Very nice family hotel, excellent food, ideal starting point for hikes around Feldberg, Schluchsee, Titisee with good public transport connections

Very good food, especially the spare ribs are great. Cozy restaurant, nice service. Always my pleasure.

Went for dinner. Loved the Käsespetzle and both the Jäger- and the Rahmschnitzel. Everything was delicious also the dessert. The service was exactly as it should. The atmosphere and interior also typical for a traditional German restaurant.

Good and cheap parking if everything else is already full.

The restaurant is not open at all in the evening or is limited to house guests

I have never seen such a bad economy. The owners and operators all in one are so unfriendly. With a bratwurst you get a slice of bread and in my case it was also moldy. I didn't feel like doing theater. I will no longer enter this location and I advise everyone not to. For the money the food costs, you can eat better elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are no minus points here. Visit on January 3rd, 2025

I'll start with the positive. The restaurant is nicely furnished and invites you to linger. However, some of the staff are rude, inattentive and seem annoyed. A waitress was annoyed that my 4 year old daughter got up and the waitress had to walk around her. She huffed and mumbled something we didn't understand. If the children hadn't been so hungry, we would have left straight away. Now about the food. We had a pizza, an XXL portion of cheese spaetzle and a salad with turkey strips. The pizza was only lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted in the middle. We had ordered 2 robber plates, which unfortunately never came. Unfortunately, the XXL portion of cheese spaetzle was only a small casserole dish, but I can recommend it, it was tasty. The turkey strips in the salad were cold, the salad probably came out of the fridge ready. We would love to come back to the area, we had a great day in the snow, but we will take our own food with us and eat somewhere else on the way back.

A place with a "cozy vibe", small and welcoming. There is a Romanian waiter, very kind and friendly, who takes care of you. The food is very good. The beef steak is delicious and must be tried❤
