Now I was there, for the first time! I've missed something so far! The menu offers everything from light to hearty, vegetarian....Everything we ate was super delicious. Price performance great. Everything was well thought out (changing table in the toilet..........) and very clean! Staff super friendly! We'd love to come back!

The portion of meat and sausages with potatoes was actually a meat-like product. It looks nice, tastes good, but it lacks this natural meat.

On a windy but sunny day in Heidelberg, my buddy and I were looking for a place for good conversation, delicious beer and excellent BBQ. We found what we were looking for in the monastery courtyard and experienced a culinary adventure in a class of its own. The “Guerrilla Menu” offered a variety of BBQ specialties, complemented by additional portions of beef ribs. The friendly employee gave interesting insights into the preparation and aroused anticipation for future creations with the reference to a beefer. The spareribs were the absolute highlight. Perfectly prepared, without disturbing bones and with a harmonious combination of sauce and spices. The shine of the sauce was a visual delight, the taste unsurpassed. The pulled pork impressed with its juiciness and spicy note, especially in combination with the coleslaw. The only point of criticism: the consistency could have been a little coarser and the BBQ sauce could have been more subtle. The brisket was tender, juicy and slightly peppery. Although the smoke ring was not complete, the taste was completely convincing. The beef ribs impressed with their full meat flavor, perfect seasoning and a sticky, delicious glaze. The attached bone skin was the only small flaw. The side dishes, especially the surprisingly good coleslaw, rounded out the menu. The rolls were fine, freshly baked focaccia would be a welcome addition. Overall, the Klosterhof offers BBQ at the highest level. For "Texas BBQ" lovers, a little more heat could be offered. However, the quality and taste are unmatched in the region. The Klosterhofbräu's stout beer proved to be the perfect accompaniment. You are guaranteed to come back to try the other specialties such as feta and chicken pieces. The BBQ experience in the Klosterhof is definitely worth recommending and caused envious looks from the other guests.

Mega! The food was super tasty (I had a spicy chicken curry) and the service was really nice. My husband and I came across the shop by chance and he had to persuade me for a bit because I'm actually not much of a Thai food fan (or was I?! ;) ) but I was very grateful to him afterwards :) The portion was perfect and I didn't feel overfilled or bad afterwards... so I assume that great food is used here and is cooked without additives :) Price was also completely fair. It's a shame that we don't live in Freiburg, otherwise I would definitely come more often :)

Best kept secret in Feuerbach. The food is fresh and has very good quality. Brew their own beer which is also very delicious.

We are so happy that there is such a great ice cream parlor in our beautiful Griesheim. There is always delicious ice cream, the fruit is very fresh, long opening hours and the service is super nice. We also often got ice cream to go and everyone always loved it.

The food was excellent – ​​fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the stay particularly pleasant. We often pass through Bad Wimpfen on a road trip. This time the restaurants were still open so we decided to eat out and found Lao Savann. The food is tasty and delivered quickly and the agave drink is something I did not know before. The shop is small and run by the owner who is a very sweet and welcoming person so we immediately had a good time while discovering new flavors on the terrace.

Sicher kein zweiter Besuch wert! Man hat schon gleich gefühlt, wie widerwillig uns ein Tisch gegeben wurde, weil wir nicht reserviert hatten. Nach der Bestellung durften wir sage und schreibe gut eine Stunde aufs Essen warten, während andere Tische mit vielen Personen nach uns ihre Nachspeise bestellten und der Reihe nach serviert bekamen, obwohl unsere 2 Essen schon eine halbe Stunde vorher bestellt waren. Vielen Dank für so einen Ablauf, bei dem die Stammkundschaft wohl vorrangig bedient wird. Nein, es war kein Zufall, sondern Absicht. Die Krönung war dann noch, dass die Chefin uns die gewünschte Rechnung im Etui auf den Tisch legte und sich dann sofort dem Nachbartisch zuwandte, statt uns ordentlich zu bedienen und zu kassieren. Da fehlen einem echt die Worte zu so einer Abfertigung. Offenbar hat man noch nicht den Kurs für Umgangsformen gemacht?
