Great food and a good price-performance ratio

I have no idea where the above-average reviews for this restaurant come from! During the week the two of us had dinner in the beer garden behind the house. The dilapidated condition of the beer garden should have put us off. (What's so difficult about cleaning exposed concrete slabs with a high-pressure cleaner or giving the fence elements some fresh paint) The female waiter was attractive and cleanly dressed. Unfortunately, this positive impression was ruined by the male waitress. This gentleman served in baggy jeans and a T-shirt, which also looked dingy.⁹ Unfortunately the whole thing continued while eating!! An appetizing grilled liver was drowned in olive oil and the melted herb butter enhanced the whole thing. All in all not worth the money and not recommended!!!!

We just had dinner here and it was really excellent. The cordon bleu was super juicy and the fries were nice and crispy. The large side salad of lamb's lettuce with croutons, bacon and potato dressing was a dream. First of all there was a greeting from the kitchen “Winzerbrot”, a kind of small tarte flambée. The service was super nice, we were given tips and flyers for the legendary Engelrundweg and other information about the Glottertal. This quaint Lokas is definitely worth a visit.

We regularly go to the kiosk in Glottertal (the same operators) and have enjoyed the cuisine very often. Today we went to the pub and I'm thrilled. The food, ambience and service are simply fantastic. Anyone who values ​​it should put a visit there in their calendar.

The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere very warm and inviting and the staff treated us like we are guests, not customers. Our waiter for the evening, Pascal, welcomed us warmly, suggesting dishes and wine for our meal and we truly felt like we visited family. An amazing experience. I would highly recommend Adler!

The two of us went to the restaurant yesterday. Very friendly hosts and Michelin-starred food! The prices are high, but completely justified for the top-notch service and cuisine.

Was here twice for dinner. Once great, second meat and side dish ok. The sauce for “2.5€”, amount ridiculous and totally over salted and also cold. The waitress pointed this out. But the sauce was on the receipt and I paid for it. I also mentioned the note about the paid bill with the sauce for the amount. Hence the rating.

Wir trafen hier gegen 17 Uhr ein und wollten nur noch rechtzeitig eine Suppe essen, denn um 18 Uhr ist hier Schluß. Die eigens auf einer Tafel annoncierte Kartoffelsuppe gab es gar nicht. Verblüffend aber war die Erklärung, das stark beanspruchte Küchenpersonal brauche jetzt erst einmal eine halbstündige Pause. Eine Pause bis 17.30 Uhr, wenn die Hütte ohnehin um 18 Uhr ihre Pforten schließt? Das ist erstaunlich. Eine halbe Stunde vor Betriebsschluß konnte man dann ersatzweise eine Gemüsesuppe bestellen. Die entpuppte sich als Suppe aus grob pürierten frischen Tomaten, mit Gewürzen angenehm abgeschmeckt -- kein Hochgenuß, aber doch eine Empfehlung wert, wenn man zufällig hier vorbeikommt und viel Zeit mitbringt, denn die Anstehschlange am Selbstbedienungs-Bestellfenster ist stets beachtlich.
