We ate here three times during our vacation, always making reservations. The hosts were very friendly, and the food was delicious (large portions—bring your appetite) at really great prices. The best burgers in Augsburg – fresh minced meat patty from the butcher (across the street), sesame seed buns specially baked by the bakery, everything fresh. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, fried onions... all freshly made. Wow. Plus good fries and a real cold Coca-Cola in a glass bottle. Price? Better and cheaper than MacDoof, Beisser-Burger, or the Hamburgerei. Best hamburger/cheesburger in Augsburg? Head to 90's Guy Burger in the Stadtmarkt!

My husband and I wanted to have lunch here on November 10th. It was only half full. When we asked, we sat at a table for two. The staff completely ignored us. We weren't asked what we wanted to drink, nor were we given a menu. Food was being served, tables were being cleared, and guests who arrived after us were being served. After 10 minutes, we got up and left. We've never experienced anything like it. Ernesto wasn't there, but he should know about it and have a serious talk with his staff.

The experience in the restaurant was unfortunately marred by extremely unfriendly service. Despite the pleasant atmosphere and the good food, the staff's demeanor left much to be desired. The waitresses seemed irritated, impatient, and unhelpful, which significantly negatively impacted the overall impression. The food itself was of high quality and flavorful, which is all the more regrettable given the lack of service. You have to allow half an hour to pay; it can't be done any faster. In summary, the impression is ambivalent: Great food, but the unfriendly service is frustrating and significantly diminishes the overall experience.

We simply wanted to order a bottle of water with my 4-year-old son because he was very thirsty. Unfortunately, the neighboring restaurant was already full, so we went to the bar area of the Bavaria Restaurant – it was almost empty. But instead of being friendly, the waiter turned us away in an extremely rude manner and told us to go to the other restaurant – even though there were no free seats there and we only wanted a bottle of water. Something that wouldn't have taken even a minute. What particularly annoyed us was that the staff clearly had plenty of time for other guests – they were served in a friendly manner, while we were simply turned away. It almost seemed as if they were choosing guests based on their liking. Such behavior is completely inappropriate for an establishment at BMW Welt. A modicum of hospitality and understanding would have been expected, especially with a thirsty little child. Very disappointing – we had expected more service-oriented service. Definitely not a recommendation

The food ordered over the phone was ready for pickup after 15 minutes, as promised. The amount of food was perfectly adequate. The price was reasonable. The rice and vegetable sauces were okay. The fried meat could have been a bit juicier.

Great shop, great food, only the excavator in the shop window is a bit of a nuisance.

This is the best sushi I've ever tried. Very high quality. The rice is perfectly soft, and the fish is perfectly prepared. The cook clearly very well knows what he's doing. I was really amazed, but I waited a little long.
