There was already food there, you wait forever for the food when it comes and it tastes bad. Unfriendly service, just like the kiosk next to it belongs to the same owner. Simply not recommended due to the unkempt appearance of the staff and also the boss. The food is bad, I even had hair in it recently and I complained to the boss, who said I shouldn't act like that, it can happen sometimes, unbelievable. Sorry, but the WKD should urgently take a look here, unbelievable. There is hardly a worse snack than Pakido full of disaster. Esslingen at the train station is not recommended. There are only three words for this store, , bad, worse worst unhygienic toilets also a topic there at Pakido.

The service and menus are very good and there are delicious pizza options. For me it was a very tasty and beautiful experience.

I can only confirm. Very tasty and better than the Subways I knew. The lovely waitress was very accommodating and immediately responded to all my requests. Absolutely recommended, 6 stars👍🏼👌🏼

According to the website and the reservations page, the Mauritius would have been on March 1st. should open. So we had a week ago for March 2nd. reserved online. When we got to our reservation the restaurant was still closed and was a construction site… It was very disappointing that we wanted to eat here with a larger group and no one had informed us that the opening could not be kept. I even received a reservation confirmation by email. To avoid something like this, online reservation should not be possible. Very unprofessional for such a large chain.

Unfortunately very unfriendly / uncharming service and the kitchen closed early. There was no more food (repeatedly) more than 30 minutes before the end. What a shame! As seen in other reviews here. Definitely ok for a quick snack. However, anyone who wants to eat something to go with their after-work beer (as we also recommended) should walk along the street to the nearest restaurant at the sports field. It's a real shame given such a great location!

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were quite ok but the pizza with rocula, ham and parmesan had rocula and the parmesan was completely missing.
