I think it has slowed down a bit, but still good. Unfortunately, the desire for "spicy" is usually ignored, but this may also be due to the loud sound from Turkish soaps.

Aksu has been my regular kebab shop in Naila since day 1! Sauces + meat are fantastic. After every gym day, you go straight to Aksu! Doner as always! I have one small criticism: the last few weeks there has been too much salad in the kebab instead of meat. If you can change that, it is the best kebab shop in all of Germany! My partner and I went to Aksu yesterday and the next day we both had stomach problems. You go there to eat a kebab, not to upset your stomach. Either the meat is not good or the hygiene leaves something to be desired.

Recently the quality of the meat has become much worse; in the last 3 kebabs I had pieces similar to cartilage and bones. Now the third change to my recession. It's an absolute disgrace what these owners are pulling. Offering a poor standard kebab but constantly increasing the prices. Quality is getting worse and worse but prices are rising, that has nothing to do with inflation and everything to do with greed for money. No homemade bread, no homemade sauces, the cheapest skewer of meat (if you can even call it meat) you can buy. In Hof you can get much better kebab for the same price, but since the villagers have never had a decent kebab here, they unfortunately don't know any better and are completely wrong in giving this place 4.7 stars Addendum as of September 2024: Given the store a chance again after over a year, still the same game. Doesn't have much to do with kebab, I'll avoid the shop again now.

The food is usually good, delivery service is not recommended at all, you won't be able to answer the phone for hours and if you do, something is almost always missing from the delivery. We are anything but at peace

I was there on Monday with a colleague. We ordered two doner kebabs and they put so much kebab meat in them, which I was surprised to see because I like to eat them with a lot of kebab meat. I've never seen so much kebab meat in a flatbread anywhere else. It was great for the price. Unfortunately, I live 580 km away in North Rhine-Westphalia, but I will never forget this event. I would like to thank the sellers. They were very polite.

Unfortunately, the quality of your rotisserie dishes has declined significantly in the last few weeks. Maybe it was also due to the motivation of your trainees (?). You can eat, but “good” tastes different. Also great: Sunday is a day of rest. Good for you if you can afford something like that as a restaurateur. This is rather annoying for customers. (When answering, please use correct German. Otherwise it will be painful to read. Thank you.)

The best kebab and pizza restaurant in the WORLD! The friendliest and most attentive service exists! The meat is wonderfully seasoned, the salads are crispy and the sauces are delicious!! Wirklich sehr top. Sehr nettes Personal, schnelle Zubereitung und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren kurz vor Ladenschluss noch da und uns wurde dennoch alles angeboten, haben sogar eine große Cola Flasche geschenkt bekommen.

Das Fleisch zeugt nicht von guter Qualität ihre kräutersoße passt null zu döner auf Sauberkeit und Ambiente geben sie dort auch nicht viel und Freundlichkeit geht anders kenn ich besser aus der Türkei Sehr oft das falsche geliefert wenn man dort bestellt hat...tut mir leid aber da muss sich einiges ändern wenn sie mit der Konkurrenz in naila mithalten wollen.

Da kann man nicht viel falsch machen, wenn man sich dort was zu Essen holt (zum vor Ort essen lädt das Geschäft eher nicht ein). Ganz typisch für solche Läden gibt es Döner, Pizza, Salate etc. Bisher hat jedes Essen von dort sehr gut geschmeckt und man wurde wirklich jedes Mal gut und freundlich behandelt. Die Zeit, bis man seine Bestellung bekommt, kann manchmal länger sein, wenn gerade viel los ist, ist aber total verständlich (und wenn's wirklich lange dauert, gibt's dann auch eine aufrichtige Entschuldigung). Man fühlt sich also wirklich wohl dort und hat auch noch ein gutes Essen obendrein. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Absolut gutes Essen, vom Döner bis Pizza top. Das Ambiente ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was mich allerdings nicht stört wenn ich die Gerichte abhole.
