Super freundlich am Telefon. Problemlose Abwicklung; pünktlich geliefert. Für uns ein absolutes Highlight- meine Tochter und ich konnten zum 1. mal seit 2 Jahren eine glutenfreie Pizza bestellen und im Rahmen einer Feier sucht ganz normal mitessen! Hammer!

My order last Saturday was a complete disappointment. A drink, which is included in the burger menu, was not included. A drink ordered separately was the wrong kind and the fries were almost cold and soggy. I subsequently complained about this by email - until today - so 5 days later I have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but then you have to own up to it and show your greatness to apologize. Service was therefore very bad for me!

Slowly every order was wrong, unfriendly, never again

This is my fourth time ordering from there and we are both extremely picky. I order gratinated Brussels sprouts, pepperoni and schnitzel gorgonzola (unbreaded, gluten-free). My American husband adores the mozzarella sticks and the chili cheese nuggets! And giant cheeseburgers. Thank you very much! The taste was always more than perfect and the delivery time was great! food was hot!

Food was once quite ok. Now everything from No1 tastes bad.

Bewertungen sind noch vom ehemaligen Delano, welches um Längen besser war als der jetzige Laden: Waren am 2. Februar zu dritt dort um etwas zu trinken. Nachdem wir nichts essen wollten, hat uns die Bedienung die meiste Zeit ignoriert. Auf die zweite und dritte Bestellaufnahme hatten wir über 30 Minuten gewartet. Das gebrachte Bier war dann schon abgestanden, hatte aber dort niemanden interessiert.
