the food was very good, but there are many points that could be improved. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, we had to put our dishes away ourselves, there was no new cutlery when changing from starter to main course and when we asked in a friendly manner after the food arrived completely cold, the response was rude. With the intention of writing a valid review that will also help operators to improve their store, here is my comment: Food: You should not come with a completely empty stomach. The dishes are beautifully draped and unusual, but minimalist in scope and more in the style of tapas. So the criticism is that the size is too subtle. Service: Small shop and service is running. Nice and attentive without being intrusive. Ambience: It's November and it's drafty. There doesn't seem to be any isolation. This is neither ecological nor comfortable. The seating is too hard. Otherwise rather dim. A touch more light would be nice. The combination of drafts, hard seating and darkness not only sounds dubious, but also significantly reduces the ambience and of course also has a negative impact on the food and the associated experience. Who wants to think while eating that they would like to put on their jacket now? All in all: A typical restaurant in the Glockenbachviertel. Little comfort, hip self-perception but if I had the choice as a guest (and I do), I would look for an alternative.

Very cool, but also very well paced. Kind of good. It would be nicer if you could just sit there in peace without being kicked out. That's more of the American approach...eat something quickly in 90 minutes.

Overall, the food was good! Maybe a bit overpriced, it felt a bit like you payed more for a ”trendy and cool place” rather than amazing food and service. When served the wine we never got to try it first, that’s something I expect on this kind of place :)

A nice minimalist style restaurant. Overall, cool and relaxed atmosphere and interesting wine selection. Kitchen concept is good - small selection of well thought out dishes. In general, however, the restaurant cannot decide whether it wants to be part of the fine cuisine or not. The food has great potential but lacks creativity. Above all, the service is quite down-to-earth, despite the friendly waiter. The price therefore does not quite correspond to the performance to be expected in Munich. All in all, you pay a lot for the hipster life.

I was all surprised - after all the hype, my expectations were completely different. We were very positively surprised by the first-class food and friendly service. The bistro vibe doesn't exist in the area yet, we think it's great! Sure, the tables are very narrow, but that's completely legitimate. The only thing I'm missing are halfway decent glasses to go with the really good wine selection. The little tankards don't deserve the wines!

Food really good - service unfortunately only works that way. We came to the restaurant at 6:15 p.m. and straight away we were told "you only have the table until 8 p.m." at around 7:50 p.m. the cleaning was done in the most unfriendly way - we didn't type, even though the kitchen would have deserved more than 10% to get.

The food was sensational! Big drawback (unfortunately): When you're there, the first sentence tells you when you have to leave the restaurant. Then you get thrown out on the street in the rain with a bill for €500 worth of wine.

Lovely bistro with interesting plates of food. It is really a unique place for Munich for those that want to try something a bit different. The restaurant and menu had a modern and international feel. Most of the food was really good (would recommend the tartar, dumplings and steak main) but the cheese toast was disappointing. We were told it comes with kimchi but in the end it seemed like it was overcooked cabbage which didn’t have a great flavour. We should have ordered the salad instead. The prices are pretty high and so for me it is more of a special occasion place than for casual dining. For one small, three medium and one large plate, three drinks and a bottle of water it was 140 euro. The service was super so thanks to the staff!

Pleasantly unfussy atmosphere and really nice service, but unfortunately prices that are not appropriate. The lettuce was just a lettuce. Here you pay too high a price for the preparation of the delicious dressing. Unfortunately, the udon noodles were very bland and not worth it at all. The hot dogs, on the other hand, tasted really good, but here too, what you get has no relation to the price.

I finally had the pleasure of eating at Bingo. Had the salad and the butter with beetroot. Both super delicious, with the best dressing I've eaten. In addition, the idea with the whole head of lettuce to share is very successful. Afterwards we had the toast and the Bingobosna. Both were very successful, the fermented charcoal on the toast goes very well with the cheese! The Bosna is awesome! With the soft brioche and the spicy sausage, oida! Great evening, thank you very much!

Geschmacklich ein absolutes Erlebnis. Sowohl die Getränke, als auch das Essen. Alles in allem hat das Restaurant eine gute Ausstrahlung und hat somit auf den Genuss großen Einfluss.

Der Service war super nett aber komplett unaufmerksam. Haben zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten auf unseren Tisch gewartet - was gar kein Act bei dem schönen Wetter war. Danach wurden wir zum Tisch gebracht - Karten haben wir dann aber den Rest des Abends keine angeboten bekommen. Auf den Wein haben wir dann auch ewig gewartet. Als die Flasche (44€, nicht super günstig also) kam, war sie mehr als lauwarm. Am Nebentisch ebenso. Den Kühler haben wir dann auf Nachfrage erhalten. Essen war sehr lecker (Hot Dog) bis geschmacklich fad (Fisch in wässriger Soße). Portionen sind klein und Preise hoch. Persönlich finde ich Preis/Leistung nicht angemessen. In der Preisklasse muss Service stimmen - da kann ich meine Gäste nicht links liegen lassen und Weißwein warm an den Tisch bringen. Haben am Ende einen kleinen Drink aufs Haus bekommen. Ist eine nette Geste, aber nochmal würde ich dennoch nicht kommen. Für das Budget kann ich woanders ein stimmigeren Abend verbringen.

Die Weinauswahl ist vielschichtig und dennoch übersichtlich - Der aufmerksame Service bietet seine Expertise bei der richtigen Wahl. Ein rundum gelungenes Konzept - Bingo, ich komme wieder!
