The food was really great and plentiful. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

The quality has declined significantly at lunchtime lately, presumably because they don't want to raise prices despite rising food costs. Perhaps they should increase prices by €1-2 to allow for more flexibility in purchasing.

A wonderfully cozy beer garden with plenty of space. They serve good beer, very tasty and reasonably priced Portuguese wines, and grilled delicacies (especially recommended are the bacalhau, sea bream, and sardines) – all prepared in a rustic style, fresh and delicious. We had a truly wonderful evening there yesterday and will definitely be back.

Food and service always very good 👍

We came across the restaurant by chance and would have preferred never to leave. The cellar is run by a lovely retired gentleman who enjoys entertaining. The service was great, you just felt comfortable in the cozy atmosphere and the food came in huge portions that tasted heavenly. We paid just €78 for 4 people (4 drinks, 4 main courses and a dessert). All dishes are highly recommended, especially the Kaiserschmarrn as a dessert is highly recommended and should be ordered with caution to avoid the risk of addiction. We will definitely come back and recommend it to you!!

In my opinion, great food, crowded but normal for this kind of service

We usually order different dishes here every 1-2 weeks, such as gyros with Metaxa sauce or grilled platters, and are always very impressed with the quality of the food, as well as the service and the owner's demeanor. The owner once immediately and very kindly addressed a minor error with Lieferando. Our orders have always arrived promptly and warmly. The only minor disappointment is the pita bread, which seems to have been replaced with a new version. Unfortunately, it's a bit drier than before, so we've stopped using it. A very nice restaurant with a pleasant ambiance. The food is always fresh, tasty, and attractively presented. The service is attentive, friendly, and professional. The chef is also present and knows his craft very well. Overall, a coherent concept that we would happily recommend.

Unfortunately, we are closed due to illness until June 18, 2024. We wish you a speedy recovery! Update: The landlady is back at work during the stated hours. We'll be serving delicious homemade cakes and pastries, and of course, snacks.

Best restaurant in Pleinfeld.. no doubt

The pictures in the reviews look really delicious, but when we arrived at the snack bar at 11:45 AM today, hungry, the shutters were down and no one was there, not even a sign with any information or anything. What a shame! I'm still giving it 5 stars because I'm a nice person and hope to get some information this way ❤️
