Man sitzt sehr schön. Essen ist kalt, Nudel viel zu hart. Geschmacklich nicht ok Küchenpersonal sehr unfreundlich Kommen nicht mehr

Ich bin total begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war einfach super lecker und hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam man merkt, dass hier der Gast wirklich geschätzt wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie schnell das Essen serviert wurde, obwohl alles frisch und perfekt zubereitet war. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Restaurant von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Spontan entschieden wir uns in der Stadtschenke zu speisen und wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Kellnerin bedient. Bestellt hatte ich Rhabarberschorle. Serviert wurde Rhabarberlimonade. Ich habe mich nicht beschwert und mich mit Limonade abgefunden. Als das Gericht gebracht wurde stellte sich heraus, dass es ein Missverständnis zwischen der Bedienung und dem Chef gegeben hatte. Dieser Fehler/Missverständnis hatte nichts mit uns zu tun, sondern war intern zwischen dem Personal aufgetreten. Der Chef (ich nehme an es war der Chef oder Restaurant Besitzer) pampte uns daraufhin an. Das geht gar nicht! Wir blieben trotzdem höflich. Der Fehler wurde dann vom Personal in Ordnung gebracht. Der Salat (insalata pollo) war okay. Allerdings waren die Tomaten unreif. Drinnen und draussen sitzen möglich.

In der Weinheimer Altstadt nahe des Marktplatzes sehr schön gelegen und mit einem Außenbereich gesegnet. Der Schenkensalat und die Pizza waren sehr schmackhaft. Daher empfehlenswert! 😀

Bruschetta mit Tomaten, Olivenöl, Kräutern und Knoblauch, lecker. Meine Tochter hatte Pizza Diablo, da ist außer Tomatensauce und Käse nur Peperonisalami darauf, ihr war es recht, mir wäre es zu wenig gewesen.

Service miserabel, Essen passabel Wirklich noch nie so unfreundliche und unfähige Kellner getroffen wie hier; Bestellungen dauern Jahre, auch wenn’s nur ein Wasser ist und es kommt meist das falsche an - letztlich ist man verdurstet :D Essen ist ganz ok

Sind heute spontan in dieses Lokal...was wir nicht wussten das dieses um 15.00 Mittagspause hat. Bestellt haben wir eine Pizza Diavolo und Spagetti Napoli Die Spagetti waren ohne jeglichen Geschmack einfach passierte Tomatenbrühe.Die Pizza ebenfalls geschmacklos...das einzige war die scharfe Salami. Beim bezahlen die Frage,hat es nicht geschmeckt...nein das Essen schmeckte nach garnichts...interessierte die Bedienung wohl kaum. Das war unser letzter Besuch dort. Mann hätte sein Geld auch einfach in den Müll werfen können

Die beste Pizzeria im Umkreis! Ich komme hier schon viele Jahre regelmäßig wieder her. Die Pizza ist einfach spitze!

Uriges Fachwerkhaus, nicht zu schnieke und die Pizza ist mehr als solide, 1A Rezeptur aus dem Steinofen.

Ich bin schon öfter in diesem italienischen Restaurant gewesen und habe bisher immer Pizza gegessen. Grundsätzlich ist die Pizza hier wirklich sehr lecker und das Personal fällt stets durch seine freundliche und aufmerksame Art positiv auf. Leider war ich bei meinem letzten Besuch nicht ganz so zufrieden wie sonst: Der Pizzaboden war unten leider noch nicht zu 100 % durchgebacken. Da ich aber aus Erfahrung weiß, dass die Qualität hier normalerweise super ist, hake ich das als Ausnahme ab und komme gerne wieder. Ich hoffe, beim nächsten Mal ist die Pizza wieder wie gewohnt perfekt!

Spontaner Besuch der Stadtschenke . Wir waren immer sehr gern hier. Heute hat allerdings die Pizza einen nicht durchgebackenen, im Mittelteil rohen Teigboden, nichts mit knusprig. Nach Reklamation, gab es neue Pizza, die war zwar am Rand dunkler gebacken, aber innen auch roh. Ein Lob an das Servicepersonal, das sich sehr bemüht hat. Hat nachgelassen.

Ich gehe hier seit Jahren essen und bin immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Die Pizzen werden im Steinofen gebacken und schmecken großartig. Auch die Antipasti sowie sämtliche Nudel- und Fleischgerichte kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Man merkt, mit wie viel Erfahrung, Herzblut und Liebe das Lokal geführt wird. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Reise in den Süden und verleiht rustikalen Tavernen-Flair. Abgesehen davon will ich an dieser Stelle auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant betonen. Ob Geschirr, ob Gläser, ob Tisch oder Toilette - und diesbezüglich gehöre ich zu den Gästen, die sehr penibel sind - es lässt sich nichts beanstanden. Untermauert wird mein Empfinden sicherlich vom Fakt, dass das Lokal schon seit Jahrzehnten in der Hand des Betreibers liegt - Qualität scheint also kein Zufall zu sein.

Die Stadtschenke bleibt auch unter dem neuen Besitzer ihrem Niveau treu. Der Sohn hat übernommen und die Qualität wird konsequent weitergeführt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die italienische Küche überzeugt und die Karte ist umfangreich – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Schön zu sehen, dass der Generationswechsel so gelungen ist. Klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren gestern in der Pizzeria Stadt Schenke in Weinheim essen und waren rundum begeistert. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service einfach perfekt. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war, mussten wir nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals – wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten, ohne dass es aufdringlich war. Sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A great, authentic pizzeria in the heart of Weinheim. We often come here after work to see Antonella and Matthias and always feel warmly welcomed. The pizza is always crispy and delicious, but the pasta dishes are also highly recommended – for example, the carbonara, even if it's not made according to the original recipe, but with cream. It still tastes great! The ambiance is perfect: rustic and Italian inside, and really cozy outside in the summer with vines and umbrellas providing pleasant shade. The value for money is also excellent. A definite recommendation – we're happy to come back!

We're a family from Seville, and this was our first time here and a very pleasant experience. The pizzas were excellent, and the waiter who served us was very hospitable. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful, quiet spot beyond the bustling market square

Despite it being close to lunchtime, we were still greeted warmly. The pizza of the day was at least 35 cm in diameter, well-topped, and came with a crisp side salad and delicious dressing. We wanted to share, and the pizza promptly arrived on two plates. We sat relaxed and quietly in the shade under vine leaves. All in all, a recommendation! Simple but very tasty food, rustic but well-kept ambiance on the terrace.

We've been customers of this pizzeria for decades, believe it or not, and we still get our pizzas even though we don't live around the corner... but that's over now. We completely understand that pizzas have gotten considerably smaller these days and that pepperoni only comes on when requested. But like today... one corner had nothing but tomato sauce and cheese on a stagioni, packaged ham cut into strips and, worst of all... tomatoes and peppers from a jar on the pizza... is reason enough for us to look for another pizzeria. For 13 euros, we expect fresh ingredients and not something like this. That's it!

The tomato sauce on the pizza was flavorless and watery. It didn't taste good. The answer from the waitress was: we always do it like that. Too bad for the other guests.

Fuimos with my couple on the 1st day of November. The atmosphere must be acogedor, everything is clean, ordenado. It's a very good aesthetic, it's a great way to come and spend a good time. Service was good; we waited a few minutes until we were assigned a table. The service was quick and friendly, and at the end we asked if everything was OK (and yes, everything was excellent). The best part was the pizzas – delicious! The dough was of high quality and so were the ingredients. Definitely a pleasant experience and highly recommended for visitors to this city.

Today we spontaneously visited Weinheim and accidentally discovered this excellent pizzeria. The quality of the pizza was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Both the ambience and the service were excellent. We can fully recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back.

Wundern tät's mich nicht bei der arroganten Bedienung, der mittelmäßigen Qualität der Speisen und des seelenlosen Ambientes. Es sollte dem Gast überlassen bleiben, mit welchem Trinkgeld er den Besuch bewertet. Wenn die Betreiber der Stadtschenke es nicht ertragen können, dass (möglicherweise) keine Trinkgelder gegeben werden, sollten sie überlegen, warum das so ist.... Chiao, chiao... Niemals.. wieder.

Good middle-class Italian, unfortunately we didn't like the pizzas that much, but taste is always a personal feeling, dough was super hard/crispy, topping was okay. We are there at least 3 times a month and have been coming from Mainz to Weinheim for 15 years. The pizza tastes great but the pasta is also very tasty. I can only recommend it. The staff is always very friendly too.

My husband ordered a steak. It was totally crippled. Onions, tomatoes and peppers on the salad were no longer fresh. Friendly criticism was responded to in an extremely unfriendly and condescending manner. If you can't stand criticism, you shouldn't ask how the food tasted.

Best pizza in Weinheim. Simply mega. The crispy dough is only surpassed by the topping. The prices are fair and you sit in a nice beer garden in front of Weinheim's beautiful market square. Eat in the city tavern and then eat ice cream and drink in the overpriced market square. Stadtschenke is a tip for everyone who wants to feel comfortable in Weinheim 😉

Wir wohnen in Laudenbach und sind Fans dieser Pizza. Holen sie gerne ab wenn wir keine Zeit zum Kochen haben. Leider ist es so dass sie jedesmal anders ausfällt. Ich mag dünnen Teig aber knusprig. Jedesmal ist es anders. Keine Ahnung ob die Köche wechseln oder an was es liegt . Heute war der Boden dick und zäh... warum gibt es keine gleich bleibende Qualität mehr wenn man mal mit was zufrieden ist?
