I drove all the way from Oberhausen to Dinslaken just to eat a cigköfte dürüm and a kumpir. Absolutely delicious and very friendly staff. All other cigköfte shops in the Duisburg district can pack up.
A truly fantastic culinary experience. We were there as a group of 14 people and were able to enjoy a three-course meal with an African theme. The kitchen is located directly in the dining room, where Nicole prepares all the dishes fresh in parallel. The three-course meal also included a thematically appropriate aperitif and a smoothie with the main course, both of which appropriately enhanced the culinary experience. You don't feel like you're in a restaurant, but rather visiting, like at a family celebration. If you have the chance to get a reservation here with a group, you should definitely take the plunge; you will certainly not be disappointed. We were all thrilled with the great food, the family atmosphere, and the warm hospitality. Nicole serves, cooks, and tells stories all in one person with the utmost professionalism and warmth, so that you want to come back straight away. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening.
A wonderful stop on the Jagst-Kocher cycle path. A lovingly restored village with good café options—ice coffee in the summer, for example—and a small, interactive museum section. Everything is very well maintained!
A very nice beer garden, cozy and inviting. The pub is also very cozy, and the food is great, and you don't have to wait long. There are always a variety of delicious dishes. 👏👍☺️
Healthy food filled with sincerity. Of all the Korean restaurants I ate in Germany, it had the most Korean flavor. A place that warms your heart with reasonable prices and a friendly owner. When the weather gets cold, it would be nice to have a bowl of hot noodles here. A place I want to visit whenever I miss Korea.
unfriendly and snappy!
We arrived at the bistro at 10:15 a.m. with our 2 children and father-in-law. The internet said it was open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The very unfriendly, sometimes snappy conditions (older woman with short blonde hair and glasses) served us. We asked her about her unfriendly service. The answer to our question “what is your problem” was: “What is our problem here? Breakfast is over! You have other work to do here!"
Instead of pointing this out to us in a friendly manner and possibly not giving us breakfast, we had breakfast with frustration.
When we requested that the cocoa not be so hot for our 4-year-old child, it came boiling out of the microwave.
All in all, this was very disappointing for us!
Anyone who appreciates rustic cosiness, good home cooking and warm hospitality has come to the right place. The old hall tells many wonderful stories, the genuine ambience and the warmth of the landlady give you a feeling of security, and the Thuringian dumplings are unsurpassed.
Followed here after other comments and liked it. Friendly hosts. Wide selection of typical Turkish food. Looks like locals gather here. Reasonable prices, Drinks served chilled in summer. Very nice. Lamb and chicken kebab was tasty.
Top-notch restaurant, wide selection of drinks, and reasonable prices. Entertainment is well catered for with slot machines, a table games, and dart machines. Highly recommended :)
